The guys were very helpful and informative. I am doing their 6 months same as cash on a new set of tires and an alignment, they explained everything to me to make the process easy.I also brought my 4 year old son with me to my appointment and they were very patient and accommodating. The customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Good service. Easy ways to pay. Only issue is I was told almost 2 months ago by one guy I only owed 500$ and some change left on my tires. Was told today by a different guy that I owe 800+$. Not sure how that works as I ve been paying 180$+ a month since July of last year. And as far as I knew from what I was told was on the 6 month same as cash.Was gonna pay them off in full later this month but not anymore.These tires are only 196$ brand new onlineAnd I ve already paid 1,086$. I guess apparently now when alls said and done and I pay the remaining 800$ I was told today I will have been paid double the what the tiresAre actually worth.I wasn t asking for much and have no issue paying but the payoff price went from 500$ to 820$ is not right.Probably just gonna dismount the tires and buy new ones somewhere in full and just take these ones back to em. Be careful with how you pay. This isn t the first time my money and balance has changed. Not sure what s going on.

The store in Springfield are horrible. They took it among themselves to change our payments from twice a month to weekly without asking, employees are very rude. My husband had an appointment to return the tires and wheels before he knew I had a Dr. Appointment with my cancer doctor so he tried to get the tires rescheduled for the next day and was told no he had to be there that day so needless to say I had to cancel my Dr. Appointment. So we get out to the store and had to wait 45 minutes before they got to our truck. Will never go through these people again.

We have used this location for a long time! We were VERY disappointed this time. My wife was discriminated against and ended up walking out after 2 and a half hours of waiting for the tires. NOT a good experience! Shane was not the one who upset us. I did request the general manager to call me and I still haven't heard from anyone!!

All 3 guys I spoke with were very informative and knew the stock on hand. I expected an unreasonable cost for getting tires on payments but I was very pleased with the payment arrangement and full cost. Very satisfactory experience!! I will remain a repeat customer for sure.

My experience is fairly new. I've only made my first payment. So its- OK. I was rubbed the wrong way in the beginning when i called to find out how the process goes and was told to bring down a list of documents and they will go through the process then. Not knowing if my credit is important or do I need a certain percentage down. I dont like that. It maybe time consuming going over it on the phone but i think its better business practice. I know when they get you in there, they have a higher chance on getting the sale. They employee was shayne and he stayed neutral and business like with me the whole time. I'm sure he picked up me being irritated about having to come in to answer my questions. Every other employee I came in contact with was very friendly.They will have you make your first month's payment at the time and it will be best finacially to go the 6 month route. You can go 18 month route for a lower monthly payment but will cost more in the long run with interest added on.The quality of the tire is -ok. I got Nexen all season tires. They are under $100 a piece at Walmart. I would of spent about $400 getting them there and now paying just over $800 at RnR.The second the employee told me 'all season' I was happy and didn't question the brand. This is my fault. Though the employee didn't suggest options either.They will have you give them about 6 references. It would be wise to tell your references before hand to be ready for their call before going in. I drove off with tires on and paperwork signed and within 5 -10 minutes from then I get a call from RnR saying that only one of six of my references answered their phone call. She asked if I could get a hold of them and ask if they would give her a call back. I agree that these are important but this was way to pushy. I called my references and was told off by them that stopping what they are doing at work to answer a call from RnR is ridiculous and that RnR can wait till they go on break or when they are off the clock for the day. And they are right!!! I shouldn't be getting a call until the next day from RnR to give time for the references to respond. Or don't give me the tires until you have gotten all the references!!!!They gjve you roadside assistance while you are making payments and an option to buy afterwards this service afterwards. You get you tires balanced and aligned for free.In all getting tires from RnR is handy when money is tight but you are still spending hard earned money and more of it by going this route.

Terrible experience from the first time I stepped foot inside the building. Where do I start the staff was uninterested and knowledge of product and what fits what was not good. they put a set of tires that were to big for the fender well. so it s rubbed holes in both my fender wells of my newly bought truck I bought two weeks prior to this happening. They said yeah no worries good to go. They fit good they told me. I leave the building and only one of my TPS sensors would register and work. Could hear the tires rubbing. So I make an appointment to switch out the tires and they switch them and the guy has me sit in the truck turn the wheels and he tells me in front of the staff nope doesn t rub so I leave. Have the same problem TPS sensors not working and tires rubbing FOR A SECOND TIME now. Every time I had an issue it was a problem for them and I felt like my problems were an inconvenience for them in some way. The problems they created mind you. So I go back a third time to get the wheels and tires finally removed from my truck completely and I m left with both my fender wells damaged pretty badly and they shrugged and said sorry about that. Where s the customer service? Where s the actual knowledge of sizes and offsets. There was none and I would NOT recommend this company for any of your vehicles needs. Ever!! All this company wants if your money and if you get behind you better just not get behind. All bad. Unprofessional and unsettling that they just continue to push customers out the door I m sure having same issues not always but I know I m not the first person that this has happened to with this company. I guarantee it will not be the last time either. Good day

The only thing is that the shop hands need a supervisor . Just a little to much goofing off I waited over 2 hours on it to get done. I have change alot of tires and I seen them messing with a dirt bike rather then tires. But it was Saturday it was a good day. Just look at I say just look at it. Great job guys thanks

Well I m really glad I found these guys. I had no idea where to go to find wheels and tires that I could actually see in person sand have installed immediately. Then they said they d even finance 6 months at 0%. Too good to be true! Very satisfied

A little more expensive than I thought but I mean I did get tires and wheels lol. They are so kind and accommodating. They were so patient with me and my 2 year old as we ventured this solo. Thanks guys!

Once again, RNR saves the day with new tires. I think this is our fifth set with them so far. I recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you for taking care of us Shayne, as always.

I'm so very happy that I went to RNR Tire Express. This was my first visit and I was treated like a special customer. Like I was going to send $20,000 or more on wheels and tires. But I was there for only one set of tires for my car. Then when they told me they had to order my tires. I was worried it would take days or maybe even a week. Now to my surprise the nice man helping me said. Please go have a sit your tires will be here in about an hour.I couldn't be more satisfied! I will be a regular customer and I will be telling my family and friends. Go to RNR tire express.they can get you what you want.

I seriously am speechless. Shane, Colby, and the rest of their gang at R&R are light years ahead of the game in this area when it comes to Tire Shops. Don't believe me? I dare you to call your favorite or current tire shop, ask them what it would cost someone coming in needing a new tire on a budget, and that tire mounted and balanced then do yourself and your family a favor and call the guys at R&R at the South Campbell location. Don't thank me, pay the gratitude forward on my behalf when you call and tell them Bailey said still so thankful .

This place is a joke, they only want to sell ugly flat black wheels and if you want anything else, they won't even call you back for other options, they lost a sale, the 1 set of chrome wheels they had was 600 dollars higher than there competitors. I won't come back.

These guys stayed two hours late to take care of me and didn't even complain. I will say I wasn't fully aware I was buying repossessed, used wheels until I had already paid for them, one has a slight cosmetic defect. No big deal. I should've known when I spotted them stacked up in the back of the shop area and asked if they were for sale that they had been repossessed.

I am an out-of-towner who was traveling through today. Car diagnostic indicated a low rear tire. I just pulled in and a really nice guy offered to check all my tires and added air since the weather is cooling. No charge ... but I gave him a little pan of pecan rolls I had with me.So kind and professional. If I lived in the area, this would be my tire store!

So far so good. Got me in and out fast. The dude who had me sign papers couldn't really answer any of my questions and seemed annoyed that I had as many as I did. They only do aliments Mon-Thur so you have to make an appointment to get that done. I found that a little odd because I thought it was just automatic that when you get wheels and tires they do an aliment. Overall it was a positive experience and I will be recommending this company those around me.

These guys are amazing not only are they super reasonable but I come in to Simply see if I can get a tire mounted and balanced and walked out with four brand new ones with zero money down same as cash can't compete can't compare it was on the phone for 4 hours with every place in the city this is by far the best

This has been the best tire buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They went over payment options and costs with us to get us the best deal. The sales/account manager, Rick Young, is the King of Customer Service!!!! After today we are R N R customers for life.

This was a good visit. At first he told me the only tires he had would be $1100. I was ready to go find another store. Then he offered to order me a set for $900. Again, I was ready to walk. Finally he come up with a pair of tires that were $700 and compatible. Glad he was willing to go the extra mile to help to this frugal momma! My tires had wires showing! Times are hard. He was honest about it all and answered all my questions.

I will not recommend the RNR tire on North Glenstone in Springfield as they sold my tires that I had them order to put on my truck and made no real apology to me , but will recommend the RNR on the south side of Springfield as they helped me out tremendously to get me what I needed and very much say Thank you for that

Took forever. Sat around for 2 hours. Im pretty sure it takes less than five minutes too take off a tire and put another one on. I asked if there was any extra things there doing out there. They said no just replacing tires. Why would it take two hours.

My experience at RNR was tuff. My emotions were up and down during this time. But thanks to the guys up front they got me through it. My tires were showing belts and needed desperately. They were able to provide me with tires and work out a payment deal that I could do. I rolled out with 4 new tires less than 1 hour later and I've been happy ever since. I feel safe and sound on the road again!! Thank you boys at RNR for taking care of me!!.

Fast service, friendly staff.Took them a few moments to locate the tire I wanted (called other store, looked in stock, ect) even unloaded new shipment just to get them. Highly recommend if you need new tires or rims or both.
