I don't normally give a 5 star, but this was such a remarkable auto service,I've ever seen, last I had auto service was next door in which is out of business. They were so busy our car sat there for 5 days before they had time to get to it, a relative easy fix after they ran all diagnosis., we could of gotten our car back earlier if our towing service would of cooperated. I wanna say again thank you to Ken for a superb job. You made my wife very very happy. God Bless you all

They have worked on vehicles for myself and my family multiple times and it has always been a fantastic experience. I get the same feel from their interactions and quality of work as I did with my mechanic of 20+ years who closed their shop last year. Hopefully I can go the next 20 with Ken Owen.

My second time coming to Ken Owens was as good if not better than the first. This place will save you money if they can, it's so awesome to see a business run this way. Kinda reminds me of the good ole days I hear about, when a man's handshake was as good as a notarized letter. They will get your work finished quickly, they will charge you as little as they can and you get premier quality work as well. Ken Owens has been repairing Springfield's cars for longer than Bass pro outdoor world has been in operation and that says something about the way they do business if you ask me. It's hard for a lot of folks to scratch the spare dollars to get automotive work done these days. Make your dollars stretch as far as possible at Ken Owens. Sleep well at night knowing that you support your local businesses!

TALK ABOUT INCREDIBLE!!!! I have gone to Ken Owen for over 4 years now and have never had anything but the best service possible. They don't just treat you like family but go above and beyond to treat each customer right. I had a misfire in my accord this morning and they took me in and had me repaired and on the road within a couple hours. The owner has been working in Springy for over 50 years and man does he know how to run a shop. Forever grateful for the amazing service and communication from these guys. If you dont know where to go, go to Ken Owen.

Very slow response time. I called about getting spark plugs changed. Said call back to get a estimate at 11am when thier guy arrived. I called back and he said I would have to bring the car in. I told him that wasn't possible he ignored me a min. Then proceeded to say I can't give you a quote not looking at it. So I ended up fixing the car myself. I want to offer the benefit of the doubt but this was my experience!

Best auto mechanics in Springfield. Very, trustworthy, efficient, dependable, great customer service, etc.!!! When needed, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Best family owned garage in Springfield. Has had a A+ rating with the better business bureau for over 20 years. They fixed what needed fixing + inspection for $234.00. Another shop quoted me $1000 with out removing a single wheel. Don't get ripped off,be smart and give Ken Owen auto services your business.

Ken was super nice! He treated me like a normal person!Most mechanics try to take advantage of women and completely disregard them.Not Ken's Automotive!!!Outstanding!!!No wonder they are so busy.I will definitely keep them for my auto needs!!BIG THANK YOU GUYS!!

couldn't fit me in a Friday afternoon to replace a couple wheel studs. but directed me where to go and got it done...Thank you Ken, awesome to see people still matter

I had an amazing experience taking my car to Ken s. I felt they were honest, friendly and very fair when it came to the repair costs. They got the job done 100% and in a very timely manner; they kept me updated throughout the process as well! I will not be taking my current car or any future cars anywhere else but Ken s. I felt like it received good service, quickly, at a fair price. My normal family mechanic was busy, so he recommended I try Ken Owen Auto. I dealt with Ken himself. He got me in quickly. I used the key drop to drop the vehicle off the night before. The called me when it was ready. Paid with credit card.

Best honest mechanic in town. I would never trust anybody else to my vehicles I am very very picky being that my brother used to be my mechanic back home. Ken Owens is honest and does a great job with the experienced and hard-working staff. He employs only the best mechanics!

Ken's is great. All his guys are helpful and polite. And quick. I came in for an oil change with my drain plug stripped and they were able to get it off and change the oil in 40 minutes. Super nice and helpful. My AC was not working properly and I had called several places including GMC dealership and I could not get in for over a week. I called Owen Automotive and explained the situation and they said come over and we will take care of you. Their lot was full of cars waiting to be picked up or work on yet they squeezed me in. Family owned and operated and it shows. Highly recommend. Very reasonable too.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have literally used Kens service over 40 years since I was 16.You won't find a better or more honest mechanic for care of your car or truck. Great service! Very great customer service and great prices! I took my car into another shop to have my a.c. fixed and they said my discharge hose needed replaced and it was going to cost over $500. So a friend of mine recommended Ken Owens, so I took it in for a 2nd opinion and come to find out the Freon needed refilled and it has been running great ever since!! And I spent $88 to fix it! Ken Owens will definitely have my business from now on! Thanks April Stevens for recommending them!!

Randy Woods & Kristi have been going to Ken for 15 or more years. He has always done a great job on everything we have had done over the years & beleave me we have had our fathers ,Mother's ,son & friends cars fixed here & it's always been fixed right & he stands behind his work ! He is the most honest mechanic we have ever know & that's why we have had all our family members use him & our friends too.He is a kind & friendly person & his staff is great & always has been.We would always recommend him to anyone & we will not go to anyone else because he does your work right & is honest and reasonably priced .He charges under what other shops charge & he is fair in coast .He treats women right & does not ever take advantage of women who go in not knowing anything about cars. I would send any women in & feel they will be treated right always !

I recommend Ken Owen to anybody he's been there 45 years. You can't stay in one location that long and not do a good job. Best place in Springfield to take your car and get an honest appraisal of what's wrong with it. They won't upset you that just tell you the truth and how much it cost to fix it and then fix it right. Can't ask for much more than that.

Ken and his crew are excellent. He has no turnover rate with his employees because he pays them well and therefore teach them everything they need to know on things they are already certified for, which is not in the book, is straight-up for customers and does not cheat anyone. I've been going to him for 25 years.

Amazing service and people!! They never fail to find and fix the issue(s) with my old money shoot. They have an early bird & after hour service so you can leave your car whenever it s convenient. They re life savers!!

Kenny and the guys take great care of our vehicles. They are fair and honest and never charge you for something you don't need. They are very busy though, so it never hurts to call and make sure they have space for you before you bring your vehicle over.
