Horrible experience! I ve never had a problem with my battery prior to having them change my oil. While changing my oil they had me turn the lights on and turn the vehicle off and said they were checking my battery and other fluids, they said my battery was great and the fluids were full. I turned my lights back off and waited. When they were done my vehicle it wouldn t start to leave their bay, they told me my battery was good when they checked it, and they weren t sure what had happened but used a jump start pack and started it. The next 2 days it wouldn t start multiple times so I had to call for a jump, I took it to Autozone and they tested my battery and said it wasn t good, I had to replace my battery. Again, prior to Valvoline I had zero issues with my battery and we have just went through winter and my battery was perfect. I will NEVER do business there again and do not recommend them.

Great experience from Colby and crew. Very professional and got me in and out fast. Just hard to find this level of service at a reasonable price.

My daughter took her car here and they told her on two different trips she needed a new battery, that was a lie we had it checked out and she did not. Then she took her car in for a oil change and they pulled out her air filter and put it back upside down, she was stranded 120 miles away not knowing what was wrong, it had to be towed This did severe damage to her vehicle. Valvoline stated they would not pay for the $750 damages it did to her vehicle because they had to drive down and take pictures before anyone fixed it. This place is a huge rip off and taking advantage of the young college students in this town. Staff has no idea what they are doing and they are only in it for the money. Cheap is not always better use your car dealership not this place to have repairs done they cant even do a simple oil change. I am also contacting the better business bureau and the attorney general. This is not right at all.

Pretty decent place, however, parking is always a nightmare. Pull in over this way now ok let s get you in a different bay over here. Too confusing and complicated. The layout is just not great since they are tied to mister car wash. Otherwise the folks working are always friendly and helpful.

Great experience with these guys every time I come back. Hard working gentlemen, they all deserve a raise. They get people in and out without any problems. Great customer service!!!! Thanks Valvoline

First time visiting this establishment.The technicians Gary & Eric that serviced our vehicle were very friendly and professional in every way possible,Answering all our questions .Made us feel as if we were old friends.We will definitely return, and highly recommend this establishment to our family & friends throughout Springfield and Rogersville.We were so appreciative with the service we felt compelled to return with pizza for Gary & Eric, thank you guys so much

Criminals. 07SEP2023 An associate broke off my oil dipstick tube, zip tied it to my engine block and sent me down the road and said it was fixed. $650.00 to remove the broken lower portion from the oil pan. Area manager denied claim to help cover the cost. Complete lack of integrity and competence. Police report and subpoena to follow. Do not get service here!

Went to get my daughter s oil and filter changed. They recommended that I get the rear brake pads replaced. I took it to my brake and tire guy and they confirmed that. Thanks for seeing something that needed to be replaced.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always get super nervous going to do anything with my car as a female bc I've definitely been burned in the past with something as simple as an oil change... But Maddox was super informative, kind and I trusted him and the other guys working on my car. I definitely didn't want them to rush through things, and they took their time fixing what they needed to but got done pretty quickly. I'll go back again! I was in good hands :) they all deserve a little more in pay, or just tip them if you feel you got good service. It's hard to come by.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

Visited this location today around 10:30 this morning, and it was an excellent experience. Their entire staff seemed to be efficient and knowledgeable. Good at getting customers in and out quickly. Jerry, Darrell, Garry, and manager Jordan helped me today.

So impressed . Loved sitting in my car and observing everything. ERIC, was wonderful, informative, respectful, and courteous . They checked my air filters and the cabin filter had a mouse nest in it. They took the time to clean out all debris and changed the filter. I have had nothing but great experiences here. They are always very quick and kind. I was there earlier today for oil change and tire rotation, it turned out I didn't need either and they didn't try to talk me into it anyway. I can't express how much I appreciate the honesty and them being forthright. So I will definitely return when I do need them. I really appreciate Alec taking the time to talk to me and double check everything for me.

Amazing customer service! I asked if I could get my air filter changed as well, and I literally watched the guy drive somewhere to go get one. Yes, I had to wait a little bit, but quality takes time. Been to a good amount of lube places and mechanics in my time. We were very impressed with this place's quality, thoroughness, and even decent prices, so we went ahead and did a couple more maintenance items than we planned. Quite satisfied a week later, and we have not always had a good experience in these places in other cities we've lived in. Well done, team! And kudos...

Apparently not know how to put the under plate back on the car right is a thing with these guys. I'm sitting on the side of the highway over a hundred miles from home because the bottom dropped out at 70 miles. Never going here again. Can't trust anybody these days

Visited here earlier today and it was a nice experience. Their entire staff seemed to be efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me $15 off off on my full conventional oil change. And I especially liked being able to sit in my vehicle while my car was being serviced as well as the small amount of time that it took to get everything taken care of! Hoping to return!

I was greeted by Skyler. Very Professional! Excellent Customer service!! Knowledgeable Techs who were patient and answered my MANY questions. My car was serviced by Gary.. He announced what he was checking as he was checking it so that I could know what he was doing. I was able to sit in my vehicle the entire time! It was so nice not having to get my kids and belongings out of the car and have to sit in a Lobby! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends!

I've always had good experiences here. They look over all of your lights and fluids to make sure everything is all good. They check air filters and your wipers and tire pressure. Good place to get a quick oil change and a general look over for your car. Some of the stuff is pretty over priced, but if you tell them you'd rather do something yourself, or buy it elsewhere, they don't push and push like so many places do, which is really nice. They understand that if you say you don't want something, you seriously don't want it. Friendly staff. Good car wash. I always go out of my way to come to this location even with 2 other locations closer to my house. It's always worth it to see the staff here.
