The people who work here are very kind and they were quick with the service. They did an inspection for me and passed me no problem. I m thinking of coming in for a future repair with them.

Took them A MONTH to diagnose my bmw 335i. Then they told me they can t even fix it cause it has mods! Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and told me she would call me back and never did. It even got to the point she was ignoring my mom s phone calls. Highly do not recommend this place. If your looking for a good mechanic go to exclusive auto out in ozark they won t disappoint

For background, I am 9 months pregnant, literally can go into labor at any time and have a one year old son. The car in the shop? Our only car.We (my son and I) were going to go do grocery shopping when my car overheated and I was completely unable to get it to cool down. My 1 year old was also fed up and upset with the situation. So I had my car towed to this mechanic. It was about 4 in the afternoon, we were all hot and unhappy so I didn't get to call to give them my info or anything. We call first thing the next morning to make sure they have our information and the woman at the front almost immediately was snapping at us for not giving her our information earlier. Which was literally what we were calling to do. We were told our car could get looked at that day or early the next morning.Awesome! So we call later the next day and they still haven't looked at our car, which is fine. But the lady is still short and kind of rude to us. We're told the car would be looked at that day, or AT THE LATEST, would be looked at next Monday. So we think, oh the car could still be looked at tomorrow! (It was Thursday at the time)So Friday we call, and see what's going on with the car. We are welcomed with a long, rude lecture about how mechanics work and how we were told that no mechanic would be in today(which never happened) and we're completely unreasonable for calling. She was yelling at us over the phone when we had been nothing but polite.We were constantly met with rude, snarky comebacks, and never once were given a straight answer about our car. Then yelled at when we tried to get information.We went to pick up our car and now are working on fixing it ourselves. This place is not worth the bullying or extra work.You better make sure you have an extra running car and ample time where you won't need the vehicle you take in. Also be prepared to be berated and bullied by the front office staff.

We moved to the Springfield area in 1990 and these folks are an amazing family that care about their customers. They have serviced our entire family s autos of every make and model for 30+ years. Lady at the front desk yelled at me every time I called in to see how my car was doing. Said they'd "Look at it today" for 5 days in a row and never did. She lied. She yelled at customers. It's not worth it to do business with them at all because of her.

Honest and helpful; highly recommend!They didn t know what was wrong with my 2019 GMC Acadia locking system so they help me research it some vs just trying to sell me on them doing long diagnostic testing. The local GM and Ozark Chevy shops wanted my suv for few days and were over a week out.

The folks at GM & Sons are exceptional and kind people! They really went above and beyond for me! I want to thank them with ALL of my heart for helping me and getting my car running PERFECT again I was really stressed out about how I would get to work, but they were SO kind and gave me a lift just down the road to my job after I dropped my car off this morning, and they were able to get it running perfectly the same day. I am VERY GRATEFUL and will recommend GM & Sons to EVERYONE!! Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH , God bless you all Service: Auto engine tuning

I would not recommend having your car looked at here they are unprofessional and not trust worthy. They took a month to look at my car fully and they left my car unlocked after I specifically told them to keep it locked. When I came to pick up my car it was unlocked and my stereo was gone. I feel like they could of stole it because they have a camera pointing directly towards my car it was token out very clean and I had other valuables in there but was not touched. But either way they left my door unlocked sitting right by the road for who knows how long very unprofessional.

They quoted me a certain price for work done. They were done on time and actually charged me less. They even checked my tires and aired them up for me which wasn't something I had asked for. Super nice and honest. I will go here every time in the future

Can t say enough good things about the crew at GM & Sons. I gave them my car right before they closed one night. They diagnosed it for free! Saved me $110 compared to taking it to the dealership just for that. They let me know I needed a new alternator, and I asked them to go ahead and do it. I got a phone call just after 7 AM the next morning saying that it was done! These guys are the fastest I ve ever seen, and they are good at what they do. I had them also do an oil change and tranny flush. Much cheaper and faster than the dealership would have been. Amazing service too.

Stopped in to get a MO State Vehicle Inspection, but they had lots of work in progress and I was told it would be a while before they could get it in. I decided to try and find another place that could get me in sooner. However, I stayed and talked with Mrs. Beeson for several minutes. Very nice folks and with the work they had in front of them, they must be doing something right!

Love GM and Sons. They do excellent work and try to save the customer money. I have been a customer there for years, and they keep me informed and communicate potential costs up front. Plus, they never try to sell me something I don't need. Wonderful people. I recommend this place to anyone.

This is the absolute best mechanic shop I've been to. I'm confident I would've paid hundreds more somewhere else, and been talked down to, as usual in a mechanic shop. I'm just so relieved to have found them since I drive a very old car, prone to quite a few issues.
