I was very impressed with the level of service. Big ups to my man Clay! He ensured I got served a loaner while my car was put in good shape. I drove out without paying a penny. I love Mercedes. Thanks also to the backend staff for their magic. You guys rock!

The main service guy was super nice and helpful to me. He was not in a hurry in any way. I love that they drove me home and then picked me up later when my car was done. They also Worked within my budget andid a little extra for free. There were a few things I asked for that they forgot to address and they usually don't call me back when I leave messages with questions.... Honestly, I think it's best to just drop by there To set an appointment or ask a question. They are friendly in person and super helpful...They also told me I would receive a survey through text or email and I never did.
