I had a great experience with this dealership! I worked with Jim. He was helpful in many ways including hand delivering the title to our home. He was kind and understanding of all the questions. My daughter is thrilled with her car and I feel comfortable that it is safe and reliable for her! We have had bad experiences at other places in town, but I would recommend this one!

My husband and I had been shopping for a SUV for over 2 weeks, test driving multiple cars and just not having very good experiences with the sales men. We almost gave up until we came across SMC. We were hesitant to go up there and test drive and deal with another sales rep. but we gave it a shot. Ryan and Phoenix were awesome. They were laid-back and not push at all. Not only that but they took such great care of us. Any further vehicles that will be purchased in our family will be done with them. Thank you guys so much for your outstanding service. Highly recommend!

i have never been more pleased with a car company in my life! I just recently bought a Mazda CX-7 from them, the inside and outside were super clean! The buying process was easy and I never felt pressured. They were there to answer all of my questions and so much more. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Springfield Motor Company! Thank you, Jim and everyone at SMC I absolutely love my Mazda!

Purchased a car that supposed to have never been wrecked. Been wrecked, supposedly no rust, has rust. Asked for an odometer statement as my state was going to mark exempt. Said they would mail it to me. Now with my title exempt for actual mileage car is worth less as I waited 3 months for the Odo statement that never came after several attempts to contact. Very bad experience from start to finish and one of my worst online purchases ever! As most people are honest. This dealership NOT so much.

Huge shout out to these guys at Springfield Motor company!! The most true and laid back company and people I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. They have their ducks in a row and made it the most simple process ever! All paperwork was lined out and ready even set you up to the T for the dmv. And on top gave me money walking out the door for fuel! First time buying here and won t be the last.

I've now purchased 4 vehicles from Michael at SMC, and I'm sure that there will be more in the future. Michael has always provided exceptional customer service along with extremely competitive pricing. I recommend him to all my friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle. My father and I have been searching for a specific car for some time and found it at SMC and I'm glad we did! Michael was upfront and honest about everything! So honest that when my father offered him more money than SMC was asking for the car we wanted while it was on hold, he declined the offer for more money!!! Who does that these days? Michael at SMC, thats who! He wanted to give the customer that contacted him first the opportunity to purchase. Fortunately for us, the first customer was not able to purchase the car and Michael called us back to let us know it was available and didn't even raise the price knowing we wanted the car and would have been willing to pay more than asking price. We live in Minnesota, but felt comfortable he was representing the vehicle properly, so we jumped in the truck and took the 600 + mile drive down and couldn't be happier. We were going to rent a trailer and tow the car back to MN, but decided to have it shipped. Michael went above and beyond to help get the car shipped to MN so we could return home. In the future, if I need any vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from SMC sight unseen and just have it shipped to MN. Many thanks to the staff at SMC for the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever been a part of!!!

I bought a used car from here last week and worked with James. He was super friendly and willing to work around my schedule for me to test drive the car and even have it inspected by my mechanic before purchasing. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Springfield Motor Company!

Horrible experience! The car i bought cash!! Had the Oil pressure light come on the first day of driving vehicle it had absolutely no oil soon after the engine light came on and this is within the first 2-3 days of purchase . Which its is still on and im having to fix out of pocket. Was told they would take care of it but as soon as they heard there was more work to b done he stopped.. they also give u an inspection when purchasing DO NOT TAKE IT , HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED URSELF be very careful when purchasing from them.. They are all about sales with no importance of the customer purchasing.No sir i seen your response i bought car with almost 140000 miles I have 141000 on it now all sensors are on and ive had issues with it since I bought it and was told you no longer wanted to help me with it .. I have taken it to a few dealerships and they just apologize that I got ripped off .

I have always purchased pre-owned cars and have never owned a vehicle from this century. However, I am choosy w/ my makes, models, and engines and have only owned 5 cars in my 20+ years of driving. I looked for a car for 6 weeks and test drove 2 fsbo and three others from various dealerships before their Acura came up in their CarGuru feed. I have NEVER purchased any of my previous vehicles from a dealer, but when I went to test drive a car on their lot, the rest of their inventory was hard to ignore. They understand what makes a quality vehicle, and it shows by the selection on their lot. In fact, they sold two other vehicles (that I would have loved to have) while I was contemplating their Acura RDX, but I took my chances and waited to review the carfax and get it into my local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The waiting game is always hard, but no one called me in the meantime or pressured me in the showroom. My mechanic (been going to them for 5+ years) noted a couple minor "maintenance" items from their pre-purchase inspection and SMC agreed to tend to the maintenance w/ no increase to the purchase price. I got a lot of car for my money w/ no haggling, no pressure, and no BS. Highly recommend.
