My car was broke down Saturday the day before New Years Eve Everyone was Closed. But I heard that day James Automotive was great and fair price. I called them Tuesday 8am they had my car repaired and I picked it up Thursday. A BIG job well done with kindness and professionalism. If I need a garage, I will go there again. Great service

We were in Springfield for a mini vacation, when the water pump on my truck started making noise. I pulled in James Automotive and was able to schedule a repair for the next morning! They worked me in the schedule. In at 8 am and had me on the road again by 10:30 am! Great service and great people. Thanks James Automotive!

I had a great experience at James Automotive. I was able to get my car in on the same day I called. They were on time with my appointment, courteous, and promptly fixed my car. I needed a splash shield reattached and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me at all! The last time I had it repaired, I was charged $80. I will definitely be back!

As a single mother I was looking for a mechanic I could trust! One that won't tell me I need to fix things that aren't broken and one that will fix my vehicle right the first time.. I have found these qualities in James Automotive! Highly recommend!!

HONEST MECHANIC. A mechanic is never someone you want to visit because it will always cost you money but the people at James Automotive are worth the price. 5 star work with 5 star employees. They have been great every time I have used them. I trust them with all of my family's vehicles.

I contacted James Automotive about a head gasket in my Kia Soul. He checked it out on Wednesday, I dropped it off on Thursday and was able to pick it back up Friday before noon. It was fixed and ran great, no leaks, no smoking. Thanks James!!

This Shop has been the best I ve went to so far, the staff are Friendly & Professional. They were very helpful in explaining in detail what was wrong with my car. I ve always had my car same day from drop off, they are fast and the prices are the best have found in the area. I will be using James Automotive for as long as they are open cause of the amazing experience they provide!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

I had several issues with my car. Cv joint,a few wheels and bearings,rear suspension, and few other things.my car was fixed a week later due to waiting on some parts.Over 3,700$ slightly but my car so far seems to be fine and no clanking noises. Thank you for taking care of the issues. The only thing bad thing was the leasing place that was suggested since I only had 1,325$ on hand. I wouldn t recommend anyone to use Koalafi loan. The payback will cost you your peace of mind. Again Thank you for taking care of my car and getting me back on the road again

I took a chance and called James Automotive for repairs on my vehicle. I was super glad I did. The work and prices were above and beyond. The atmosphere there is awesome as they are a Christian based business, and I loved that! The communication was super while my vehicle was being repaired. I pulled in by chance due to a flat tire. They took care of it quickly, so l let them tackle a couple of other vehicle issues I had. I feel they were fair and did me right. I would recommend them

We have started using James Automotive because we are looking to stick with someone who knows our vehicles. So far we have had several repairs. Some expensive and some not so expensive. They realize we do NOT have a revolving bank door so they understand when we can care for the minor fixes. Appreciate their kindness, work ethic and the fact they love the Lord!! Check them out, you won't be sorry!!

I highly recommend James automotive. They are very reliable, understanding and most importantly affordable. Always responsive and communicates well. They answered all questions I had for my car with a straight up answer. Great place to take your vehicle!

Everyone was friendly, the cost for my repair was reasonable. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, showed me the issue, and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the experience.

James Automotive has been great to my family and I. They are locally owned and operated. I ve taken a few different vehicles here (at least 3) to have different things done. They are always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They won t just tell you something needs to be done but rather show you with pictures what is needing to be fixed and why. Thank you for always being reliable and a trustworthy, it means more than you know! James has been an absolute God send for my business. I own 3 different older vehicles that I use for my construction business. James keeps them working great. He's always honest, he always gives me a great deal, he warranties all of his work. I am so grateful to have found him. My family loves dealing with James Automotive for all of our vehicle needs! We have a great working relationship with James and the shop and always trust what they tell us is the truth. They aren t the cheapest in town, but they re honest- and that s worth the little bit extra! They do great work and we always appreciate them! Could not recommend them enough!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I loved walking into thier building and hearing Christian music during my wait. I had been struggling with another company and so to help me feel at ease the owner himself offered me a complimary check. He even took me out into the garage to show me the problem and discuss the details of the repair and cost. Prices are excellent and they have a 3 yr warranty that covers parts and labor . I left feeling relief for the first time in 4 months. I will definitely be having my car work done here.Thank you for the peace of mind.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Wonderful service. Honest feed back. Saved me some unnecessary repair work recommended by the dealer, telling me that I could wait another year before full replacement of key parts on my hybrid. I recently had a wonderful encounter with James Automotive, and I wanted to express my appreciation. When I had an urgent emergency, they were able to fix my vehicle in a matter of hours, and they were also really humble and simple to work with. The James Automotive crew made me feel valued as a customer as soon as I walked through the door. They paid close attention to my worries and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. Nathan and Clay were fantastic in getting us in quickly. Nathan kept us updated daily as we waited for the parts to come in. Clay was able to fix our car earlier than anticipated. We have had no issues with the car since. We will definitely be back for all our vehicle needs!
