As a shade tree mechanic I really appreciate the guys at this location. They were patient and very helpful in the process of me putting on rear camber arms. I did pay for a lifetime 4 wheel alignment but in two days time I had to go back and forth and the guys always worked me in. Finally after getting the correct mounting hardware I was able to get my son s car back on the road. It s the people that make the place !

Great service on short notice on Thanksgiving Eve to replace my battery and get me mobile again. Dusty, store manager, is so knowledgable, personable, well-spoken, and effective getting the job done. Answered all my questions and explained what I asked about. He is a great representative for hid brand without pressure or upselling. Highly recommend him and his staff to address your needs in auto needs.

The gentlemen up there are great, they took great care of me with putting new tires on my vehicle, also while doing that they went out of their way to check my fluids in my car! They provided great customer service! Dusty Nealis (the manager) there is also great, he was very friendly and helpful with assisting me with my vehicle issues and made this whole process less stressful, he was very knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning because of HIM! Thank you, Dusty!

Patrick at the front desk was great!I went to the E Sunshine location and received the best service I've ever had with a tire shop! They didn't have the tires in house but we're able to source them nearby. They went and picked them up, and get me serviced within the same day! I'd been calling around to other shops in the area before I contacted them on E Sunshine and NO ONE else would even attempt that level of service! Give these guys a raise!!! A+ superior service!!

Patrick and the rest of the guys were amazing. Personable. Quick to patch my tire. Educated me on things they noticed I should take care of. Very friendly and nice guys. Thanks for making a trip to the tire shop painless!!! Will be returning when I need new tires! Thanks guys!

The team at Plaza is efficient, communicative, and professional. I bought 4 new tires from them, and during instalation, one of the clips on my wheel covers broke. Dusty, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. I'll be shifting all regular maintenance for my car to Plaza because they act with integrity and back their work. Thanks so much!

I really liked this place. They were excellent in helping me choose the tires that I needed for my truck. Their customer service is top notch! I will definitely be going back there. Highly recommend this place.

I was in need of two new tires. A friend recommended that I go to Plaza Tire Service and I am very glad that I followed their suggestion.They were very friendly, had the tires that I needed, and had the job completed in about 30 minutes. It was great. If I need that type of service again, I will go back to Plaza Tire Service.

I was at a business near by Plaza tire when I came out to find that my tire pressure was indicating 8. I was just so beside myself... what to do, what to do (my husband was at work). Then I remembered Plaza was just down the street and they supported my son's high school in an ad book.I got there and they took me right in. So nice and polite and understanding. I was impressed. I definitely will go back and buy my new tires from them. They were the best.

Plaza tire service was great, fast and very convenient 3 minutes from my house. The guy that checked me in was friendly and very helpful also said that it was go take 45minutes to an hour but it only took 25 minutes to get me in and out...

I was able to get service quickly. I needed a new tire. They changed my battery also. I have an 1100 mile coming up Christmas. I feel safe getting on the road after having them check out my car. They are friendly and very helpful as you can see.

I am from out of town and needed to get to a sick relative as quickly as possible- Patrick and his team got me in quick.Having worked at a tire shop before, I know a little about tires- however as a female I am often disregarded, assumed unknowledgeable and treated like a child in tire shops. Patrick and his team treated me with respect, talked to me like an adult, gave me consistent updates on how things were going and did not rip me off. (which happens to women a lot)Thank you Patrick and team, I made it to my relative safely because of you all.

Bought 4 new tires for our truck for a good price but it took them about 2 hours to get them on. Very polite people just didn't have enough help.

They performed a very thorough safety inspection even though the owner of the vehicle may not like it but I believe the inspections should be done correctly and they done a wonderful job thank you Plaza tire service

Took my wife's car in for oil change check out one of her tire. They are fast and honest. I don't only bring my vehicles here also take my work trucks to them great location

I bought my tires here 2 years ago almost and still have nothing but great things to say about this place. My tire light had been on for a few weeks and I attempted to inflate it at kum and go but could not get my tire gauge to work. I stopped by and they pulled me right up and checked them for free for me. I really appreciate everything you do to help, thank you all!

I really like Paza Tire Service. Everyone is so friendly and very thorough in the service I receive on my vehicle. I used to go to a dealer in town but the Service Techs at Plaza are so much better than the dealer I went to for 16 years. I have a lot of confidence in knowing my vehicle was taken care of by Plaza. Even when I purchased my tires from them is year I received the same type of service. Dustin is a great Manager of personnel. Thank you Plaza Guys!

The staff is awesome! Have been there several times since the first of July. They have taken care of all my tire or truck needs in timely manner. Very reasonable prices. On one tire issue, they referred me to a business that fixed my rim, which saved me a lot of money over cost of new rim. Great place! Highly recommend!

I am always pleased with the friendly staff and the service I get at any location. The mechanic doing my alignment today was very patient with my old rusted parts on my truck. I have been very happy with the nice set of all terrain tires I bought there as well. They only sell good quality.

I called in, they got me in right away. Apparently my vehicle has a reputation as being problematic But they got everything tightened up and I got a great alignment and good service.

I ve been getting tires and service at the sunshine location for a few years. They always take care of my van and go out of their way to make it a good experience. Their manager Dusty is great!

Great and fast service. The guys there were able to help me find a substitution for the tires I needed at the price I needed. They took care of my car right way. Will be using them again for all my future needs.

Manager didn't know the specs of his own product. At first refused to comply with my request, once he was proved wrong he lied and said the tire pressure I requested would void my warranty when it was well within the manufacturers recommended pressures. The shop at first didn't check my alignment as requested and the said it needed $300+ worth of parts when 6 months ago the South Campbell store in Springfield showed everything to be great with no issues after purchasing my new tires. When I got home I found the shop had not filled my tires to 48# as requested.

As a first time customer and was recently looking for new tires .I went to plaza tire on east sunshine and after purchasing tires and giving clear instructions on the security-related locks on my stock wheels ...I still had to go out to the shop and show the tire tech how to take them off...and locks are factory ford equipment ..so I removed them ..no big deal ...paid got a receipt and went to my vehicle to look at my new tires ...tech did not install new valve stems as stated on receipt.. but i was charged as a oversight...then refunded when i noticed..improperly installed hub cabs ...at this point I'm not feeling real sure of tire installation.......or balance.. ...
