I'm so happy I decided to go to Smart Start. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, and professional. The installation was fast, the product is high quality and easy to use, especially with such an affordable price. Ron was very personable and knowledgeable, he has very good rapport.

Went in for a monthly calibration service technician was not on site they blamed the "computers were down" great excuse but that does not help us who had an appointment now we gotta panic because of your 6 day service lock

These folks were very helpful and understanding in this difficult time. First for me to have a monitor device in my vehicle so getting used to this was something they helped me understand and ways to overcome the inconvenience. They want you to be successful with the program and that meant all the difference to me. I chose well for my program needs! Thanks folks!
