Best experience getting my oil changed that I've ever had! I will never go anywhere else. Holden and Ryan were professional, personable and thorough. They not only changed my oil they checked other maintenance related items, explained the manufacturers suggested maintenance schedule and let me know the price of each item before replacing anything. And I didn't have to get out of my truck. Kudos guys!

I've always gone here, I started back when it was a mom and pop shop before Valvoline bought it. Never had an issue until this last time. I spent over $100 nearly $200 for an oil change and a full checkup, however I just had a code happen to my car. I took it to my full mechanic and turns out Valvoline didn't put my oil filter back in correctly so I've been leaking oil! Almost blew my engine. I'll never be back.UPDATE: An extra $250 for the repair, if I hadn't of checked my oil and saw how low I was my engine would of blown! All because Valvoline didn't put the oil filter back on correctly...

I have been here before, but this service was absolutely immaculate. It was better service than I would at a Restaurant!!! You should be proud of them!

Stopped in here for a Groupon oil change. The service was fast and Andrew was very helpful. They were out of full synthetic oil and gave me several options on what to do next. I will definitely come back here to get service done on my other car.

I'm a first timer here at Vavoline and Andrew and the other guys were very nice. Andrew went over pricing and other options. Beyond the oil change I ended up taking advantage of a tire rotation. He showed me the air filters and we discussed all the other items. Overall very satisfied with watching the professionalism of the men at this location. I will be back. Thanks guys!

This place has a great group of guys working there and the shop manager is a great leader. The whole team is honest and full of knowledge. It s the only place I recommend going to for keeping your vehicle(s) regularly maintained.

I went there for an oil change. I was told that I needed 360 dollars (after coupons) worth of stuff. What I thought would be 20 minutes worth of work, turned out to be 2 hours. I was late for a meeting and out 360 bucks. Go to Midas instead.

They WAY overtightened my oil filter and the drain plug, I should not have to rock the whole truck trying to take the drain plug out. Wouldn't surprise me if they torqued it down so that it's too hard to do so I have to bring it back to get my oil changed screw these guys.

Not too sure about this place. They work off commissions,so expect harassment. And if you don't buy something extra it's like you spit in em lol. Also,they diagnosed my car with bad oil pan gasket,upon light inspection I can tell it's the valve cover not the oil pan. If I would've listened to them I'd replaced oil pan gasket and still had a leak lol

This is where I get my tires air, this is also where I change the oil, they take good care of my car, they let me know what the problem is with my car and what needs to be replaced. Crews are friendly and easy to talk to.

I ask them to just change the oil then they started messing with other things getting my air clean all grease with there grease hands then getting a addtuned because the can't do want they want and not excited any responesables for the things they brake just adlecent children

Somehow I was shuffled into lane 2 , which on this day November 10 2023, has not lived up to the 15 minute oil change expectations. Iv been here going on 30 minutes now, since this car in front of me was started ; additionally people just driving up are able to swing into lane 3 which is wide open, because their mechanic performed as advertised (15 minute oil change)

The crew working at this shop is amazing, and that's no exaggeration or hyperbole I promise you that. Excellent customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and value at this store blows me away. I don't trust most automotive businesses, but this is the only place I ever want to take my vehicle. I honestly can't say enough good things about the staff here and the service they provide. I wish all stores and businesses could be as excellent as this store. If you need an oil change from somewhere you can trust that not only gets the job done at an affordable price, but also will leave you feeling like your day has just gotten better, this is the place. - Keaton, Holden, Andrew, and all the staff here deserve raises. I like the no appointment, sit in your car style oil changes. I have been to Valvoline before, just not this location.I looked online and found coupons for both synthetic and conventional oil changes like before. Also I looked up the local location online and found an even better discount, 25%.Sounds good, until you get there and they start with the sales pitches for radiator flushes and transmission clean out and power steering fluid replacement as your cars fluids (big shock) are discolored. No, I just want the oil change I came in for.Ok, let's add the labor cost to that "discounted" oil change and it looks like your total is..... about $10 to $20 higher than most everyone else in the business.I knew it would be a little higher but hey, no appt. needed and I can sit in my car! Yeah, and listen to all the sales pitches. I came for a simple oil change, not a time share presentation. If I didn't have the coupons it would have been nearly $60 for the most basic option! That's a $35 job at most shops.There all hollering and going back and forth like a NASCAR pit crew. Different people doing different things... "I'm gonna go backstage, grab a sales board and print off your 150 great savings offers while Bobby checks your blinker fluid and tunes your piano. We already we already harmonized your headlight frequency. Hey, don't I get to spin a wheel or something? It's just a simple oil change!C'mon, top off the fluids, check the air filter, check tire pressure and whatever... and change the oil.... aaaand done. Easy.I probably won't take advantage of their higher priced service moving forward. But if you decide to, they were nice and I didn't have to wait long.

This location while checking my tire pressure had ripped off my valve stem claiming that it was already corroded when I had arrived and that the cap was keeping air in my tire despite lacking threading of any kind, I would heavily recommend avoiding this location.

Terrible service, I sat there for almost an hour then they wanted me to back up and let someone cut in front of me because a car in the other lane was taking lo long. Really?

These guys were quick and proficient, they knew what they were doing and did a broad inspection and performed the service in very efficient time. I called ahead because there was only an hour left before closing and they said to come on and walked out greeted me as I was driving up.Very professional. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

I pulled in here to get a stick out from underneath my car. They were willing to help me at no charge. And I think it's wonderful to see women working as mechanics.
