I was in a accident and took my vehicle to Hammers because I knew they would get me finished quickly and at the most efficient price, needless to say they did just that! Aaron and his team are the best at what they do and I would highly recommend them to friends, family or a stranger on the street, they were fair and honest and had me squared away and finished within 48 hours. This was a fantastic experience and I am so grateful for all their help!!

Hammer's is the place to go if you need body work done on your car! Derek was amazing, and very patient with my asking questions because I had no idea how the whole insurance process worked. They took detailed pictures of damages, and sent them to insurance and had approval the next day to proceed with the repairs. The insurance claims agent told me that throughout the almost 3 week process, Derek was very quick to get back to her when she would reach out to see where they were in the process. This is a very professional business that does great work. I would 100% use them again!

We used Hammer's a couple months ago after I hit a deer. Tim was great to work with. He was patient with all our questions because this was the first insurance claim we had. He went above and beyond to help make sure we were taken care of! Very professional! Highly recommend this company!

Hammers was incredibly helpful through the entire process. I ve never had to have a car repaired like this before so they walked me through the whole process with our insurance and were always willing to go above and beyond! Cannot say enough good things about Hammers!

I recently had my car repaired at Hammers Auto Works, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of their work is truly exceptional - my car looks as good as new!Not only that, but the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about ensuring I was satisfied with the service. Overall, my experience was nothing short of awesome.I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

I chose Hammer's Autoworks over Reliable Collision for my Toyota Highlander repair initially because they were more professional, respectful of my time and, even without an appointment, explained all that needed to be fixed to me ( as a woman that is appreciated). I was happy with the insurance work done and would recommend them to others and will consider using their services again. I am also impressed that they offered a lifetime warranty on the paint work done- no one else offered that ( fingers crossed I don't have to make a claim on that ). I am only giving a 4 star rating because I had to call or email to get updates on my vehicle weekly and other repairs I wanted done were not considered. * (5 star ratings are for above and beyond services and experiences, in my opinion, & are very rare to find- maybe next time)

Hammers Autoworks exceeded my expectations when repairing my car!! BEST IN TOWN, Highly recommend!! Not only does my vehicle look brand new, and paint matches perfectly, but Aaron walked me through step by step in handling the repair with my insurance company. Absolutely, hands down, the best experience I have had with any type of automotive shop. The professionalism displayed with every conversation was a very refreshing experience. My vehicle went in after a collision with a deer at 35 mph. When I contacted Hammers the first thing I was asked was if everyone was okay, told me right there they care about the people. They continued to be extremely helpful the entire way, to try and list them all would be difficult but to list a few, car rental, progress on the van, what I would need and when to make the process go by as quickly as possible, and so may more. Not to mention the van was returned in immaculate condition, as if a professional detailing company had gone inside and out with a white glove. I could carry on and on with why I think you should use Hammers, whenever possible. But my real concern is with giving them the recognition they deserve. I ve been here numerous times and there hasn t been one that I left unhappy or unsatisfied with the job they have done. If you want the job done the right way and appreciate quality work then you should use Hammers Auto.

Just got my mini cooper back today from some parking lot dings repair and I am beyond pleased with the excellent top notch job they did on my car ! Wow I am happy that I chose them , my Dad ( owned his own car restoration shop before retirement) recommended them told me they was the best and I agree

I had my Jeep towed here after an accident. Preston Flood was very nice to work with during the process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the time my Jeep was stored at there facility. Would definitely recommend there services if your in need of there services.

I was involved in a hit and run accident and had my car towed to Hammer s Auto, little did I know that they charged $148.00 for an estimate and $90.00 a day for storage. Understand the storage, maybe, but $148.00 for an estimate. WOW!!!

While I cannot speak to the quality of work they do (I ended up totaling the vehicle and did not get any work done here), I can say that the customer service AND knowledge are strong suits of this firm. The insane generosity and amazing level of knowledge not just from our awesome specialist, Aaron, but his whole team did not go unnoticed. Made a horrible time into a learning experience. Was even given LOTS of information with steps on what to do after totaling the vehicle and collecting insurance money. Keep in mind, we weren't even an official customer. Just imagine how well they must treat the people paying them!

Had a recent accident/hit from behind in a relatively new truck. Talked with a few people in the area that recommended Hammers through experiences of their own. I dealt with Preston (my estimator) who walked me through the process and fully handled a needed adjustment with the insurance company. And the work completed was terrific. Preston, and Hammers Autoworks did everything they said they would, and more. Highly recommend them! Very satisfied.

Messed my first truck up a few years back then fixed it right and just recently I called and needed work done on new truck and they said they didn't and wouldn't want to work on it. Horrible place with all their lies they tell you thinking you won't know any better.

This is my second time taking a car to Hammer's and it was just as phenomenal as the last time. Brought it my Jeep for some front-end work after an accident. Everyone from the front office workers, to the assessors, and in-between are always super nice and informative. The work is flawless! Can't even tell that it was in an accident. They are super thorough with checking everything, and I didn't have to talk with my insurance a single time after dropping it off, they handled EVERYTHING. They even detailed the inside of my car! (As a mom with 2 kids, my backseat floor mats were in a sorry state, now they look brand new again.) Thanks a ton guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately this is not the first time Hammer s has had to repair my car. I am so grateful that they do their job with such precision and excellence. Got rear ended and needed my car fixed, Hammers was quick, easy to work with, and my car looks amazing. Tim was very helpful explaining the whole process to me since I have never had to do this before. He explained how dealing with the insurance company worked, helped me with my rental car, and provided updates while my car was there. 10/10 if I ever need car repairs again I will be going to Hammers!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with Aaron and he did a great job answering any questions I had. He worked well with my insurance getting everything they needed. Tim has been our advisor a couple of times now for my wife's 2019 Nissan Rogue. He provided excellent customer service and the shop went over and beyond in meeting and exceeding our expectations. Excellent customer service. Aaron took care of everything, from talking with insurance company to my car rental. My car looked fantastic when I picked it up. They even washed and vacuumed the inside. Thr girls upfront were very nice and helpful. Customer service was excellent. Great job everyone!!

They handle all the insurance things and our experience was very smooth. We had Preston as our point person and love him! Though, the entire business is professional and each individual treats customers well. They do amazing and thorough work. Don't look anywhere else. It took months before insurance answered our calls to start the process, but we didn't have to worry about them once it was at Hammer's. We were also assured to not worry about insurance cancelling our rental if the fix took over two weeks. Hammer's knows how to handle insurance. You're in great hands here!
