My boyfriend had new tires put on his Mercedes, and they got right to it. We got there when they opened on a Sunday, and they had all 4 tires put on in about an hour. We were in and out and they done a good job...

Recently had a nail in my tire...yeah it sucked.But I called Pep Boys and talked to Harley. She was SO friendly. :)I was pleased with my care and all around service. The team did a great job and got me in and out very quickly.I would recommend this location. This is not the first time, I have needed to be fit in for something like this and they always take care of me.

I've known about Pep Boys for years. I have an older model car which lately has has needed attention recently. I've purchased a replacement tire. Gotten a License renewal certification which required a tail light replacement and license certification. Using Pep Boys, I saved a bunch of money because I didn't have to go to dealer car dealer which has much higher labor rates.I really appreciate their an appointment system, It makes more efficient use of my and their time. Recently I had a non operational window that was down.I spent some time trying to check fuses but ran into a problem. I contacted Pep Boys. They determined I had my windows system on lock. They spent some time determining the problem, but they refused to accept any reimbursement for their time even thought I was willing to pay for. In my opinion they've done excellent work for me and were more than fair. Pep Boys is now my go to choice when I need auto care.

I ran over a curb, blew out a tire and tweaked my tie rods a couple weeks ago, I needed to get in on a Sunday. It was a very friendly environment (not like 3 years ago) Kenton the manager took care of me he was very personable and I felt more relaxed and welcome and not rushed and put off. Got me back on the road quick. I hit another curb 2 days ago, got me in and out and it didn't break the bank, and when I joked and said "I promise I'll try not to hit anymore curbs" Kenton said if you do we will be here. Thank you to all that worked on my car!

I do not recommend this place for anything more than routine maintenance. Twice this year alone I took my car in for unknown issues, paid for everything they recommended, was told the problem was fixed, just for me to be driving a few hours later and the problem not be fixed. One time I understand, things happen. Twice within two month? Unacceptable. I will not be bringing my car back.

Thank you Jordan for fixing a tire repair and changing out my spark plugs. And saving me money by letting me know my serpentine belt didn t need changed out yet. If you re looking for an honest mechanic I d come here. See you next time.

Very sexist in my opinion. They ignored all of the reasons I brought my car in and I felt very belittled throughout the entire process. I had to be adamant in my requests to be taken seriously and even then they were brushing off my concerns and tried to tell me my new car needed new tires. Overall, would not go here as a woman. They will not take you seriously at all. Kenton specifically was very not helpful

While driving through from out of town, specifically MN, about 20 miles out, our car started making a loud noise that didn't sound good. So, we called my brother back home. He couldn't tell us what it was, only that it sounded bad and he didn't feel comfortable with us driving it. We called a tow, and Pep Boys was the only place open. We talked to Harley and Jordan, who said they couldn't guarantee they could look at it tonight, as they were busy. Anyways, Jordan took 5 minutes just to see and was able to determine that the problem wasn't major but one they were unable to fix. He said we could drive it without it causing more damage but said we should get it fixed and gave us the name of a place that could do it. So, we are very thankful that he took the 5 minutes just to look, even though they were busy and only an hour or so from closing; otherwise, we'd have had to rent a car at the airport. Even though we don't live here, I would come back if I ever was in the area, as we were treated very well and they didn't even charge us. He was very honest, as my brother thought it could have been something more major that would have cost a lot more, and had he said that was the issue, we probably would have believed it, as he had two things that he was worried it could be.

We pulled into pep boys at the last minute and left feeling like God had smiled through the clouds on our family. We had 2 bad tires and after a tire shuffle and some amazing work by the guys, we left actually feeling safe in our car again. If you decide to go ANYWHERE, GO HERE! You're not just another customer, you're a family that they have in their hands.

I called and made an appointment and told them the exact ones I previously viewed the person whom I talked to checked to make sure they had them available and made my appointment for the next day. The service was very prompt and I'm happy with the tires I purchased.

I've been taking both of my cars to Pep Boys for years. Kenton and his team are always very professional and helpful. I am a big fan of both buying tires at a discount and their lifetime alignment service which will save you lots of money over the long haul. Thanks for all that you do!

Easily the worst place to take your car too. Went it for a simple state inspection thinking there shouldn't be anything they could screw up. After the inspection already took an hour, they informed me that my back brakes had locked up and are now going to need to be replaced. When I went out and looked at it I realized what actually happened was they broke a piece to my brakes while doing the inspection and also claimed that the pads needed to be replaced when they did not. Since the car couldn't get off the lift I went and biught the parts next door to fix it. Then the mechanic did not try to get the cover off of the pad but instead pry the entire piece off which in turn broke another component. I went again to buy this part that they just broke again. I assisted the mechanic in the rest of fixing the car so they did not screw up anything more and told them I just wanted the car out because I was not paying for them to do something I can. All in all I paid $80 in parts and at the end of it they made me pay an additional $200 in service for a part they broke because of their negligence to my car. When I asked why I had to pay anything more since they screwed it up they said it was the best they could do. All in all I paid $280 for something that was supposed to cost $12. Never go here and save your self the money and damage to your car.

Made a appointment online. They had a deal going buy 3 get 4th free. Made appointment for 10. Arrived they didnt have the tires i had picked online upon arrival. Ended up buying different brand with a higher cost. Did appointment online to save time... Ended up being done at 12:20I won't be using them anymore.

So, a few things here:I had recently gotten my oil changed by Pep boys over on Battlefield, and I've been serviced by them a few times before and up until this point I have had any complaints. Until this last time. They were supposed to give me a standard oil change and tire rotation. That happens and its fine, but when it was time for me to pay and leave, one of the techs tells me that I'm leaking oil out of my pan, and that they can get it fixed today, no problem (there was no leak when i came in btw). I'm thinking that maybe they are going to replace my oil plug and maybe re-thread it, as my car is about 14 years old and I've never had a new plug put in, so I said "sure go ahead". They then try to sell me a new oil pan and labor for putting a new oil pan in, which came up to 900 dollars... absolutely not lol. They then tried to convince me that my car is pissing oil and that they can absolutely expedite a new pan for me...I tell them "no that's ok" and then they try to get me to schedule this service at a later date to which I said "ok well I'll just get back to you on that".So I get my car inspected and turns out that they shoved a bolt into my pan to try to plug it up and either lost my oil plug or got rid of it to try to get me to spend about $990 on a service that I don't need. All I needed was a new plug and threads (cost me about 47 bucks lol).Why did they tell me I needed a new pan? I have no idea other than maybe they thought they could scam me (I'm a woman in my 20s, and I was alone), or that they actually don't have the foresight to correctly diagnose an issue with my car even though there was literally no leak before and after I came to them that day (02/15/24).Btw, the technician who serviced my car (according to my invoice) was Jordan H.If you are a lady who is by herself, please just go somewhere else. Or if you're anyone for that matter, as they might try to upcharge you 900 bucks for something that should cost you maybe 45 bucks at the most.

There should be a negative amount of stars being able to be given cause that's how my experience with pep boys have been. I first went to Pep Boys to get one of my trucks tires replaced and then after driving it home, low and behold, the ABS light was on and the breaks were very weak. Fast forward a week and I took it back and had to cough up $400 dollars to fix the break pads cause suddenly they're metal on metal when they were just fine a week ago. Asked them to make sure everything was ok with my vehicle and they said it was perfect. One my drive home, I start have braking issues and when moving, it sounds like metal scratching together so I call them and take the truck to get it looked at and after 2 hours of inspection, they don't find anything and look at me like Im crazy when I insist that theres something there. I say oh well and take it home. Suddenly, my truck starts having issues backing up cause the tires are locking up,so I take it to Pep Boys and they say the drivers side caliber locked up and killed the break pad, another 400 down the drain to get it replaced, once again I ask them if everything is ok now, and they say yes. A week later, same issue. And now they say its the passenger side caliber thats freezing up and needs to be replace. No way am I ever handing them any more money. 100% sure they sabotage peoples brakes based off my experiences and other peoples experiences that I've heard from. DO NOT COME HERE PEOPLE. 3.9 stars should speak for itself. these guys dont know what they're doing.

I waited 2 hours for an inspection that I had an appointment for. Was told my brakes failed inspection and needed replaced. Customer service went out the door as soon as they realized I wasn't going to have them change my brakes. Went to a different mechanic and was told my brakes still had 75% life left and was finished with a passing inspection in 15 minutes. All in all, I felt like Pep Boys saw a woman by herself and tried to take advantage. There was another customer that had been there for 3 hours waiting on an oil change that was started before I arrived at the shop.

I ve been going to Pep Boys since I got my first car when I was 16 and I m 26 now. They have always been kind, quick, reasonable and nothing has changed. Jordan helped me most recently and even with a lot on his plate he was super friendly and professional and when the delivery truck didn t get my tires delivered when they should he went and picked them up himself. I am so thankful for Pep Boys and their staff!

Purchased tires online to take advantage of discount. Once I arrived they took my vehicle in right away, e changed the tires,and setup for alignment,in which the tie rod was bad so we got that fixed,finished alignment and sent me on my way. Was very pleased with my experience with this store.

I have never been to Pep Boys, but after my visit there I'll definitely be back and recommend to everyone. I was in and out within 45 min of have 4 new tires put on ! The guys that checked me in and out were amazing.Super nice and polite! I give them an A+

Kenton if you go there one word Kenton ask for Kenton!!! There s not too many places that actually care about others people vehicles and don t place a knife at your pocket and throat. Gave me an honest assessment and let me know that most of the work that another shop named as the issues .were nt. Offering to do a smoke test on my vehicle instead of throwing the entire assembly at the vehicle was eye opening! Once again if I didn t say it before, ask for Kenton.

Whoever signed off on my battery install on saturday did not make sure they tightened the positive cable down or the battery itself. I just had to have my car unnecessarily towed only to find out that whoever installed the battery didn't do either of those things. When I called to make Someone aware I was told "well I wasn't here on saturday so.... " I hadn't been to Pep Boys for anything in about 10 years if not longer but I can assure you I won't be back for anything else. If something as simple as a battery is carelessly installed there's absolutely no way I'd trust them with repairing/installing something that could endanger my or my daughter's lives.

Just wanted to share how great the guys at this location are! After I left the dealership where I usually get my car fixed, I got a second quote from the folks at Pep Boys. The quote they gave was 1/4 the dealership cost and . I didn t have to leave my car over night. This saved me over $1500. They will be my new go to place for service! Thank you!

Took my car in for an alingment first price was a bit high for everything. But after driveing off it was doing fine drove it for like 4, 5 .months later and we are right back to alingemnt again if I paid what I did I feel like it should be around alot longer.

had a set of wheels get damage they said no worry's we will get them fix. Been waiting months to even get them back since then my car has been on jack stands waiting for the wheels back. Got to love car pulling or paying for rides over someone else mess up. Just found out they been done for over a week and Jason never told anyone!! if you wanna get the run around this is the place to go. been pretty loyal to Pep boys for the last 8 years! and this is how i get treated.

This past weekend I was in an accident, my tire popped off the rim. I was told at other shops it d take a couple days to fix my tire and put it back on the rim, or overall a new tire. I called pep boys and they got me in RIGHT AWAY!! Turns out a bunch of mud got wedged in and popped the tire from the rim. They fixed it right away alongside checking the rest of my car to make sure it was safe to drive after the accident. They were friendly, efficient, and fair priced. Thank you Pep Boys!

Took my SUV in for tire replacement and ask about some other possible issues I had notice staff at the shop helped address my concerns and had my tires done within a hour and a half I was impressed with the level of customer care I received and even asked about bringing in my classic truck for some work staff was straight forward and honest will definitely send future customers here

Okay I never make reviews but Jordan at pep boys was so kind. I was getting an oil change that I needed, and was headed out of state for a funeral right after and Jordan kindness not only made my day a little better, but his humor helped me with the horrible week I had. They got my car in and out in a jiffy and I could not be more thankful for their help. First time going to pep boys but definitely will be going back!

I made an appointment for a specific time, and the tech looked at my car and decided all I needed was to have the tires balanced. 3 hours later, the tires are balanced. Why did I bother making an appointment? To their credit, my car drives much smoother now.
