ripped off my kid when they took in a Ford Explorer for oil leak $3000 later and still doesn t run! Left stranded on the highway! When confronted didn t try to fix the vehicle correctly only harassed for rest of payment when they didn t finish the job clearly !!!! payment was made in full but work was never fixed! $3000 wasted! would never recommend not even to worse enemy!!!would have been better off to have taken to crusher at the salvage lot and used the $3000 for a new one after they got done with it!!

Huge shout out to Kevin and his crew at Hazelrigg. They went above and beyond for me; going to bat with my warranty company who gave them the run around on my coverage (I bought the top tier but warranty didn't want to cover top tier parts) and for them to cover my repairs but Kevin stayed on them and got my car back on the road. I was loaned a great little car to get me back n forth to work and run my tiny humans everywhere.I cannot be more Thankful. 5 STARS

Would not recommend. Took my vehicle in for diagnostics. When I picked it up that day I scheduled an appoinment for repairing the issue. It was roughly two weeks out. I dropped it off on scheduled date and after two more weeks I decided to pick it up and take it somewhere else. I thought the point of an appoinment was to reserve a spot for the repairs they needed to do. Everytime I called for an update it was another excuse as to why they hadn't even started any work on my vehicle. It is under warranty so you would think that a shop would want a guaranteed payment for the repairs. I will not go back and will not refer anyone to them.

*professional service, great price,! We were given a much higher estimate on work we needed done at another place we had been using. ( Crazy over priced!) I called Hazzelrigg 's they got us in that day and a third of the price. They are professuonal from start to finish, honest, caring they have a good location it was a WIN for us forsure. Staying loyal to Hazelrigg's.

I was charged $225 to replace the blendor actuators.But issue with them was not fixed.I will not go back.

They replaced the fuel pump in my Dodge Durango, and while doing so, they stretched and damaged lines from the tank to where I could not fill the tank. It is getting fixed at another shop for more than the cost of the original fuel pump replacement. They claim that they did not do the damage, but since it can't be proven, I am just having to pay for it. I will never return to Hazelrigg's. Yes, Kevin was nice, but it takes more than nice to keep my business!

Kevin and Gordon have always provided excellent customer service. Their knowledge of vehicles is amazing along with their truthfulness and honesty is above other repair shops. I have been going to Hazelriggs for 7 or 8 years and cant imagine going any place else. From a simple oil change to a major engine over haul they have always proven to provide top notch service. I would highly recommend Hazelriggs to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired correctly and with a honest and fair price.

The best repair shop in the area. Incredibly clean, and yes, super clean INSIDE their shop as well. Really nice caring people. Gordon and Kevin are exactly who they claim to be. Overly comforted by how helpful they are. Not pushy, slimy, or treating people like they're dumb. Kevin treats his customers as if they were his own mother! I've seen it for myself! ... They've got a great oil change coupon on their website I'd take advantage of. And I highly recommend making Hazelriggs the place you take your vehicle your whole life.

Over the years, Hazelrigg's had been a very honest and reliable shop for our vehicles. They are always quick to provide updates, as well as very transparent about repairs that are important vs what can wait. Highly recommended!

Was referred by a friend and had heard ads on the radio so decided to give them a shot when my car wouldn't start, called to see if they could look at it with no expectation for pricing. Come to pick up and wound up with a 96.50 bill for an hour of labor that probably took 15 min to find out. Not happy. Expectation should of been set with a new customer for cost of figuring out what an issue is to get a repair.

Hazelrigg is the best! They were able to fix what the car dealership said they "couldn't fix and it was normal" of course over time the problem got worse. Why you say I didn't go back to the dealership. 1 bad attitude. 2 they dented my car and didn't own up And 3 they obviously were not honest. Hazelrigg is they complete opposite!!!! They went above the rest and in a timely manner!!! Very nice people there and I will go back because HEY, cars need attention. I might be young (33) but I know good service and people when I see it!!! Thanks Hazelrigg!!!!!!!

Said they changed the oil and refilled the fluids on my grandma's Explorer... Nope bone dry! Not only were they rude but their customer service sucks! Can't believe that they treat the elderly with such disrespect! You will never get our service again! Heard such awesome things about this business.... What a disappointment!

Made appt. a week ago for 8:00 Monday to have rear breaks w/calipers and told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hrs and around $300. 3 1/2 hrs later I called and truck hadn't even been looked at. When it finally was looked at, the price jumped from $300 to over $500 because new brackets needed to be put on and you couldn't do it until Thurs. because you had to special order them. I told you to forget it and was still charged $42. I then immediatley took it elsewhere and had it done within 2 hrs w/ brackets for a $100 less. After doing research, new calipers WITH bracket kit $49.99 per set. Set of rear ceramic brake pads $39.95. Basically $150 for parts. All with lifetime warrenty. That means you were going to charge me an additional $350 for only a couple hours of work. Kevin couldn't even come in to the office to talk to me about it. I had to go in to the shop and he barely looked me in the eye. VERY dishonest will never go back. Enjoy the $42 that you took me for.

I would not think of going anywhere else for car repair. Hazelriggs always does a great job! I appreciate Kevin and his maintenance crew. Donna and Gordon who work in the front are great too!!!

Took my car there last year and the problems they said they fixed, they didn't. I went to a different mechanic and still had to pay to fix everything that they said they fixed and charged us 500 bucks compared to half the price at another shop.
