Bought a new class A motorhome at local dealership - steering was an utter mess.T&W did an alignment and RV now drives like a charm.Excellent & reasonable service!Thank you!

Completely shredded a tire late last night and these guys had it fixed before 2pm today! They were very kind and professional. They gave me a few options and I ended up being able to fix it very affordably. TJ helped us and he was great. I would highly recommend this business!

Had them put a tire on and they forgot to tighten lug nuts down and destroyed tire and lugs and they refuse to fix their mistake. Luckily tire didn't come off and cause an accident on interstate. Won't use them again.

I love these guys they do what they can to get you what you need and I Nick and Scott are both great guys.this is a great place to go and get N alignments on the truck but if you need a trailer alignment done they will refer you to utility.Scott did my kingpins. They was the nightmare kind! He get it done & I'm appreciative.2 days later I had a wheel seal leak! Man they had my truck 7 days 3 of which was on a holiday weekend. Never the less back down 2 days later for 2 more days. .an i lost a lot of $$$$ as an owner operator!!

Thank you!! We blew a tire in our Class c the night before, called T&W they immediately told me there would be a wait which was fine with me. They quoted me an awesome price for the tire and had me done before the time they had stated. 100% professional, quick, and friendly!

We can't begin to say how happy we are with this company. We had blown a tire on our 5th wheel and this was the only shop in all of Springfield that could accommodate us, and at such a short notice. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable and the prices were way better than any other tire or RV shop in town. 10/10!

Thank you, T&W Tire!!!! I had a blowout on I-65 Southbound just across from the shop. My own roadside assistance company failed me and I called the name I could see from my spot on the side of the road -- T&W. It was 4:45 on a Friday afternoon, but they found one tire they had in the shop to fit my car, and put themselves in danger changing my tire on the side of the road. Impressive! They were kind and considerate, and the price was fair to boot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you!!

I was VERY impressed with the service I received. As someone who does not know a lot about tires I need a place that I can put my full trust in to help provide me with the best service & options, this is that place. The wait time was minimal and the service provided exceeded all expectations. Something that always bothers me when going to dealerships or other places they always try to talk you up on products or services. Something like a quick oil change leads into this is what we suggest for your car & attempting to upcharge for said goods or services. I didn t feel forced to do anything except for what actually needed to be done. I would particularly like to recognize Nick M. He was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain what needed to be done, made sure I was okay with that, provided the service (which he went above & beyond what he had to), made sure I didn t have any questions after & really just took care of the situation. I left feeling 100% confident I made the right decision putting my trust into Nick & his team. My vehicle runs like a dream now! If you re asking yourself if this is really a place you can trust, the answer is YES. I can guarantee that. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

100% would not recommend. They do not stand by there work. Had work done by them and ended up losing a wheel and all the other lugs were loose causing quite a bit of issues and damage. Had them put steer tires on and they weren t torqued to spec ( luckily it was caught after losing the other wheel or it could have killed our driver or someone else not to mention losing a wheel on highway already!). Great shop if you d like to have someone hurt or possible killed from there lack of services. Sad because we have went to this location since before t@w took over the location.

Was 4 hours from home and got stuck on the side of the interstate with a flat and they were there within the hour and I was back on the road within 20 mins! Very great and professional service. Very appreciative from a girl who was lost on what to do!

Great job on my Freightliner. When I brought it in I had a real bad shake in the front end. Now it drives smooth as butter!!

The best tire shop for a semi truck ! They do PERFECT tri axel alignment . Super friendly staff , and great prices for the value ! I did an alignment and got a quote for drive tire , and I can tell you THEY DID A PERFECT JOB ! Alignment is perfect , and prices are awesome, do not waste your time and money elsewhere , go to T & W and get the job done right from the first time .

Had a drive tire blow out after hours. Called T & W and got an after hours number, after giving them all the information of tire size, location and getting a service call #. Waited 1.5 hours and called back after hearing nothing. They advised me tech was checking to see if they had tire size I needed. Waited another 35 to 45 minutes and called back for the same info. The lady called the tech while I was on hold and then came back to tell me they didn't have my tire size. Not even sure that they checked. Bunch of time wasted on the side of the interstate.

I had been to Kentucky the weekend before. On our way home we picked up a huge nail. Monday my tire was super low and wouldnt hold air. I was going to work when I remembered T&W Tire. The guys told me to bring it on over. They took a look and said they would get it fixed. They even gave me a ride back to work. They were done in no time. Thanks guys!!! I appreciate you.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was in the bay. I had a nasty vibration coming from the front end of my truck. The mechanics checked the balance of my steer tires and found out that the tires were bad. One was out of round the other required too much weight to balance out. I got a really good deal from Nick on two new steer tires on the truck. Thanks to thier speedy service I was still able to make my delivery in Oklahoma City Oklahoma on time. Now without the front end feeling like it was going to fall apart on me. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the quick turnaround time!

Never used the service . But I just followed the service truck out of Willard and the driver was obviously screwing with his phone.I was really impressed at the response and the take care of it right now attitude. I would do business with a responsible business owner like this anytime!

I have never personally used there services ( I'm not a truck driver...)but on two occasions now I have call upon the manager and his staff for assistance once in a car wreck and once with a nice elderly lady and her dog( she didn't kick out my daughter's girlfriend and was trying to walk to the women's shelter) short story long, good peoples... Good people do good business.

I hate choosing and buying tires. Luckily I found T & W Tires. After calling all around the area I finally found someone that was willing to help me find the best tires for our Private 40ft BlueBird bus. Nick helped me over the phone and explained the different options very well. Once we got to their facility, he walked me around their warehouse to show me each tire option. Even though we chose the most expensive (Best for us) option, He showed me many cheaper and comparable options, even some that were half the price. Their in stock selection and pricing was far better than the other shops we called. We will be back for all our commercial tire needs.Thanks Nick

Friendly and very knowledgeable personnel, fast service. We take most of our company vehicles there. Mostly geared for heavy duty vehicles, but do light trucks as well.

I got 2 tires from them they cracked my rim and won't replace it they told me I had road Hazzard on the tires and then told me I don't never will do business again with them and then they said it would come out of there check and then they said they can't do anything about it
