Mark and everyone at the dealership were great to work with. It was a low pressure type atmosphere. They helped us locate a car that worked well for us! Mark took the time to ensure all of our concerns and questions were answered. Anthony in finance was fantastic to work with as well! Top notch staff and wonderful experience from beginning to end. Good dealership. 2 vehicles new here and oil changes at the express works for me. Service is always a traumatic time but parts break and that is just the way it is. Body shop is reasonable as well. I trust thus dealership. Hope Brent is still in sales.

I was in Missouri from Texas for a family reunion and my Air conditioning and a couple other issues went out on my XT5. Thompson Cadillac, Springfield, got me in immediately and the service guy(wish I remembered his name) knew immediately what it was. They had my thermostat replaced within the hour. Very courteous and friendly staff. I was worried because I needed to leave for home, Texas, in two days and at the time it was 106� there and through Oklahoma to get home. I would recommend this service team to anybody.

Customer first is not a practiced value. Purchased a vehicle that GM elected to remove a key safety feature from all previous years and the sales staff were unaware of. The next day, we informed the dealership management, and their response was basically "too bad, so sad." Met with them multiple times to work out a trade for another used Caddy that we looked at and had multiple communications with them. The morning we were driving up to get it, they informed us they got another buyer that morning even though we were in communications with them and clearly intent on buying it. That is okay because, while we lost some money and felt like victims to greed. We bought an Acura, which is far superior to the caddy and actually less money. The Acura is so much better than the cadillac. Everything actually works as advertised, and it is built in Ohio. Devine intervention rescued us from the devil.. Not one person from the dealership ever reached out to us to make it right. I guess screwing customers is fine for thompson. Go elsewhere and buy a quality vehicle, not an overpriced cadillac.

Thank you I did share those concerns I even scheduled a specific meeting and came in and spoke very cordial about these concerns. I was told someone would be back in contact with me and that never happened. I like giving people the chance . In which I now have made a decision to move on as I feel my business and tens of thousands of dollars is not appreciated. I wish you well in your business

In all my years of buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience. Brent Sturgeon asked questions about what I wanted my Encore to do. He was well aware of what inventory was available. The second car he showed me was IT. Every step of the buying process was handled: selection of car, finance, and even an introduction to a service department contact. Please try this dealership for yourself.

I received a notice about a recall on my cts. There wasn't much information provided to me about what it was, but I called Thompson Cadillac to schedule the recall work, as they were the closest dealer to my location (Branson area). The lady in service I spoke to over the phone was super nice. I provided the recall number I received and also the VIN and she was able to pull up the info. She told me a part needed to be ordered. She called me a few days later once the part came in to schedule a date and time to come in for the recall work. July 15th at 1pm.I live about an hour from the dealer. I pull up to the service department and one of the employees walks over and greets me. Sends another employee out to check me in. I tell him who I am and why I'm there and he asks "did you bring both sets of keys?" And I replied "no, I wasn't told to bring both sets, why do you need both sets of keys?" And he begins to tell me that the recall isn't for anything on the vehicle itself but for the actual key to the vehicle. He asks to see my car keys and after I show him he says "oh, those keys are fine - this recall is only for cars with specific types of keys. Your keys aren't even affected by this recall"Well, what a complete waste of time. I really wish I had more info on the recall when I booked the appointment. I was never asked to bring both sets of keys and was never asked what type of key my vehicle had. The communication could have been better. I will say all the employees that I encountered were super nice and respectful. I just wish there was some better training for the people booking service appointments.

My wife and I made a appointment for our 2017 Cadillac ATS due to a shutter/vibration. I didn t get to attend the appointment unfortunately, but my wife was very pleased. There is a nice waiting area, with plenty of drinks and snacks and she said the communication was amazing with consistent updates from the service department on what they were doing and what the fix was. There is even a shuttle that will take you to various places around the city if you wish to do some shopping while you wait for the repairs. She was in and out with in 2.5 hours from diagnosis to fix. I drove the car when she got home and now it truly drives like a Cadillac! Thank you so much for the kind and great service Thompson Cadillac! Top notch!

If I could leave a negative review I would. I ve never been treated like the sales team treated me. Stopped looking for a specific vehicle a few days later salesperson texts me that they have a vehicle that I m looking for at 5:00 pm. I tell him I will purchase the vehicle sight unseen and start the paperwork. After 10 min on the phone salesperson says you need to talk to my sales manager. Sales manager calls me and says someone just walked in looking at that vehicle your out of luck. What the heck they contacted me!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! I would not purchase a vehicle from a company that does business like this EVER!

They have the best customer lounge with delicious snacks and cold drinks. Bobby was very patient with my indecisiveness and very friendly. I did not feel pressured at all to buy from them. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly and the buying process was easy and hassle-free. I love my car too.

I bought a used vehicle from them a year ago. And I got ripped off badly. Put less than 1000 miles on the vehicle and kept it in perfect condition now at a time when used cars have never been higher they will buy it for $5,000 less! That may not seem like a lot on a $60,000 vehicle but it sure is on a $12,000 vehicle!!!! Yep, buyer beware alright! Bend over too....

This is the greatest company. They have gone above and beyond to help me. I purchased a used vehicle from them that had a power train factory warranty through Dodge. My vehicle broke down with serious transmission issues less than a week before I had to take my daughter to Shriners hospital in St Louis. Troy Thompson himself personally handled my situation to ensure I was gonna be able to get my daughter to St Louis. I am so thankful and blessed Thompsons!

Went with my mom to look at her options to replace her aging car. We met with I believe Jeff to discuss what her options were and they were able to answer any questions she might have. Overall the experience was fairly easy for her and so far she absolutely loves her new vehicle and has zero complaints.

This dealership should be a 5 out of 5 for its service department, alone! Was traveling through on vacation, when our suv acted up. Stopped by and the service department took one look at it. Knew right away, what was wrong. We were back on the road in less than an hour and a half. Thank you ever so much for taking good care of us! I have family in the area and will be telling them to go to Thomson's.

Went in for recall and oil change. Received estimate on appointment slip. Went to check out and was more than estimate. Asked and showed the estimate. They matched that and were very gracious in the matter. First visit but I will now return.
