I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so for the service technician/advisor who took the time, with respect and patience to answer questions and work with me regarding the work needed on my Prius.Ryan Parli has great customer skills, showing kindness, expertise, and a willingness to accommodate the needs of his clients. Much appreciated!

I have had my car serviced4 times at Reliable Toyota Service. The 1st 3 times weren't good experiences, for numerous reasons.I was pleasantly surprised this week with Jeremiah Danford, my service tech.He was courteous, informative & he listened to what I said. Afterwards he even walked me out to show me where my car was parked.His service was outstanding & I'm very grateful for that. I hope this is an indication that someone took notice of the formerly abysmal service & made some changes.At any rate, I will definitely ask for Jeremiah in the future.

Do not get your factory recall service done here. They bump this work to the rear of the cue. Your appointment time means nothing. Apparently they feel if they can complete the work by quiting time, it's a success, regardless of how long they keep you waiting.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I rarely leave reviews but this is the 2nd time I ve been in there for a basic service and I ve had to touch base with them to find out why my car isn t ready after 2 hrs. I just think that s bad customer service. I can be patient and gracious if someone would communicate with me about what s happening. The representatives don t seem to know what s going on in the shop. It s very frustrating and makes them seem incompetent. They offered me a free car wash (next time) for my troubles- quite patronizing. I think I ll go elsewhere next time.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

My car was in perfect order till theymessed with it. When I told them about itmy service adviser said they didn't do it.I told him you did do it and he said mycar has tons of miles and that's why ithappened. He was so rude about it. I justleft. I was told by a friend not to go thereand I'm so sorry I did. Lessen learned.BTW the oil change took 3 hours.Service: Oil change

Let me say I love Toyota! I do not like Reliable Toyota. I purchased 4 new tires with road hazard from a Toyota dealer in another state about 6 months ago maybe 8 and still had the receipt. Anyway, I went to work last Thursday and upon getting out of the car I immediately hear air leaking at a fast rate. I knew my tire was not going to stay inflated long. I called Reliable to see if they could get me in to repair and get me back on the road to work that morning.The guy I spoke with was rude and said he could not see anything purchased on my Toyota. I said hmm so you can even see any services I have had done? Because it has all been done by Toyota. He stuttered and said he could see that but not that I purchased new tires. I tell him I had the receipt and he said it didn t matter he wouldn t be able to get it fixed. He offered me to wait in the lobby all day in case there was a cancellation. My time is just as valuable buddy. So, long story short I took it to Thompson GMC. Let me tell you, they were great!! They took me in immediately and said they would take care of it. Even if I would have had to pay something at Toyota I would have, because I want to keep my car being serviced at a Toyota Dealer. However, the customer service is why I will not go back. I m sure they don t need my $15.00 I spent to get my tire fixed, but it is the aggravation of being told they couldn t help me when I had proof of purchase. So, my $15.00 business went elsewhere and I was back to work before 10am. Thank you Thompson!

Their service is having issues, took my van in for service and zaktek, dropped it off at 9am, they had it all day, we received a call around 11:30 that it was done, but we had other things to do. When we arrived at 3pm, we noticed our van was dirty, they were supposed to wash it before applying the zaktek, when we asked our service advisor Monica , she said she cannot check on every vehicle she is assigned and completely dropped the ball. She said they would fast track it and get it done, however if she had done her job , she would have noticed it was not completed earlier in the day. I was told it would take 30 minutes , I had been told before the zaktek takes Horus to apply, well I guess they can get it done in 30 minutes now. It took almost 45 minutes total. I am very disappointed and disappointed I purchased the zaktek as it doesn't not seem to do much. I wish I could get a refund, but that's not possible. They also did nothing to make it right , and caused an unneeded inconvenience. Please use caution when using the service department.

Went in for an airbag recall service, left with the air conditioner not working. I tried contacting them to see if they would remedy the problem or at least give me an overview of what parts had been removed during the work so I would know what to check, but they never got back to me. After diagnosing the problem myself, I discovered a wiring harness behind the dash that had been left disconnected. It doesn't bother me that someone made a mistake (assuming it was an honest mistake), but I am disappointed in their lack of effort to remedy the problem.Service: A/C installation & repair

Both my parents and my family have had beyond excellent service from this dealership, especially with Jehiel DeGuzman as a sales professional. He is ready to help as soon as you walk in the doors. He helped us find the closest matches and exactly what we wanted in vehicles, even in this shortage! When he was helping out my parents, he went straight to the car hauler and pulled a highlander platinum for them to test drive. They instantly fell in love with it. For my wife and I, he worked to get the best match for what we wanted in a Camry.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Car waxing, Oil change

3rd strike for me. I'm finished unless the one car is still under warranty. Didn't get a read out on condition of vehicle. Told everything was good except tire sensor light was on. Last time I was told the rear brakes pads were getting low yellow warning on report. They were more concerned about the tire sensor light said it would cost $200 to find out which one was bad and another $170 to fix it. Total $370. I told them I could get it done at jiffy lube for $125 big difference. To check it they walked around the vehicle and checked the sensor with a meter to see which one was bad. Toyota said to check it would be about 2 hours. Oil change done on 12-30-2021Service: Oil change

Bruce took the time to ensure all of my questions regarding my lease was answered. He worked out a great deal to get us on the right track.Edit to two star from five. I was lied to about how my lease worked. Was told that I could get out of it early, and to keep an eye on what I owe on the lease vs kbb to know when to get out.I m good with the lease, but don t feed people full of lies.

Gave this place three chances. All three times there was grease all over my door when I picked up my car. First and second time they got grease on my seats. Over filled my oil by an entire quart, which I had to go drain when I got home. Do not let these amateurs touch your car, even for the free service that comes with a new vehicle.

Well I couldn t get ahold of parts or the services department then Scott picked up in sales. He fixed my problem in 30 seconds, I owe the man dinner after getting me out of this heat.

Visited first time this place and got my car back after oil change with tire pressure light still on. Went straight back to get air checked and found out they forgot their wheel lock key onmy wheel. It s a heavy piece of metal and would have become projectile in any direction once I m on highway.

Took my truck in for a open recall, picked it up in the inside of the cab smelt like gasoline, thought I would give it a day got it the next day smell like gasoline, truly annoyed, every time I call can never get through to service ! When they say they will return calls oh, what a joke !
