The entire staff was kind to me. When I called to schedule an appointment it was easy to get in. As I was sitting in the waiting room area before starting on my window, the mechanic came in and explained to me what was going on and gave me an estimate. He told me that he would try another technique first but if that didn t work his solution. I truly appreciated that because if the price change or adjusted that s good to know before a mechanic completes it. That way you are all on the same page. After fixing my window, they cleaned it as well. As a woman, I didn t feel like they overcharged me and the fact that they took out time to communicate with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle, is AMAZING!

Went there to get an alignment and told them to look the front end over while it was there as the tires where wearing oddly. After getting the car back it still had issues so I looked over it for a total of 5 minutes or less before I found they had not looked over anything as the control arm bushing was completely gone. Needless to say I paid $90 for an alignment that made no difference because the control arm is a very big part of keeping a car on the road and missing something like that could cause bigger problems as in wheel assembly falling off and causing an accident. If you don t know much about cars do not trust them, would hate for some family to have a wreck due to their inability to do their job

I have no idea what to say about this place. The amount of compassion and knowledge that Kevin has shown towards my situation was a blessing. NEVER in my life have I experienced this at a company, let alone anything these days. It seems as though, compassion, caring, thoughtfulness, and professionalism has been in short supply these days. I couldn't repay Kevin, David and their team for all hard work and extra care they have shown me. All I can say is, I will shout, comment, and tell everyone I can about you, and hope they each will see what kind of place this is. I know I wasn't the easiest, but hard work and thoroughness can pay off for the long run. I promise! Whatever you do folks, when your running away from Daytona's down the road, come here and be treated with respect you deserve and honesty.PS. None of the staff, talked down to me because I am a woman. They treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. Kevin and his team are awesome. They care more about the safety of the customer, and ensuring their vehicles are operating properly, safely, and efficiently, over everything else. Once again today, I took my car there. Once again, they took care of my car, not only the scope of work I went in for, but he took care of a few other issues, without charge, again ensuring my vehicle was good. Kevin operates, in an industry, that is flooded with people who take advantage of women. Graham's has never taken advantage of me, as a woman, in an industry where women are often overcharged, and work performed, unnecessarily. I have used Graham's for 20 years. I am continually grateful, that over the years, when I needed help, they helped without hesitation or question. Even today, I walked out of the shop, asking, "are you sure, that is all I owe?...." especially knowing Kevin took care of those other smaller things, that I didn't even know needed attention. And to not charge me? Kevin is trustworthy, honest, and truly puts customer safety, over all else, even at his own expense. Thank you, Kevin, and team. I appreciate you all. I gave you permission and opportunity to do whatever you thought needed done, today, based on the mileage and preventative maintenance, for my specific vehical. You took care of everything that was a need, certainly more, than i knew .... and yet, I walked out scrating my head, because I expected it to be way more. You continue to earn my trust, respect and business. May the blessing you are to people, come back to you, ten fold.

A year ago I was having problems with my car the place I took it to get an oil change said I needed to take it to a shop so a friend simply said it may need a serpentine belt so I relayed that info to Graham automotiveThey didn t check anything else out and replaced the serpentine belt charging me $265 and even told me the belt was fine. It did not fix things I took it to another shop and it needed spark plugs. After writing a review they said they would make it right and give me a credit for the money spent towards oil changes or windshield wipers. When I called to schedule an oil change the person on the phone was very rude and wanted to argue with me about the situation and therefore I said I would never bring my business to them again.

We were out of town and the alternator went out. These guys got us right in and back on the road. Service was very fast. All the employees were very nice. Great place.

I pulled in and asked them to take a look at my taillights and break lights and they said I needed to order a part, the owner gave me a temporary fix until the part came in!! I ordered the part and will be returning for them to install!! Most mechanic shops would order the part and double the price!! I am so happy I decided to stop by and actually have helpful men that won't take advantage of women needing assistance.. from now on they will get All of my business

They worked on my wife s BMW, they had the vehicle for 2 weeks, no communication. After picking up the vehicle and paying for repairs that they did, they vehicle was not fixed. We took the car to the dealership and they told us everything we paid Grahams for, including parts were not performed or replaced. Be careful with this company, we were absolutely robbed by them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Kevin has fixed my boyfriend's car and my step dad's over the years and has done a great job. Very friendly, honest and reliable place. Always fixes the problem within a timely fashion and truly has your best interest in mind. Won't try to screw you over like other places would. Hands down the best in town.

I have been taking my vehicles to Kevin and Graham Automotive since 2007 and followed them from the old location to the current one. Every time, they have taken care of me and kept it affordable. Make an appointment for the best use of your time and theirs since they can get busy. They will get the job done right. I recommend them all the time.

If I have any further issues with my car I will definitely take it back here. The service was the best I have ever had on a vehicle outside of family repairs. He had my car longer than originally planned but accommodated me on getting to work and gave me a great unbeatable rate. He was kind and generous. The desk guy wasn't super friendly but did his job so no major complaint there he just needs to be a little more personable. At least he wasn't rude though. Overall my exoexperie was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their car.

Very pleased that I took my car here. Had a bad engine problem. The people at the auto shop (where I first took it) told me to sell the car, implying, it's probably totaled and the cost to fix would be over the value of the car. However, they recommended Graham Automotive as one place to try. Took it there. Was NOT the thousands of dollars people said it would be. It was fixed up well. Very friendly. Very fast. Actually within a couple of weeks, just a small secondary issue, but when I took it back they fixed it right away and said it was covered under the warranty. I very highly recommend this place.

An outstanding place to get your vehicle repaired.I've been in the business myself since 1971 and unfortunately, things have progressed to a point that you just can't do most repairs at home anymore. I'm very selective when it comes to someone else working on anything of mine.I must say, Graham's has proven to be honest and professional in anything I've ask them to do.They replaced an engine in my daily driver some time ago and it's still running like a top and getting 37 MPG doing it.They just finished repairs on my wife's car. To say I'm happy with the results is an understatement.There are a lot of shops in Springfield and I'm sure others are doing good work ( BUT ) I will always go to Kevin and his gang because they have proven to me that they are honest, trustworthy and capable.Thank you Kevin for a great experience.Service: Engine repair

I took my old Volvo into Graham and they could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They got my car in, in a timely manner, and were efficient and knowledgeable about the repairs. I'm very happy I worked with them, and I know I'll be back the next time my car needs work!

I called Graham with an ignition issue and after explaining it they quoted me half the price that I'd been quoted at a dealership (no real surprise there). But after some further explanation the guy mentioned he had a family member who'd had a similar issue and used a local locksmith to fix it for less that $100 and gave the locksmith's info. I ended up saving over $500 because of this tip ($1,000 had the dealership done the work). Though I've never actually had any work done at their shop I was impressed with this interaction.Update: Since this review I've used Graham for inspections as well as some minor repair work. They're always very courteous, friendly and quick.

The best auto place I have found yet in this city! What three mechanics couldn't fix on my car, this amazing crew happily and energetically accomplished thank God! They don't try to trick you here, or fill you will be! They are the best in Springfield. I highly, highly recommend to everyone! Amazing staff and crew! Thank you guys!

I can't give a good enough review for this place. Most honest and skilled mechanics in Springfield. They are exceptionally good at what they do as well as always friendly and well priced. I never have to worry about having something fixed or added on with out getting a phone call first. I had shopped around for years around here for a good, honest, skilled mechanic. After finding these guys I'll never go to anyone else. I'll recommend them to everyone that needs auto work done or just needs something looked at.

TL;DR, amazing customer service, very respectful, would recommend/bring my vehicle again if I were in the area.I am from out of town and was visiting family in Springfield when my spouse's 2007 Jeep 5.7 Commander's starter died the day after Christmas. I called a few places who questioned my judgement (I have worked at a few shops, I maintainence my own Jeeps, I am not misinformed on an issue as simple as a starter) or had no time. I called Graham's and spoke with Kevin who is absolutely wonderful. I decided to have my work done with Graham's much in part to his willingness to speak to me as an equal, he was the friendliest person I'd heard from and how quickly he could get me in.In addition to the starter, they discovered the waterpump had recently blown its seal. (I had noticed just before having the vehicle towed that the coolant was low and assume it was my spouse not checking the fluids, as usual) It was warrantied through another shop in the Fort Leonard Wood area, though there was a snag with the labour cost. I asked to check it out and verify the leak before authorizing replacement, just to be safe, and Kevin was happy to let me. He also worked with me on the warranty issue and I was rolling again ASAP.Super happy, thank you so much!

They were able to fix my brakes in a short period of time and they took me home to wait and also picked me up when I was done. I felt their price for work done was very good and not over priced like others.

Great guys who know what they re talking about. I normally wouldn t let ANYONE touch my ride, but I knew who to turn to when my alternator went out around the time of my recent back surgery. If you have an import or luxury auto, these are the guys you need to see. No funny-business and they treat you and your car with the upmost respect.

Graham Automotive is my new go-to place for car repairs! They went above and beyond good service to get me back on the road. My car wouldn't go into gear at a Walmart parking lot on a Thursday evening, so I had to leave it overnight. First thing Friday morning, I called several recommended repair shops and got the same response: sure, you can have your car towed here but we can't look at it until next week. Then I phoned Graham Automotive. Shawn, the scheduler, said they would get my car in that day and even set me up with a towing service that was included in my bill. Shawn got my car checked in quick, Dennis took me to work, my car was fixed by mid-afternoon, and Dennis even picked me up after work and took me back to Graham. Car break-downs are stressful, but the staff at Graham's took such good care of me and my car that I knew everything was going to work out fine.

Absolutely terrible service. I recently took in the front spindle, hub and rotor off a front wheel drive vehicle. I asked them to pull the old hub out, and replace the bearing. I specifically told them to not reassemble the knuckle and rotor because the hub and bearing were going to be going into a different knuckle. When I came and paid my 81 dollars for the service they had assembled the entire thing. They couldn't get to it that day to undue their unnecessary work so I took it home to try to separate it all myself. The four bolts that hold the spindle and bearing together require 40ft/lbs of Tq. Even with a breaker bar I could not budge the bolts. The next day I took it back to them to have them go ahead and disassemble the knuckle and rotor. I got a call half an hour later saying they couldn't get the bolts out and would have to cut the heads off. They did so and still could not separate the knuckle and bearing. They then wanted to charge me for the labor of their attempt.So to recap I paid them 81 dollars to ruin a perfectly good knuckle and BRAND NEW bearing, then wanted more money to try and fix their error and buy a new bearing!!!!!!
