Just had an awesome experience with these guys. Brought my Kia in for an engine flush & oil change. I pointed out my front headlight having issues with a film and my Service Tech who I was working with mentioned that they fix this issue here. Very stoked. The service is absolutely awesome and so is the workmanship. They've got my business, permanently!

I ve been coming here since I was 16. They re so quick and reasonable! The other day my alternator quit and they had me going within 2 hours! I highly recommend this place!

Put in a quote online for brakes and a wheel alignment and I got a call from them almost instantly! Big o Tires told me I needed front and back brakes, and a wheel alignment. They quoted me around $1200! I called Kwik Tire Pros and they said they would take a look and let me know. Found out I only needed front brakes and a wheel alignment. It costed me $506 total out the door! They were respectful, honest, and communicated so well! I definitely will be back! Tarek was the best!Services: Tires, Brakes

I have been coming here for oil changes/tire rotations for the past year. Overall, a great place with mechanics that are helpful. I also appreciated the fact that I witnessed their employees go the extra mile to help an elderly woman with a bulb that came out of the connector. It was a quick fix & they didn't charge her for the service. Being witness to acts of service like these speaks volumes of the high quality of their employees.

Revised... solving a complete solution would be advisable. Definitely appreciate the first response but not the second in resolving issue.These guys will take the time to help you. They took the time to investigate anughter shops incorrect work and corrected their work.Inturn we picked them up lunch from Big Slice Pizza

I called on 4/1/23 to ask if they could replace a headlight on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised to bring it in and they would change it for me. I arrive and they take the Jeep back only to come back out after almost 30 min of me waiting and tell me it will take too long to replace the bulb and they don t have time today . I m disappointed bc I have used them quite a few times and to be casually brushed off is bad business. Don t waste your time here bc I did this morning.

Disappointed to see most every review on here belonged to the previous shop Kwik Kar and Jiffy Lube has bought the shop and taken credit for these reviews given by Kwik Kar customers. These is very dishonest.

I've taken my car to this shop multiple times, and they always do great work. Dave worked on my car the last time, and though he was busy, he took the time to explain the issue and offer me recommendations. Always good service here at a more than fair price. Highly recommended!

We've had positive experiences previously, but today was our last service at Kwik Kar. I'm pretty confident I can get a basic oil change for less than the $75 we were charged today. Three months ago we were charged an already pricey $42 for the same service.

The first time I had them change the oil on one of my vehicles, they didn t tighten the oil drain plug all the way and lost 2-3 quarts of oil. I thought I would give them a second chance. Well I changed the oil probably about a month ago. Today my oil light came on and showed low oil. I jacked my vehicle up to look underneath when I noticed the oil filter was almost completely un done and had no oil in it at all.Service: Oil change

My wife took our van to Kwik Tire for an oil change. $96.76 later, she had new oil. They did not explain to her they were charging her double to use synthetic oil. Apparently there is no oil included in the $63 oil change service and when they use synthetic oil, they charge you again for oil. 5 qts of synthetic oil is $35 and a filter costs $10 maybe. They took advantage of her because she is a women and didn't know along with they didn't fully explain. They are deceitful and we're unwilling to offer refund when I explained I knew of their fraud.We have not and will not be doing business with Kwik Tire Pros. I have performed the full synthetic oil service myself for below half of their price.

They were fantastic! My battery completely died with all this cold weather. Triple A wasn t able to access my battery or replace it, they were able to tow it to Kwik Kar. I called and explained what has happening, the guy ( I think his name is Ty) also made sure I wasn t stuck somewhere with all this snow. I also mentioned that I needed an oil change & had a low tire. He made sure to call and update me on what was happening and pricing before working on my car. Ty had my car done within 4-5 hours of me having it towed, & they even tried to fix my broken passenger side mirror. I didn t mention this to Ty but you guys definitely went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that my car was taken care of & that I was safe during this crazy snow. Took my car in for and oil change and to have them take a peak at a lightbulb that was burnt out that they replaced less than 6 months ago. They called me 4 hours later telling me I needed to replace both headlight assemblies and it was 400 an assembly and 200 in labor. I of course was like no I came in for an oil change and for you guys to take a peak at a warranty on a headlight. The dude was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I called back to be greeted by rob the owner who told me to get my car I owed them 260 dollars mind you I came in for a 61 dollar oil change. I wouldn t recommend this place if it was the only place on this side of the Mississippi. BE AWARE THEY WILL THROW IN LABOR COSTS FOR LOOKING AT PREVIOUS WORK!!! I have visited this service shop multiple times for oil changes over the past couple years and it s always a great experience. We do the synthetic oil for our vehicle, runs about $48 for our Nissan Altima and it s always a quality oil change. We do a ton of highway driving, so it s great to know we have a home shop we can continuously revisit every time we re looking for maintenance on the car. Wait is never too bad either, but they re typically pretty up front if it ll be 45 minutes or beyond that so you can prepare accordingly.

They damaged my bumper and refused to acknowledge or fix it, even though I have video evidence before I left it there of the condition.Do not come here. They gave me the final estimate over the phone on the repairs I was getting, and ended up charging me 35% more than they had initially told me before picking it up. It pains me to say I won t be returning to Kwik EVER again after being a consistent customer since 2016, and bragging on this place for years. Go next door to Midas before you even think about leaving you vehicle in the possession of Kwik. Heck take it to Wal Mart Auto before you take it to Kwik.

Used this Kwik Kar location to get my oil changed 3 times now, and every time I had quick and friendly service. This time that I took it in to get it changed, I needed a tire to be patched too. The employee that took care of my oil change said they did not patch tires at Kwik Kar, but their sister shop across the street did. After the oil change, he called their sister shop to see if they were available to patch my tire, and it turned out they were super busy. He took the time to take my car over there himself and patch the tire so I did not have to wait! EXCEPTIONAL service! I wish I had asked his name, but he was absolutely fantastic and I will definitely continue to do business with this place. Thank you so much!

I had been going to Kwik Kar almost since they had opened, then today when I went in on Saturday morning to get my oil changed I found that they are no longer open on Saturday. M-F, 8 to 5. only It is hard to get service on a vehicle when you have to take time off of work to make this happen. You have lost my business.

I have been to Kwik kar several times over the past year for just regular car issues and touch ups. They are always fast, efficient and very nice. They take no time to fix my issues! This company is, in fact, the business which separate's itself from others for having the best customer service. I lived in Springfield for a few years and they took great care of my automotive needs at the lowest cost. If I had a problem a week after my truck was fixed, they would resolve the concern and stand by their word. My truck has not experienced an unresolved concern, but I trust they would always resolve any concern at the lowest level possible. The prices are competitive and the positive environment they have reflect their heart to serving others in their community.Unfortunately the Army moved me away from Springfield, however, I will continue to use this company for any of my major work done my truck. Not only will I save a tremendous amount of money, but they will ensure everything is done right from the start. They are worth the drive and trustworthy. They are about the business of serving people. I will always be a customer and consider them to be my personal mechanics meeting my automotive needs. Look no further for reliable and trustworthy mechanics.God Bless You!

For how busy this place is, they were very efficient! I had an awesome tech, he communicated well even when I had a hiccup with my oil change. He offered me options to repair my stripped oil plug and laid the cost out front and even saved me some $$. I would definitely recommend this place for routine maintenance.

Wife and I have both gotten car inspections here. Both times were great with no issues. I ve seen so many places in my lifetime use inspections as a chance to lie and replace things that aren t broken. No signs of that here. I do all my own mechanic work so I can t really comment on theirs. But I can say honesty is a great quality in a mechanic and I see that displayed here. See y all again in a couple years!Also, there is a Subway and an Arby s super close that you can walk to while you wait.

As a pizza delivery driver, who puts tons of wear and tear on my vehicle, and after going to plenty of other shops around town, this is the only place in Springfield I'll still go back to. They are honest, explain your options, and I even had them take care of a problem for me for FREE along with an oil change because it was such a simple fix. Their costs for everything I've had done have been significantly less than most of the major shops in town, and they are more trustworthy than the smaller shops I've been.They are professional and treat their customers well from what I've seen every time I wait for an oil change. Having been to 8-10 other shops in this city, they are the best. Thanks guys!
