Our salesman Chris was very professional and nice. He kept working with us (without being pushy) until we could find a deal that we could afford. Putty (our previous salesperson) was a big help also. The finance person, Steve, was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. They really made us feel like they wanted our business.

This was my first time at the Nissan service center. The process was organized and efficient. The staff were very friendly. I feel like the concerns with my car were explained to me very well, and I could easily understand what I needed for my car. I could tell that my car drove better when the service was completed. The staff never tried to sell me repairs that aren't necessary. I'm planning to take my car back to this service center for everything from now on. This is the second Nissan that I have owned and I love this car.

The buying process was quick and pleasant. My only negative is for them to upgrade their computers so you aren't signing doc's with a mouse and to fix their broken showroom ceiling lights (just get led replacements and replace the falling covers). Make the facilities as nice as the Nissans you sell. Overall a great experience.

Cristian was the one who helped me from the beginning, before I even arrived as my car was being towed in. The entire time he kept me informed and updated and I greatly appreciated that. I appreciate him very much. He was so kind and understanding and didn't brush me off because I'm female. He listened to what u said from the start and took action.

Andy and the team at Nissan has always treated us and our vehicles with top notch service. It s a big part of why we love our Nissan vehicles as we know they ll be taken well care of by the service department. We have one that we purchased new from the dealership in 2012 and it s still going strong thanks to your group. We are so appreciative and would recommend to anyone!

Andy was our service Advisor and treated us with respect and kindness and explained what was wrong and that they would take care of it and it was. We had a great experience. We did have a small issue that came up after the repair but Andy assured us they would take care of it. We are completely satisfied and happy with our service.

Came to Mo. for the holidays. My maintenance light came on, so since I bought the car here I stopped in to see if you could take care of my need. I had an appointment almost immediately. More things were needed and they made it happen. Andy and the crew are great.

Read read read alllllllllll the fine print. Make sure you don t trust anything they say!! They sell you on an extended warranty bumper to bumper then when something goes wrong you re actually only covered for very specific things. Say anything to sell you a damn car. Do nothing to help you resolve the issue from their shady salesmen. Definitely would not recommend doing any kind of business with them.

Chris Tate (Tater) did an awesome job from start to finish! He greeted us upon coming into the store and promptly provided us with the information that we were looking for. Upon deciding to buy, Tater made the complete process very quick and effortless. Daniel Chitwood at Springfield, MO Nissan very helpful and friendly and made the visit pleasant. Very nice job on cleaning the auto when picking it up. Only thing I didn t like was the new up charge on the use of paying with a credit card.

I was quoted $396 when I signed the initial estimate, however not all the numbers were on the estimate properly. As a result I was charged $200 more. They took 10% off, but they should have had a more accurate number more obvious up front. The service was extremely expensive as it was.

Brody was my salesperson and he helped walk me through the process and I never felt pressured. I highly recommend Brody if you are thinking about buying a car! The only bad experience I had was with Steve the financial guy, he was condescending, pushy, and passive-aggressive. Bought a new 2024 Nissan Altima SL. Lyndon and his brother Landon were lovely and patient throughout the entire process, wanting to ensure I was able to test drive any car I was interested in (even the same one in a different color) to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Helping with trade in and talked me through the process. Day of signing Lyndon made the whole experience relaxing, stress free and prepped ahead to have us in and out of the dealership very quickly. He took time to walk through all the features of the vehicle and was truely excited to show me what the car could do. I had a couple of questions after purchase and Lyndon responded within a couple of hours with the exact answers I was looking for. (New car, new gagets questions come up!) I really appreciate the patience and kindness I was shown. Love the car!!! Feel like a new person.

Went in for a service after storing my new Maxima for 44 months. Daniel was a huge help and the Master tech checked everything out for me, found no issues at all. Congrats for both building an amazing car and having extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will never take my car anywhere else.

April Casper made the whole experience so smooth and easy. She explained the whole process at the beginning and along the way. Steve in financing was amazing. Kept the whole process fun. He joked around and made it less intimidating for me. The building was clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful

Wish the team could have found the real reason for problem. I am copying this report in case of accident for the record that you found nothing. This 'slow' starting on acceleration could be a real problem in the future. Have had two timely transmission flushes and has currently 125,000 miles.
