I was looking to get an oil change in a car I just bought. My fiancee had recommended this jiffy lube and I can see why she recommended it. Drew helped me and was very friendly and very fast with getting us on our way. When I get a genuine friendliness from employees it just makes me want to come back and I absolutely will be coming back! Thank you!

The customer service here is amazing. They took an hour longer than quoted and apologized multiple times even though I did not mind at ALL. The waiting room was nice, free water and coffee and one of the workers even shared his snack with my daughter which was sweet.I will definitely be going back for any other car needs. The girl at the front desk was also very nice!

Super friendly and nice. Got car right in and oil changed aired up tires and checked everything. Fully recommend. The manger is great and works with the guys. Leads by example.

After having some car trouble on the highway with my young daughter in the car, I pulled into this location to check my vehicle myself. Within seconds, the kind staff at this location were offering their assistance even when they didn't have to. Scott took personal ownership of my issue and went above and beyond to give this father peace of mind when heading back out on the road. These gentleman have earned my future business!Service: Tires

Toney was wonderful. He was patient in showing me what exactly needed done and why, and when I needed to take time to check with Knowledgeable friends before agreeing to service. They were understanding and not pushy at all. There was a small lapse in communication and Toney did all within his power to make it right and was very apologetic. Great great customer service!

Quoted 20 minutes for an oil change and took over an hour. Very blatant upsell tactics that made up the majority of the time including removing parts of my car that aren t associated with an oil change. When asked why I was upset, they tried to explain the wait because of new techs that replaced ones they fired. I would like to someone from management to reach out!

Excellent place for vehicle service! David took great care of my tire change and Scott was excellent to work with for service. Comfortable lobby that lets me get work done while I wait. This is my favorite spot in Springfield for oil and tires.

Scotty, Chrissy and the rest of the guys were incredible. They were very professional when i came in and talked with me about filters as well as showed me how they inspected my vehicle. Excellent experience overall, they definitely deserve to be in customer service:)

I think the price was outrageous and it was very disconcerting when a man came in and you dropped the price $40.00 for him in front of a full waiting room. If we had to pay the price and trusted you why because he didnt want to go to Walmart did you drop his price? No a good business practice. There are plenty of other places to go. Sorry, I really liked the workers there but the manager and person in the little room off the counter area...not so much.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and they always talk with you and make the time fly by. The manager is a nice man and the gal who checked me out was a lot of fun. Went to get my oil changed here recently like I have done a few times before, because my car dealership has a contract with them. I noticed the smell of oil burning whenever my defrost was on. Then I noticed my car was leaking oil pretty bad. Took my car to the dealership for the oil leak only to find out that when I got my oil changed last THE OIL CAP WASNT SECURED CORRECTLY ON MY CAR. OIL HAD BEEN LEAKING OUT OF MY ENGINE SINCE AND I WAS DOWN ABOUT A QUART OF OIL. I was without my car for two days while the dealership degreased my engine. I feel like if you specialize in oil changes securing the oil cap is the least you can do.

AMAZING staff!! Everyone I talked to was so nice and professional, but especially Jordan and the man (I didn t get his name but he had a lot of tattoos) were both really nice! Needing an oil change with a 9 month old can seem really stressful (especially during nap time) but they let us stay in the car so she could finish her nap and waved and talked to her when she woke up which she LOVED. Overall really nice experience for an anxious young mom, we both left smiling!Service: Oil change

This is honestly the best experience I ve ever had at a jiffy lube! My husband and I ran into trouble when our car battery died while driving across the country. We called jiffy lube and they were able to get us in right away, and changed the battery in no time at all. Customer service was great, Scott was so nice and gave us a great discount!

Super helpful team when I arrived. I got an oil change, fluids topped off, and a new air filter. I was really happy with the professional and quick service**EDITED 03/03/2022**I returned a couple of days later to get brake fluid service and tires balanced. I'm super happy with that visit. The only problem was that the tire balance machine did not have the correct spacer for my tire. So, they made it work with what they had. I had asked about why it was that way, and they told me the Area Manager went cheap and did not provide all the equipment for this store. Which was is really unfair since they all want to work an honest job. Great shop over!!Update 11-22-2023Went in during post Thanksgiving rush, and spoke with David for an alignment and tire balance. Was informed of the wait time and cost, and waited patiently for service to be completed. An hour came and gone, and much to my surprise, David had informed me that a corporate lady showed up and started forcing all the mechanics to work faster. To make things worse, the great mechanics just trying to do their job, were told not to work on my car because there were other cars to work on that would be quicker. I was not upset at the mechanics at this point in time and was grateful David was communicating with me- even under the scrutiny of losing his job- which is entirely unfair. Amidst the chaos of corporate being there, corporate tried to bribe customers with a pizza slice they had ordered, along with pizza for the crew. (Mind you they ordered four pizzas, and only gave the driver a $3 tip). After the pizza offer, and talking with the crew, I learned from Scott that it was supposed to be his day off and was forced to go in and work or risk losing his job. That's really unfair to an honest hard working mechanic. Anyways, my point is, go talk to David or Scott, they will set you up right, and treat you right.

They do a good job they're very technical in what they do but they are very slow which could be a good thing but mostly a bad thing if you're in a hurry but all in all I think they did a good job I'm giving them three stars just because how slow it was

2nd time using this new place. Pricing is way higher than industry standard and far above dealer pricing. Also if you want to be in and out seek other places. Very slow at what they do3rd time trying to use this place . Let me tell you. DO NOT USE this place. Not like jiffy lube of old. Maybe you could actually get cars out in a timely manner if everyone would quit standing around talking and move with some urgency. No reason 4 people need to be standing around. I ve been here 39 minutes already. I will not be trying this again.Service: Oil change

This is literally the best place in Springfield to go for an oil change. I went in and everyone went above and beyond to provide a great experience. Besides the obvious things like they were super friendly, quick service and affordable the staff made a noticeable effort to provide a positive experience. They were attentive, personable, and knowledgeable in how they provide their services. Definitely recommend 10/10.

About as pricey as my local dealer even with the 20$ off coupon. Plus dealer does free tire rotation, but they were helpful and attentive to my needs so can't knock em just for price

Bonscott hooked it up. One of the best experiences I ve had at one of the box stores. I usually take my truck to a local mechanic but was in a pinch with an oil change. They went above and beyond to help me out and have me on the road quickly. Will definitely come back as long as he is there!

(I usually never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience, this is the first one!) This is my go-to place for oil changes. The employees are always super friendly. At checkout, I mentioned how I had a bad experience at a different jiffy lube in another state. And that this location is much better and the employees are always super friendly and helpful! The guy went above and beyond to compensate for the previous experience by not charging for my tire rotation. 100% will be back.

Such a nice group of folks. Scott and Taylor helped me with an oil change. My dad died a couple of hours ago. These guys have no idea what a difference they ve made in my day - for the better. Price is fair too.

Thought the price was a bit high, but was able to work it so I could afford what I wanted and needed. I also saw the employees deal with two other customers and I was impressed with how they were treated and the costs I heard for their services. First time here, the staff did an amazing job!Had a coupon to one of their competitors. Went there for an oil change, paid more. Took forever. Back again feeling like I found my place!
