Great guys over there. Got a feller named Matt at the front desk, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my truck up easily. And we re reasonable with pricing.

Would only give 1 star, but Mason was extremely professional. Went to look at the vehicles they had for sale, test drove a 09 Pontiac G6, ran smooth, the clickers for the turn signal wouldn t turn off on their own and the low tire pressure light was on but wanted the vehicle, Mason went down $100 on the listed price. Bought the car. After leaving the lot the check engine light turned on and the temperature gage stopped working, was told to bring it up 3 days later and they d look at the vehicle. The day before I was supposed to bring it by I went to get it licensed get to the dmv and was told they illegally sold me a vehicle with a dead title. Apparently a duplicate title was filed for before Hickmans purchased the car (the company had no way of knowing) showed up with a nice attitude to try to get it figured out, Mason once again was extremely professional, tried to work out the situation but had no way of getting ahold of the man who sold him the vehicle. 20 minutes pass, and the owner comes out, the owner was extremely rude. Was passive aggressive and got irritated with every question I asked him, instead of giving me my money back he tried to get me to leave with an 01 Toyota with 10,000 more miles on it. It was listed for 4,000$+ but said he would eat the other $600. I declined, asked for my money back, he gave me a check and did a burn out out of the parking lot, very unprofessional and rude. I go home look around on Facebook marketplace for another vehicle and see the same vehicle he tried to trade me for listed at 3,000$ 400$ less than what I had paid for the Pontiac. The owner is a liar and a cheat. Mason however was very professional, helpful, and very kind. I say he should be the owner.

I recently visited this mechanic shop for an oil change and control arm replacement. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After the service, my speedometer stopped working, which subsequently affected my transmission. When I asked them about the same, they (both the owner and mechanic who worked) insisted that the problem already existed, which was not the case. It was in perfect working condition before I brought my vehicle in. Such Liars!!Their reluctance to acknowledge their mistake and their lack of accountability left me quite disappointed. It's unfair to see a business try to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. It's like I paid money to get my car broken.I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience.

They took very good care of my car even parked it in a safe place when I came back. I did an alignment and mount n balance tires, decent prices cool people. I recommend

Had struts replaced on my 2011 Kia Sorento at their Scenic location and couldn't be happier with the work these guys did. Very nice staff and they use quality parts on your vehicle and the price was great. We'll be doing all my future business with M.D. HickmanThanks guys for your honesty and would work.

I tried making an oil change appointment for 2 days with local cadillac dealer, they insisted no appt needed to arrive and be told 3 hr wait... So I went to where I should have gone in the first place. Hickman Auto LLC were informative, professional and got me in and out in 30 minutes.

This place is amazing!!! I asked them to shine up my 2009 Pilot headlights as best they could, and they now look brand new and at an affordable price! Love this place for always taking care of my vehicles!

Close to one year ago M. D. Hickman Auto and Tire repaired an oil leak on my automobile. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the honesty of these guys. They could have easily taken advantage of a female. They said that part they put on was defective. They replaced the part and charged zero dollars for labor. I am so greatful that I found these guys. Thank you for your honest business practices.

This is where I get all my mechanical needs and tire needs oil changes etc... These guys only hire top quality professionals... I have seen it time and time again where they continue to get more customers due to the fact of their knowledge and experience... Did I tell you that service is truly with a smile... Plus the rates are excellent... If they tell you a price they stand by it. The only thing that is missing is 10 Stars if I could they would get that! Thank you MD Hickman Auto and tire I hope to continue my business with you throughout many years.

Today has been awful. Everything that could go wrong has. The final fiasco was a flat tire on my truck. When I finally found a ride to have it repaired, it was 8 min to close. My heart sank when I realized they wouldn't have time before close to help me. But Matt saved the day. He mounted and balanced my tire in no time. I was out of there before close, although Matt had to stay late because of me. Matt you are my hero today. You turned my whole day around with your kindness. God bless you.

Would recommend, they seem to know what they're doing and care about your car (which a lot of mechanic garages around Springfield won't/don't know what they're talking about). They won't charge you extra or do anything risky without the auto owners permission first and I really like that. They give you good $ estimates and are good/through about repairs, will be coming back again.

Mike and the guys are great! They go above and beyond for customer service. They were fabulous fixing my car. The team is very knowledgeable and nice! They have never tried to sell me or have fixed, anything that isn't needed. These are the ONLY guys I have ever taken my car to, and the ONLY guys I will ever use!

I ve been a customer for at least 8 years (maybe 10?), not enough that they know me but enough to gauge the kind of business they run. Today they reminded me why I always go there. We had a little mixup but when I picked my vehicle up they made it right without any arm wrestling. Trust is important with a shop & Hickman earns mine every time I need them.Things happen but what s important is you feel you got great customer service & a fair deal when you walked out. I ll be going back again.

These guys were recommended by a friend and I needed 4 brand new tires on my car and they delivered! I can't say enough about their customer service and I was happy with my experience from the first time I dealt with them. The day after I got my new tires, I got into a small wreck and ended up blowing two tires. I just called them up and they were more than helpful and accommodating. The tow truck dropped my car off to them and they started getting the stuff around right away. They are quick and communicate well with you! I can't say enough good things about them!! They didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or anything like that! If you need tires or any other work done on your car PLEASE check them out!!! They are up front, honest and fair!!! Definitely found my new auto shop!!!

Mike at MD Hickman was incredible. Wife and I were traveling and the car started vibrating, so we stopped in Springfield We had our dogs with us and he recommended a great dog park while we were waiting.He got us in quickly and said the only problem was the tires needed balanced. They got the tires balanced and he didn t charge me anything. Car driving smoothly.Honest mechanic who has owned his shop for 12 years and no one works on commission. Very gracious and kind. Deserves your business.

I have genuine gratitude after a recent experience here. I thought I needed a tire repaired but upon inspection it turns out the tire was fine. Every person I encountered was laid back and in a great mood. They were efficiently providing services and remounted my tire as a courtesy. I left with the impression this business is honest and sound in their skill. Highly recommend!! I will be back! Thank you!

Had my car in there for a diagnostic and not only were they able to do something two other mechanics couldnt do which is successfully diagnose the problem, they also quoted me a more than fair price and did excellent work on my car. Bottom line: Good ppl working there who do great work. and i wont hesitate returning if any issues arise with my car.

I get all my tires from Hickman's on west chestnut .I'm going to the one on scenic to get alignment done and after that getting my car in there .so I can't give a good review just yet on the scenic location but the west chestnut is the cheapest I could find my tires and I looked around and definitely recommend them

First time I went good service reasonable price, Second time they quoted me an outrageous price (compared prices) and made the vehicle undriveable. Had to have it towed and they were mean about it. My vehicle is ugly and probably not worth their time. Cory told me it would cost almost 800 dollars to fix brakes. I got it done at D & Sons for 150.00 !!! Take your chances if you go here. They might be in a good mood and do you right.

Awesome place for any automotive service. I have been coming here for about 4 years now bringing all kinds of cars from domestic to imports for general service. They have the best pricing on tires in town and sometimes it maybe a few bucks cheaper online but by the time you pay for mount and balance it's usually cheaper just to call MD Hickman's. I tell everyone about this place and to give them a chance to work on your vehicle because you will be very HAPPY. Mike and his crew there go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I will always be a customer for life!

I have been going to this auto shop for so many years now. In between ive made my way to places like Big o tires, etc. and none compare to md hickmans. To all the woman out there who get taken advantage of at shops - look no further. Mdhickmans is the only place ive found that does not take advantage of woman s knowledge on their vehicle. They are great for discounting and doing what they can to work with you. I strongly encourage all to stop by this location.

I've gotten tires at MD Hickman twice. Both time I've enjoyed the service of the knowledgeable staff. In the latest instance, they went the extra mile to track down the special wheels I needed to get me back on the road the same day. Don't expect all the waiting room amenities of higher prices places. But they're very good at what they do.
