Adrian is who I deal with normally in the office here. She is very very cool. If you have to bring the truck back after they've worked on it. Adrian will go find the mechanic and put boot to ass.

Polite and smooth check in process, plenty of mechanics available so trucks are worked on in a timely manner, If Prime driver shuttle takes you to and from location, plus nice & clean facilities,

Great customer service. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful and my tech was able to fix my problem in one day. Would definitely come here again!

You all broke a personal item of mine. You did not offer to pay, at least, half of the damages. It may not mean anything to you but it meant something to MY POCKETS. I will be reporting you all to BBB.

Truthfully speaking, this location is on the property of my primary terminal. So to give them less then five stars when they are the first to get something done on the yard is just dumb.

They hold up your repairs if you have only simple repairs. To milk out as much labor as possible.
