I took my GMC Terrain in after I was hit. The team there worked directly with the other gentleman's insurance as they were covering all costs. I simply dropped off my car on a late afternoon and 12 days later (shipping of parts takes extra time these days) I was able to pick it up looking exactly like before the accident. They had to replace a front quarter panel, bumper, headlight and a few other small things along with matching up the paint and pinstripe detail. I am satisfied and would use them again.

I have bought a total of five vehicles (three used and two new) from Thompsons over the past six or so years. Additionally we have used the body shop, the service department, and the quick lube. Everything has always been great. The first four purchases were all terrific. Best experience buying vehicles ever. Something changed between number four and number five. Jon Randall, our sales guy was terrific as always. I highly recommend him if you choose to purchase here. I personally won't be back. Loyality works both ways.Update -Thompsons reached out to me this morning and they agreed to make the situation better. So when it comes time for another vehicle, I will give them another shot.

I had a woman hit my truck with her car door and leave quite a dent and paint damage. I was worried about them being able to match up the paint because my truck sits outside. No worries there! They not only were able to match it up perfectly, but you can't even tell where the dent was. The guys in the shop did an excellent job. There was a guy waiting to take me to get a rental car and the work was done when promised. I would absolutely go back again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Thompson body shop for a job well done.

We recently had Thompson s Body Shop handle the repairs to our Honda Pilot. The estimate process was quick and easy and the vehicle was ready when they stated it would be. Our car looked brand new when we picked it up - they even cleaned our floor mats, dash, and windshield! Couldn t be happier with the service. We will definitely bring our cars back in the future for any other body repair needs!

I cant imagine having a worse experience at the body shop. zero customer service, poor quality of work, unprofessional, not done in a timely manner. my truck left in worse condition than i brought it. while i voiced my concerns to the estimator he made a joke about wanting the newly painted hood to match all the other scratches on my truck. luckily i am a calm person. i had such a great experience in the sales department when i purchased a vehicle from them that i chose them as my repair facility. what a mistake

Excellent customer service! Far superior than the other GM dealerships in town. I would go out of my way to bring my vehicles here.Update 1/3/2021: best service in town. The body shop did an excellent job on a bumper refinish and paintless dent removal work, and the service department has out down themselves with high quality work on my yukon's suspension. Great service representatives and great technicians at a competitive price. Thank you all.

Very upset. I have 2 recalls on my 2007 Hummer H3 notified by mail. One of them is actually causing issues at this moment. My hood louver will fly off if I go through a automatic car wash. I called and spoke to Service department and they scheduled appointment. I dropped my H3 off so they have a full day with it. When I returned my H3 was in Garage and the service woman told me to just go get it. My keys were not there and it took 10 minutes for service to find them and I had to remove the plastic they place on driver seat and the paper on the floor board. I was told I needed to bring it back because they didn't have a part for the engine recall, but the hood louver was fixed by the body shoppe. This was not a problem to bring it back and was not really upset about the other things. I understand this happens. I was then called by Service dept that my part was there and scheduled another appointment. I returned on a Sat for the appointment. I waited in waiting room this time and Randy, who was very nice and understanding of my frustration, told me they accidentally sold the part to another shop and the hood louver was never fixed either because they needed to order the part which had not came in yet. So yet again, for the 3rd time must go back. I understand things happen, but it seems like the service team does not communicate with the body shoppe or parts. I am now worried that they may not fix it correctly because one person says it is fix and another does not.

I wanted to say thank you to my salesman Bobby, Troy, and the body shop. My partner and I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano here. The suv had a problem with the spoiler. We just wanted to say thank you for your hard work and continuing fixing it since it keeps falling off. But I think this time it is actually fixed. I tell all my friends and family to shop here. Thanks so much for treating taking care of us like family you guys are awesome! We won t buy cars anywhere else but here. You guys are the 5 star package!! Thanks again.

Wow, I just read the review from last week, sounds very familiar.So here's MY story. I chose Thompson's Body Shop for a repair on my bumper and quarter panel.I dropped my car off on a Monday with the understanding it'd be a couple days. Before I left, it was said "end of day Wednesday." No problem. I did get a phone call Wednesday afternoon that it was finished. Great!When I showed up, I was admiring the repair job only to find new damage on the car. They called for the guy who originally helped me, and after a few minutes of looking, touching, and fetching his camera, he finally conclude that he believed they did the damage. Ok, I'm ok at this point. When he went inside briefly, I did notice a piece of trim that wasn't popped into the correct place and so I pushed on it a little and put it back in. No big deal, but a little careless.I told him I didn't know what was the best thing to do moving forward. I had borrowed a friends car for a couple days and it would really be hard to ask for an extension on that favor, so I didn't want to leave it, but I felt weird to pay for an unfinished job and also could empathize with them being in a bad place if I took the car without paying. He assured me that it would absolutely get fixed but I'd need to pay, so I did. That was Wednesday, and he said they were booked Thursday but if I came back Friday, they'd get it done. I emphasized that I had to have it by 3:00 Friday afternoon if we did this. He assured me that was no problem. As I left, my turn signal was not working. I pulled back in, and they fixed the wiring harness, so it operated fine. Again, not a big deal, but that's careless, and at this point, I no longer feel good about giving 5 stars.Thursday afternoon, I called and left a voicemail on his cell phone double checking whether the car could still get in tomorrow (Friday) and be done by 3:00, and also if they had any cars they could loan me for the day. He called back and left a message that he guaranteed the car would be done by 3:00 but that they didn't have any vehicles for me. I was a little disappointed that out of a whole lot of cars, they couldn't manage to help someone in a circumstance that they caused, but I'm not a squeaky wheel, and I accepted the answer.I showed up Friday morning at 8:00 and was told that they were expecting me Monday, the painter wasn't expecting me until Monday. They had 4 or 5 jobs ahead of me and they just didn't believe that they'd be finished by 3:00 if I left it that day. I said I'd much rather come back Monday than take that chance, so we agreed to Monday. (Now mind you, I forgot that I still had the voicemail where the other guy said "tomorrow" as in Friday very plainly.)Monday, I stop in about 10:00 and reminded them who I was the guy from the Friday appointment. The lady, I presume from the previous post, said the appointment was for Monday, and I said I'd be willing to debate _________ about the subject. Again, I would have played the voicemail had I remembered I had it. I still have it. Come to think of it, I don't think I ever actually received an apology regarding any of this. I don't...remember anyone accepting responsibility really other than just fixing it and not billing me. I sat there that morning waiting for a ride from a friend and at 10:45 I overhear someone calling a different department to give someone a ride home. When they got off the phone, I asked if they gave complimentary rides to customers. He replied, "Oh I thought you were waiting on a ride." I said I was, but no one ever offered to give me any rides (through all of my talk about needing loaner vehicles, etc.)The driver took another 30 minutes to come get me and it was only after the guy called again. He clearly had forgotten me. Overall, bad experience. I have another repair to do, but I won't be going back here. And, to add, I didn't appreciate how they talked about customers after they left the office. I could tell customer bashing was commonplace in that office.

I hate to write a bad review but it looks like Thompson's Auto Body Shop needs to clean out house with the ladies in the office. They had scheduled me on a Monday to bring in my car in after I had rented a vehicle and gave them a courtesy call to let them know that I was bringing my car to them as scheduled. The lady in the office said "it was the following Monday" which was a lie. She said "I would never schedule if the parts aren't in." Pretty much called me a lair until I drove up there and played the voice call to her and manager. She then changed her story and said the lady that schedule it was at fault.I decided to give them a second chance they had scheduled me the following Monday. I called my insurance adjuster to let them know it was going to be Monday and to get me a rental car the insurance company told me they had it down for Tuesday they try to call and verify the date but Thompson's wouldn't answer the phone. I called Thompsons to see what was going on they answered and told me "oh the lady must have messed up but it's okay!"To me that is bad business it's sloppy, no communication, and the front reception lady was rude about it.Top it off they didn't even give me a copy of the estimate.

Our car was there for an estimate at the body shop also and the servicing, the coordination between the 2 depts regardless which 2 is always great. I drop it off tell them what needs to be done and they coordinate between the different depts and let me know once it is ready.

I took my car in on a Friday to get an estimate. They said their computers were down, but they took pics and would send me an email on Monday or Tuesday. I waited til the following Friday and went back in and spoke to the receptionist, she again told me that the computers had been down and they were going in order and the estimate would be no later than Monday or Tuesday the following week. I called Wednesday and spoke with the receptionist and after being put on hold several times they then told me that I needed my insurance company to send something over to them before they could even write the estimate. This is something that NOT ONE PERSON said anything about the 2 times I was there previously. The person who took the pictures and the receptionist told me I would receive my estimate via email and I waited a week and a half just to be told they could not do it without further info from my insurance company which would have been no problem at all to get had someone mentioned it at any of the other previous conversations I had with them! The receptionist is rude and I will not be going there again! I will be taking my Tahoe somewhere else to get the damages fixed!

It took them 5 attempts to repair my vehicle to a satisfactory level. I was out 2 days of vacation time by the time it was all said and done. It wasn't even fixed properly the final time, but I said the heck with it. Be careful, they will sell shoddy work, especially if you don't know what you are looking for.
