I went to get a tire repaired if possible if not, replaced. They were able to repair it. It did not cost any more than I expected. They were timely, efficient and very nice. The technicians were very helpful and very pleasant. If I ever need these services again and I am in the area again, I will definitely return. Excellent job guys. Thank you very much.

Your wait will not be less than 2 hours. 7 guys working. 3 of us sat there for over 2 hours while they wander around kinda doing stuff. After 3 years of going here we will not be back. Don't pay for road coverage it's not worth it.

I took my car in for an inspection and everyone was welcoming. They listened carefully to what I needed and promised to contact me when everything was taken care of. They reattached the hose to my windshield wiper well at no charge. I was grateful for their help.

Few weeks ago I just needed a valve stem replaced that went bad. Took my wheel and tire in and they said we will get it done. Tech came in after a few minutes said that was easy. Just needed the inside of the valve stem. Would not let me pay them money. Couple days ago I knew I needed new tire for my boat trailer. Called them they said bring it in and within an hour they were finished and great prices and courteous, knowledgeable folks. What a blessing. Business that knows how to do business!!!

Very courteous and knowledgeable front f so. The mechanic knew us by name. After a diagnostic for front end suspension work and alignment on a busy Saturday with return the next Monday morning to do the work. It was finished faster than anticipated and correctly. No other sales pitch which was appreciated. Another mechanic in a different shop had messed up my car so I am very appreciative and will definitely return

Only go here if you have 2.5+ hours of your day to waste even mid afternoon on a Thursday for a simple tire fix. They won t even get to it in the first 1.5 hours even with hardly anyone in front of you. I ve never seen such a slow business operation that has zero care for their customers time. When time is money your money is best spent else where.

Great service! Needed a single tire because a nail was in a bad spot to plug it. Very helpful and friendly. Found me an inexpensive tire and had it on quicker than he had told me it would take.

To put it simply, this Plaza Tire saved me over $800 on repairs for my car and their staff was incredibly professional and pleasant to do business with. I especially want to thank Scott for making a situation that was looking to be incredibly stressful for me much easier.I won t even consider taking my car anywhere else in the future

I have dealt with plaza tire professionally selling them parts for a long time. They are all top notch amazing people. Took my car in to get an alignment and they did amazing I can t thank the guys enough!

Went in to recieve a state inspection yesterday and somehow a mix up insued and I didnt recieve my state inspection certificate. Upon calling with questions about my report, I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The guy was incredibly condescending. First it was impossible the yellow or white paper (meaning the certificate) wasnt attached to my invoice. Then I didnt recieve the inspection at all and I would need it to be brought back in. Question about their recomendation regarding their report? Check it yourself.All I can recommend is go in yourself. Despite that one bad aspect, in person, everyone I met there was super friendly, answered my questions effectively, not dismissivly and even went out of their way in the end so I had a passing state inspection. Prior to the mix up, they also gave me a really good deal on an air filter and after the mix up, they replaced a light that was out. You can catch anyone on bad day. But the service before and after did make up for it in the end.

Team was nice and it didn t take them very long at all to help me out. Had a rim put on one tire and had them bend one of my other rims back into place. I would recommend their services.

This is an excellent tire place. I was told by mechanic that I needed new tires and these people checked out my tires and they were brand new. Didn't even charge me. Just excellent customer service. They'll get you taken care of.

A little issue with the tires I wanted being there but they made things right. Service was quick and friendly. Got my TPMS programed even though other places said I needed to take to dealership to do that as they were aftermatket sensors.

I just want to say thank you for helping my brother in lawTim.New Brakes,Oil change and inspection.Best company and service in town.Nicest employees too.I have been laid up with spinal cord surgery so I could not repair it myself for him.I sent him with my wife to Plaza Tire on West Sunshine.I knee I could trust them.They got him in same day and repaired same day.They treated my wife and brother in law with respect.They didn't take advantage of them as some shops do.Neither one of them know anything about cars and repairs.Oncr again they came thru for me as they always do.Thank you Plaza Tire for you commitment and trust of serving people right.Best repair shop in Town.You will always have my business and trust.God bless you all and Thank you so much.

I went here and made an appointment which they said was pointless and nobody should make one. They had my car for an oil change from 10:40am until after 4:00pm. I asked them to check the tires because we are going on a road trip in a few days. They danced around my question of 'did they check the tires' by saying they didn't note anything on the tires so they're fine. My psi in my Chevrolet app showed the pressure as unchanged from when I dropped it off. I went to discount tire nearby since I bought the tires there anyway. While at discount tire I noticed my oil life on the car had not been reset. They were going to fix it if I came back but I figured it out at the other tire place. My pressure on my tires needed to be remedied. My psi on all tires was at least 5 under and one tire was more than 5 under. Discount tire looked at my wipers and informed me they should be replaced. It had been a year since new wipers so I know they weren't lying. They didn't mention my wipers at plaza tire and if they were going to be decent since I am about to travel, they would have checked them. Now I get home and they have a report on my car saying they checked my tires and wipers. But they didn't check either. They must have left me for the end when they were rushed and didn't want to spend any more time than necessary on me. I highly doubt they checked anything on my car that they said they did. Now I have to find a new place for an oil change. I pay a lot for a full synthetic no matter where I go so it really doesn't matter. I'm going to have someone check my oil and see if it's new oil.

We will not have our vehicles serviced at any other shop than Plaza Tire. We have great trust in our Service Manager, Marvin Lockwood, to always provide excellent customer service.Thank you!

I came in to get my tire plugged before work and was in a bit of a rush. Wade immediately went and got me set up to get it fixed with no questions asked. Thank you to the plaza tire service in springfield!

I was in for new tires and an oil change. Was done before the time frame that was given, and was a very pleasant experience. Marvin was really helpful, and gave me a report of things that would need done on my car in the future.

Such a nice man working at the desk, 5 stars for him, and his kindness, only con was that I just needed a quick tire replacement and it lowkey took forever, but then again, I don t know how long these things normally take. Overall great tho, great service, clean bathrooms, cheap tires, and free coffee
