Really good place and very helpful staff. Always willing to help and go the extra mile for a customer. Willing to work with people on the prices. Understanding of today's situation with inflation. Almost always get the correct part and if I do not then it was my oversight in knowing the engine in my truck. Easy to find a parking spot and handicap accessible. Yes I am employed by them but I am being as unbias as I can in seeing how the staff treats the customers. The staff does not give excuses, only helpful advice. No pressure sales.

Needed to price cost of front and rear brakes for a 98 Dodge Stratus when I spoke to the rep by phone I asked him how I could identify a "brake shoe" he said "well it's not a disc" wow! My perception of this incident was how dumb am I for not knowing this, although I completely forgive the gentleman on the other end I do believe phone etiquette and compassion for those like me less fortunate in the brake areas of life could be beneficial for business, I would have gladly ordered and spent my hard earned money at this business had I been treated with love and compassion! Give it up for AutoZone and O'Reilly's for allowing me to be uninformed and pricing the product within the range of good business! Napa I do pray you will learn from the phone encounter and use it as a tool to enable better customer service in the future. Best wishes.

Our Fiat had issues and we happen to pull into NAPA to try and fix them. The employees where very helpful in finding the parts and tools needed to fix the car. Quick to answer questions and went above and beyond.

Disappointing Experience - Wrong Parts and Unhelpful StaffI recently had a very disappointing experience with Nappa Auto Parts. I ordered parts for my vehicle, but unfortunately, they gave me the wrong ones. When I brought this to their attention, the staff's response was incredibly rude and dismissive.Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a solution, they suggested that I take my vehicle to a shop for the repair, implying that I wasn't capable of handling it myself. As someone who is knowledgeable about car repairs and had even specified the correct parts I needed, this was incredibly frustrating and insulting.Additionally, I asked for some advice on the parts I had ordered, hoping they might provide some helpful insights. However, their response was, "We aren't mechanics," which was not only unhelpful but also showed a lack of customer service.I believe that a reputable auto parts store should take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their customers with respect and understanding. Unfortunately, my experience with Nappa Auto Parts fell far short of these expectations.I will not be returning to Nappa Auto Parts and would caution others to be wary of their service. There are plenty of other auto parts stores that prioritize customer satisfaction and respect their customers' knowledge and skills.

If you have custom belt sizes on your vehicle, they will not help you. Was told to go to Napa for a belt for a mechman alternator. They don't have the ability to look up custom sizes. Every napa in the country does except for these two stores. No one was in the store they would not even look. Btw the size of the belt is printed on the outside box you don't have to measure them.

I asked if they matched prices and the guy said, this is the best I can do and knocked 49� off! I was only asking that in the first place. I then asked if they usually matched prices and he said we are not going to give our product away to you! I looked at him and said I am a first time costumer and I just asked you a question. He just looked at me and handed me the receipt and walks off. I will never be back to this store. This is after I spent 68 and change, and then I was going to buy a cabin air filter for 25. He started his attitude while he was looking up cabin air filter. I buy and sell cars. This store would of made a lot of money from me. I could not believe I left an auto parts store without spending about hundred dollars. Costumers should be treated better than this. He acted like I was paying my bill with food stamps just because I asked him to price match an item that was only 49� cheaper. This was not a big deal. Also it was a test to see if I would make this my new auto parts store. I match prices and save money. Money saved is money earned.I have to say costumer service is very important to me. I hope this is a warning to others. If you want to be treated good this is not the store to go too.

This was my first visit to this store. They stocked the tools I was looking for, and their service was friendly and efficient. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate my bobtail semi truck... not sure if I'd try to park here with a trailer attached. I would definitely return in the future.

It's great to have another option for auto parts in Springfield and this store is stocked and ready to help you find what you need. Knowledgeable staff, happy faces, and tons of truck, auto and heavy duty choices! There is another store planned as well. The more the better. Best of luck NAPA!

This was a Horrible experience!!!!I just asked if they matched prices. The pricei wanted matched was a buck cheaper. I just wanted to find out if they would match prices, then I would make this my new auto store. This guy is very rude. He was being rude as he is looking up another item that I was going to buy too. He then decides to give me the dollar discount but has to say that all I'm going to do. What!!! That's all I wanted. I then asked him if they normally match prices,he then said not normally. We are not just going to give stuff away here. Then he handed me my receipt and I thought well maybe he will say thank you for coming in or something. He just looked at me then walked off. You have no excuse to treat a customer in this way!!!

So happy this NAPA has opened up. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is huge, clean and fully stocked with lots of goodies. This is the only parts store I use now.

Friendly staff. Everything that I have ordered or bought over the counter has been the right part. And they have the cheapest fluids for automobiles. Been a Orielly customer for 30 years but have now changed to napa.
