Great people! Excellent customer service! Finally a place where as a female you can talk to them about your concerns and they talk to you not down to you. FedEx lost one of my tires we spent a week waiting. The guys here at the shop ordered another one and got me in the next day. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

Had a great experience today at Goodyear Tire and Auto Center by the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri. Been experiencing a slow leak in a tire and was ready to replace it. They discovered that corrosion had built up between the tire and the rim causing a "bead leak." They fixed it for me instead of selling me a new tire as there was no wear and tear on the tire otherwise. I suspect there were other tire centers that would have been happy to just sell me a new tire like I came in expecting. They were extremely courteous to me; had the door already open for me as I approached. The workers also appeared to respect each other and work together well. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

my husband and i was on our vacation and we had a blowout (1) on the RV and (2) a belt break on the truck tire causing this huge air bubble to come up on the tire. What are the odds? Thank God we are safe! so we decided to buy 4 tires for the RV (better safe than sorry) and had to buy a truck tire. Thank you Eric and Chris at Goodyear in Springfield, MO for all your help! you guys are the best! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

all i needed was a tire and an alignment, first one there at 930, didnt get out of there till 130. bring a book if you go there, on a positive note they did agood job so no complaints in that area.

From the phone call to the service everything was great. The employees are knowledgeable and very customer friendly and the service was quick and done right. The manager was friendly and all around the whole experience was perfect. A lot of these companies forget that most people don't know anything about tires and can make you feel pretty stupid. Theae guys are doing it right and we will get our service and tires done here from now on. Great job!

After taking my car here twice in one week due to unrelated problems, I can tell you that, from my experiences with Mike and the guys here and from sitting in their lobby multiple times observing them while I was waiting on my car, the men who work here are good men honest, soft spoken, knowledgeable, ethical, clean cut, hardworking men. You just do not find that often in auto repair shops. There were no egos or attitudes or slacking off or bad service or bad customer service or bad vibes. Just some genuinely good, hardworking men trying to provide the best possible repair service and customer service they could. Their superiors should be very proud. I highly recommend this place as long as Mike and these men are there. They are amazing, and I hands down had the best auto repair and new tire experiences I ve ever had in my life from them. I can t thank Mike and the rest of the crew enough for such great customer experiences. As a woman, it s amazing to find a tire shop and repair shop where you feel comfortable and can completely trust everyone who works there. They literally treated me like family and tried to protect me from other unethical repair shops who were trying to take advantage of my ignorance about cars. You can feel safe here, knowing you can trust these men, while receiving amazing tire and auto service and extraordinary customer service.

Goodyear scheduled an appointment to install new tires that were bought and paid for. When arrived to appointment they had sold the tires to someone else. They would order more tires that would be in next week but could not help in any way. Avoid this place

Best Customer Service I have received in a long time. While traveling from Chicago we got a nail in a tire in Springfield, MO We went in to Goodyear 1/2 hour before closing. They got us in and out with time to spear. So courtesy and professional. We highly recommend Goodyear Tires in Springfield, Mo.

I had a flat tire today and AAA got it aired up for me and then directed me towards the nearest tire shop (since we live an hour away from the city). When I pulled in with my little one in tow, we were greeted by a friendly face and they agreed that a leaky valve stem was to blame. They had me pull the car around to the bays and we were treated to a "NASCAR-style pit stop". The little one loved it, and we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The guys took a frustrating situation for me and turned it into a grand adventure! Thank you so much!!

Terrible experience today. My wife has been coming here for a few years, while today was my first experience.I got my oil changed. A very simple thing to do, and a regular occurrence here, I would assume. I sat in the lobby for over an hour WHILE MY CAR WAS ALREADY DONE. The clerk at the counter cited "improper training" and "computer issues" as to why I was not informed my car was done being worked on.Maybe I'm crazy, but I wouldn't need to be trained to find the person a car belonged to if their keys are returned to the desk. It seems like one of the 2 major components of the counter clerk's job.Absolutely ridiculously that had to pay $62 to have over an hour of my time wasted.They would have let me sit there for 4 hours before they said anything. Even then, I'm sure they would've made some excuse as to why I wasn't told about it.

I picked up a screw in my tire on my way home. I live over an hour away and it was past 5 o clock when I called and spoke to Brendan. This young man understands customer service. He was professional over the phone and even more impressive in person. He helped me find the best solution to the tire issue and help me get back home. I have worked retail for over 30 years and this is how you take care of people. Outstanding job to entire team!

I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire balance, and wheel alignment. Later in the day, I got a call saying that all these services were complete and the car was ready to go. Just out of curiosity, I requested to see the wheel alignment worksheet when I picked up the car. A few minutes later, I got a call back saying that actually the alignment was a little off and needed to be fixed.I think it's safe to say that this crew skipped the alignment until I asked for proof since they called me back after-the-fact and told me they still need to do the alignment AFTER telling me the car was good to go. If I had not asked for the alignment worksheet and saw that it was completed, I would have drove away from this shop with a bad wheel alignment. Of course this led to many other questions. If they're willing to lie and tell me the wheel alignment was done when it really wasn't, did they actually balance my tires as well? Did they really change my oil?I brought this issue to their attention and they addressed it by offering a small discount on services performed, but I will not be bringing my car back here for obvious trust-related reasons.

Had an appointment for 1 pm today (Saturday) to have my work van looked at for a Freon leak. Scheduled the appointment the previous Monday (with Matt I want to say). He said they can definitely get me in without problem. I called the day before to confirm and spoke with the same person who repeated it would not be a problem. I show up 30 minutes early and the tech walks right up to me before I said a word and said to give him the keys. He came right back saying they can t fit me in. I made the appointment 5 days before and confirmed the day before! Waste of my time and I had already spent the two previous two Saturdays trying to get the van fixed elsewhere and had no luck then (also had appointment only to find they fired the AC tech that week and had nobody available to work on it). I only mention this to reiterate that I was really expecting and wanting to get this thing done so I don t keep wasting my weekends taking the work van to get fixed. This guy may have very well been right and they could not get me in and he had no intention of working on it, but why did the guy on the phone TWICE assure me they could? I was turned away immediately. Another wasted day driving to Springfield. Really upsetting and unprofessional.

While on a 3-day business trip, I had to have 2 tires installed on my car. The Service Manager, Eric Kistner and Tire & Service Advisor, Cody Van Meter, we re able to get me squeezed into their already busy schedule. They led me to their showroom, where they have a workspace complete with charging station and USB ports. I was able to get some much needed computer work done while I waited. This was a very enjoyable experience! I would recommend this location for all tire and auto service needs

Service was great, but not surprising for how much they charge you for it. I went for a break change and they tried to estimate it and other unneeded things for $1400 and half of it was labor!? So I said I'm just here for my breaks (this was the first hour; they hadn't even gotten to working on it and it was in the garage. I even had to show them how to pop the hood on it!?still after all was said and done $600.. they charged me almost $100 in labor for the break fluid???? Not to mention three hours for breaks. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend anyone else does either.

Excellent service! Patrick is very personable and always fits us in. When we need help with our cars, we call Goodyear because the mechanics are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Mike took care of our water pump issue, and we were back on the road in no time!

My husband stopped by the shop at 5:20 today. He asked the technician to please check out our daughter s tire and patch if necessary. She was about to head out on a 10 hour trip when her tire started losing air. The bays were empty and no other customers were present but the technician stated that he didn t have time to check her tire. He could only put air in the tire. They didn t close for 40 more minutes! Her tire is already losing air again so we will now wait until morning to take it to a reputable tire service company. Terrible customer service!

Had a flat but needed four tires. Not really in the mood to deal with this. They were professional and quick and I plan to use them for future service. They also have really good coffee and a nice place to sit and chill. I'd give them six stars for not having nasty coffee and 10 for having good coffee if I could. The tires are great but those little things are important too.I stopped by this past Monday morning for an oil change. Service was quick. The guy who works the counter knows some random interesting things. I got the best oil change which includes a fuel additive. My mileage has improved by 4 miles per gallon. Really makes it worth the few extra dollars to get the best package.

Brad and I own 6 vehicles, 4 of them have Goodyear tires and we always use the same location. Eric has always been so good to take care of our vehicles tires. They have found things on our vehicles that have needed attention to keep us safe. We trust Eric and his crew, they always seem to know Brad when he walks in. Our other cars haven t needed any tires yet. Thank you Eric and your team.

Eric did a great job on my car's brakes and Patrick was extremely helpful. They were able to get my vehicle in on very short notice, and their prices were much more affordable than what had been quoted elsewhere. Thank you for all your help!

My husband and I are huge fans of Goodyear! Quality service and products, they take appointments and do the work in a timely manner with competitive pricing. Patrick at the front desk is a gem. He is so friendly, and always remembers us. This is an all around great experience, we highly recommend!!

Over the years, I've taken my vehicles here to fix my flat tires because this is a free service that they offer. They have always been professional and respectful towards me even though I didn't buy anything.When it was time to buy new tires, I came in (no appointment) and they gave me options to choose from. I was in control of what I wanted to buy, and the process did not feel like a sales negotiation.I would highly recommend this store for several reasons: great product, great service, no appointment needed, fast service.

This is the second time I came to this Goodyear for a full set of tires. My last set worked so well I knew I wanted to be a repeat customer. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to get the parts required for some extra service needed! I love Goodyear s financing options, another reason I returned! The only reason I didn t give five stars is because I had a minor issue dealing with my oil change that I had to return for. They kindly helped me resolve this but it was inconvenient to come back. I plan to return here again and again!

They were very friendly and very professional. I had several opinions and quotes. They were very honest, and we went through options that were affordable and safe. I've used them in the past. I'll continue to bring my car and have it maintained by Goodyear on a regular basis. Great job guys!!

Waited an hour after my appointment time and they still had not taken my car back for the simple oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Gave up and left after an hour. If they were running behind, would have been nice to know before they wasted an hour of my time.

I had to get new brakes ASAP and couldn't afford to leave my car at the shop for the day; these guys were the only ones who could get my brakes done while I waited...and on short notice! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Worth the price. You get what you pay for.
