The tint looks good but install wasn't great. I had to turn around and get the tint fixed because a corner was pealing up. After about a week of driving I have been able to find about 3 bits of dirt between the glass and the tint where they did not clean the glass properly. I won't be using them again for my other vehicles.

Really good people that do top notch work!!!! Wish I would have know they existed 1st hand. They would have done all my work!!! Go by check them out and give them your business. You won't be disappointed in the work. They also still believe in good customer service skills. Refreshing to see business being done in this manner.

I've had several vehicles tinted there. Always had top notch service with no issues. Last week I wasn't fully satisfied. Called them up. The person I spoke to was super easy going. Told me to bring it back in. They 100% fixed the issues and it looks great. Every company and every person is going to make mistakes and have bad days. Not every company is willing to fix them.

As an introverted woman who is out of my element, not only was I pressured to go darker than I originally intended, I didn't even get the type of film I wanted. One, because of being pressured, I didn't even think about it. Two, I wasn't even asked about other films in the first place. Three, there was a bubble when we took a look after it was finished which was fixed. So in the end, I'd have to pay to take it off and then pay for the new film. I'm tempted just to take it off myself and get my own ceramic film. Sorry, but too unhappy that I can't recommend this place at all.(I'd also like to mention that I did list what I wanted in previous email correspondence. But I had to go back and deliberate my legal options before setting the appointment again.)

Steve the owner of Glass Tint USA and his Professional Team, definitely went above and beyond to ensure the tint was perfect on my 1996 Ford. These vehicles can be a challenge, because the windows do not have the black trim like todays modern vehicles. Not to mention the rubber around the windows aren t as pliable as they once were, which adds another element of difficulty.I can t say enough POSITIVE about this business, they have been doing windows on my vehicles for over 25 years, and this is the reason I keep coming back and Highly Recommend their services to you!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I just purchased a new 2021 F150 and wanted to get the windows tinted. I did a lot of research online and found that Llumar is what I wanted to go with. I found that Glass Tint USA in Springfield, MO had excellent reviews so I called and made an appointment. They were able to get me in the next week. I knew how I wanted the truck to look but wasn't sure what percent tint I needed to accomplish that. I explained to the guys at Glass Tint what I wanted and one guy said (sorry, I didn't get his name), "You want 50% on all windows including the windshield and 15% on the front side windows. That way they will all match. And probably 70% on the moonroofs." I told him okay, that he has been doing this for 10 years so he should know. And he did! They did all the windows and moonroofs in about an hour and a half. The truck looks fantastic! I live 2 hours away and you can bet that the next vehicle we get will be going to Glass Tint. If you need window tinting done, PLEASE do yourself a favor and see these guys. Very professional and well-educated on their products and provide high quality workmanship. I recently had my 2023 Honda Civic tinted at Glass Tint USA and I couldn't be happier with the result. 5 starsAfter we purchased our 2013 dodge charger we brought it to sun tint USA to have the windows tinted. The price was great and you can't beat the life time warranty.Well after 9 years our back glass started to bubble so we made an appointment to get replaced. While the tech was removing the old tint he notice it was also pulling the rear defogger window heat elements.They contacted us to let us know. Not only did they replace the tint but the rear glass without any issue.We have since had our 2021 challenger windows tinted as well.I'm am a life long customerService: Vehicle window tinting

Edit: After receiving a response from the company, I've changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I appreciate your reply and certainly understand that new processes come with a learning curve. Thank you for following up and I will absolutely recommend your company and continue to use you in the future. As usual, you guys have provided excellent customer service.Original review: This would have been a 5 star review but got down graded because they sent me an email begging me to tip my technician. They did a fine job of tinting the windows of my new car, as they have done on previous vehicles. But begging for a tip after I've already spent over $400 with your company just rubs me the wrong way. I may have to look for a new company to tint my cars from now on.

Very nice people and excellent job. Had my daughter's car tinted. They said to expect 2 hours, maybe more. Told them great, I'm going across the street to get a cup of coffee, they said, tell them you're waiting for your car, they'll give u a discount. Had a cup of coffee and my car was done in an hour. Great job, I need to tint my truck, I'll set up an appointment soon for that. I'm not going anywhere else.

These guys are great! They did a really nice job tinting my Escalade a few years back and recently my driver door tint started rolling up and they replaced it right away due to the lifetime warranty! Win win! I would and have recommend them to anyone, Thanks Glass Tint USA!

They did a great job but there was a small imperfection that I wasn't even sure needed fixed so I asked them about it. They have a lifetime warranty and we're happy to replace the window tint in my truck. They came highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again!

My car has a black interior so it gets really hot in all this heat. Glass tint USA did a fast, excellent job on tinting my windows and it helps block the sun and heat. Plus it makes the car look more sporty.

Just had the windows tinted on my Ram 1500 Crew Cab. They did an amazing job and it was done in less than 2 hours. This has been the hottest week this summer so far in the Ozarks and I immediately noticed a difference on how much cooler my truck is after sitting in a parking lot. It also cools down much quicker and doesn't seems to work as hard to cool off either. It was done quickly, at a good price, makes the truck look better, keeps it cooler, and the customer service was top notch. I see no downsides to it at all and have zero reservations to recommending them to my friends and family.

Great folks doing great work! 8 years ago I had my car windows tinted, and have yet to see any blemish, issue, or breakdown of material. They use quality materials, and professionally install it at a great price! I will get every vehicle tinted there, and always recommend them to a friend!

We had our company truck windows tinted here and they did an amazing job. So much so that our plant manager is taking his personal truck in as well to have the windows tinted. The staff they have working there is super nice and very professional. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. Anytime anyone asks me where to go to get tint put on windows I will recommend you guys every time. thank you again.
