The staff is very helpful for someone like me.I know nothing about cars. They can answer any questions you may have.Type of oil for example.I would send my Mom there... she knows more about cars than me

Matt was a huge help to me! Even though he didn't make a huge sale on helping me, he was patient, creative and helped create another happy/appreciative customer. I'll definitely be back in the future for any auto parts needs.

People here are friendly and helpful. I went in yesterday to find bolts to hold my new motorcycle plate. The bolts i bought there didn't really fit and the store closed right after i bought them to exchange a new pairs. Colin helped me secure the plate temporary to get home with some of his washers in his car even though he could have left after work.Another time, i took my car in to check the battery because my radio on my car kept turn on and off after 10s. There was a lady that helped me but I couldn't remember her name. She checked the battery and found out the connections in the positive/ negative were loose. She tightened them and problem was fixed. Saved me a lot of money because I would have bought it to a shop if that didn't happen.Definitely recommend this store.

Our battery went out while traveling from Georgia. Thankfully, they had multiple options in stock. The price was good, and they installed it for me. I've never had someone install a battery for me, but I didn't have tools with me and it was a great help this time. All around, it was a great experience.

Got a $75 mower battery last week. Got it home and wouldn't start mower,put it on charge and it was at 50%, charged it up to 100 and mower started. Next morning go to start it to load up for work, wouldn't start, put charger on again, battery was at 62%.Had time today to run it back up to O'Reilly and they tell me they won't warranty it because it doesn't test bad. DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM O'REILLY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEMI own 6 vehicles and a bunch of equipment. Will not be doing business with O'Reilly moving forward.

Great service!!! I m driving from out of town and noticed one of my head lights weren t lit. Called the local Subaru dealership and they didn t have the parts on hand. Called here and spoke with Phoenix who told me they had several options and recommended the best one for my Subaru. Drove in, bought the bulbs, and he replaced it for me. In and out within 10 mins. Made my day!!! Awesome job, and shout out to Phoenix.

Love it, they have what I need most of the time and if something breaks the lifetime warranty is very useful. I have got many things to fix my car here. Headlights are always good quality and have only had a pre-broken part once and that didn't seem to be their fault. The package was beat up and I accepted it anyways thinking that the product would be fine.

Normally I'm beyond pleased with the service I have gotten at O'Reilly. Today I saw that I needed a new blade. In the process of the very young man trying to figure out how to change the blade he finally ended up tearing it out in pieces! In the process left 2 deep scratches in the paint!!! The lad finally gave up and went inside to get someone else to do the job. I pointed out the scratches and told him what had happened.....asked if he thought it could be buffed out. His reply...."yeah probably". End of story!!!!! I said thanks and left. I won't be returning.

Oreilets is the best automotive store for the parts needed or they. Can order them n for them for you. The knowledge is awesome also. The lady that works there that was from a different store was si nice in helping me get a radio n put the radio under the right price im so glad to have had a store like oreileys to keep my vehicles running at a cheaper price as I can afford. Thank you to all the staff at all the stores

Jacob was very helpful. He helped us find what we needed and installed our wiper blade right away. We were done with our errand in about 5 minutes. Fast, efficient and great service!

Was a little disappointed coming to this location. It said outside that it was free windshield wiper installation. When I went inside the gentleman named Chris was working. He wasn t very friendly and was talking with his mouth full. I had to figure out the year of my truck because he didn t want to measure my windshield wiper and when I mentioned needing help putting it on you could tell that wasn t something he wanted and seemed bothered. He didn t say anything back about that after I continued to talk to my husband about how I think we need help. I said again that we may need his help because we hadn t done this before. He said nothing. When we found out what we needed he rang it up for us and said have a good a night very fast and then went to talking to his co worker. As I was still talking about having his help he ignored it. Normally I do not complain but I have worked in customer service for years and if I acted that way I would be in so much trouble and truly care to be nice to every customer that comes in!

They are great people to do business with, regardless of location. Well trained sales people in auto related issues/ questions but know what customer service means! They answer all my questions, no matter what they are. Just Helpful!!

One of the best O'Reilly's I've been too. I needed a few different parts for my car and everyone in there was super helpful with helping me figure out what was going on with my car. Got me taken care of, now my car is running much better due to their suggestions. Went above and beyond to help a customer. I highly recommend this store in particular. Especially the bearded dude with the redneck truck, can't remember his name, but he was the best! Helped me put on a part that fixed my breaklights when my own mechanic wouldn't! Shout out to him for doing an awesome job.

This O Reilly has the nicest and most helpful employees! They have helped me several times and have even suggested other places if they didn t have the parts. I went in for a headlight and they even came out and installed it for me. This is a great place!

I had changed to Autozone but this O'Reilly won my business back. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of my battery replacement emergency in less than 30min.

The employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful. I don t know a lot about my car but they never make me feel bad about it. Their suggestions are always top notch and I don t feel like they are price gauging me.

Went in because the check engine light kept coming on in my car. The guy was very friendly and polite. He even used the check engine tool to see what area the problem was in and gave me the business card of a mechanic he recommended.

O'Reilly's impresses me in their service and prices, and that is why I am a loyal customer. Whenever I have an auto parts - related need, this E Sunshine Street location is my normal go-to O'Reilly's (though I do go to other great locations throughout the area). Every time I come here, I am reminded why I go to O'Reilly's. The assistants are not only knowledgeable and courteous...they are exceptionally helpful. They go with me out to my car to look at issues and even use their tools to install things on the car. Unbelievable service and I want others to know about it!

I have used O'Reilly's Auto Parts for years. Occasionally you get a wrong part and they will bend over backwards to correct the mistake. They honor their warranties as well. I've never had any trouble with them.

in person the staff is nice and knowledgeable but over the phone they suck. learn.to listen guys. i don't like driving across town only to find out u were only listening to half of what i was talking about. its ok to slow down

Cody helped me with my headlight today. I bought a new one from the store and he offered to help install it. It turned out that the old one was not broken and it was just a loose connection. Cody refunded the new headlight I just bought. Thank you Cody for your services! I saved $16 and have a working headlight!

The last 6 items we purchased here, didn't last but 6-8 mos. We bought a battery, alternator, starter, computer module for transmission, window washer motor, power window motor. They did replace them because have lifetime warranty but even replacement parts went bad so have started buying parts from Auto Zone and on-line now

I have not had any bad experiences. They help check, probs., Testing when engine light on. Etc. Customer service good.
