I took my car in for a recurring problem and Suzanne was so pleasant to work with. She kept us updated while very busy and made sure we left happy with the service provided. She really understands the value of excellent service, and deserves some recognition.

Took my RX8 in for recall work on Tuesday. It should have been done on Thursday and it s now Friday yet I still haven t even heard from reliable. Called on Friday morning to check on the status of my repairs. I was told the service dept. would call me back but they never did. It s already been 5 days, they could at least let me know when to expect my repairs to be finished.Update: I still haven t heard from them as of Sunday. It s getting kind of ridiculous.Final update: eventually they got it done and replaced a bunch of parts that I hadn t expected as part of the simple airbag recall. Took more than a week but they did a bunch of free work and everything is still perfect a year later. I m adding one star for good mechanics work and because parts availability isn t the fault of the shop. My main complain remains: I still wish they were better about communicating the situation and the timeline for parts and repair. It s difficult to have your only car in the shop when you live 60 miles away and need to coordinate a ride to pick it up. On top of that going without a vehicle in the meantime and having no idea when it ll be done.Should have been a quick repair. Not entirely their fault so this 3 star rating is really only for bad communication. It could be a 4 or a 5 with better expectation setting and updates as the situation changes. Or you know, even a call back or answer your phone when I call.

My vehicle only has 21k. Check engine light came on .turns out it was a bad valve. They had to order the part. I hadn t heard anything from them for about a week so I called them to check the status of the part and they said oh yes it arrived last week. Nobody called me so I set the appointment myself, had to take off work to bring it in. When I arrived for the appointment, they said it was made for the prior day. Said they would have to reschedule. Not happening!Nobody knew what was going on anywhere. Clueless!Very frustrating and time consuming to try to coordinate anything to get done. Did I mention that it is a newer car. Also had to bring in for a recall earlier in the year. Not too satisfied with my purchase of a 30k car!Service: Auto maintenance

Unfortunately the opposite of reliable, they broke a key in my car, then expected me to pay for the locksmith. If that wasn't bad enough, I order 2 keys (roughly $100 each) and they charge me for 4 keys, because the first two keys that they made didn't work.Don't use this service even if it seems like your only option.

I brought my vehicle for a recall repair. Staff was curteous and professional, arranged a Lyft ride home and when work was completed I got a prompt ride back to pick it up. I'm very pleased with my experience with Reliable Mazda.
