I've gone to Gerber twice now for different repairs and can't imagine ever going somewhere else. Their service is exceptional, quick, and communication is top-notch. By far the best car repair experience I've ever had.

This place is absolutely fantastic and fast. Just for our CR-V repaired with these guys and I must say they did such an amazing job with every part of the repairs. They kept me well informed about the whole process and called me with updates along the way. The job they did for our vehicle is outstanding and just so beautiful. It's just amazing.

I m really not sure how to feel about the quote I got for a dented quarter panel: they said they wouldn t pop a dent (all I really need) without repainting and a couple other extras that I didn t want or need.The quote was for $998 and my insurance deductible is $1000 so that s kinda pointless, but I got the dent popped at another shop for $80. Seems like maybe St. Louis Auto Body s integrity isn t what it should be, or they should re-evaluate their service menu.

Gerber staff were very professional and friendly. We had repairs done that included deep scratches and dents, the work was excellent, paint match was perfect and they had cleaned everything inside and out. When I drove my car home, it was like the first day we drove it home brand new from the car dealership. Thanks Gerber Collision &Glass for your excellent service. The Carpenters

I brought my van here to have the gasket/seals replaced around the windows. They did it all in one afternoon, the price was reasonable, a tad less than the estimate we were given. We have had heavy rains several times since, no leaks or issues. When I went to pick up my van, they had dumped the little trash pail I have in the front seat, vacuumed it out and even washed the entire exterior. I couldn't believe they did this extra stuff, it was not related to the work I paid for, so I was very impressed with this. My van did not smell like smoke, there was no grease or mud ect anywhere in or on my van. After I got home my husband and I stood in the driveway just staring at it. He said, you mean you didn't find anything wrong with it at all? And I was like no nothing, they even vacuumed it! We were quite honestly in denial :) I highly recommend this place!Service: Body & Trim

Really a great experience. Work was done a week earlier than they said it would be and when I got my car the work was excellent and the car was cleaner than I left it with them. They also fixed a problem I d had with the car s radio code (free and without my asking) will absolutely go back next time I need work done on a car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is amazing! I'm thankful I chose them, they were very nice and professional through the whole process and did a phenomenal job on my car! They also detailed my car which was super nice of them! Will definitely use them again if need be and I'll refer everyone I know to them as well! Thank you guys so much!

The quality of work they provide is hands down the best in town! The staff is so friendly and informative. They send out text updates to keep you in the loop, which I loved! We decided to use Gerber after a pleasant experience with Gerber in a different state. They were very honest and thorough when looking over our vehicle. Very friendly over the phone and in person. Our vehicle looked brand new and they were quick!

Great job fixing my bumper on my Nissan Altima. They cleaned my car inside and out. Great people I would always take my car there. I was amazed with their service and how well they take care of your vehicle. If there were more stars I would give them a even higher rating.

I took my car to St. Louis Auto Body for the first time after a minor accident this week. They did a terrific job, touched up my entire car, cleaned the interior, and had it ready a day early. Great service and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to a friend

Take you car somewhere else. Don't let the insurance agent talk you into using this place. They do not communicate and can not be trusted. I have been waiting for six weeks to get my truck fixed. Come to find out they never even submitted the estimate to the insurance. So no parts have been ordered. Some of the parts have 6-8 week lead times. I'm now going to another shop but because of Gerber's incompetence I'm going to be without my truck for atleast 4 months. No family camping trips for us this summer. This is the 2nd vehicle I have taken to Gerber Collision & Glass, and they did a great job on both. One for major hail damage and one for dent removal and paint. This is the place to go.

Everyone that needs body work done I praise this place. I had a car hit me in a parking lot and decide to take it here to fix it. They did not disappoint, they got the job done early and the job they did was pristine. Not only did they fix the damage they had my truck shining from bumper to bumper, inside dash, floorboard, tire shine, and every piece of chrome was shining better then when I bought it. This place will always be my go to if I need something done thank you.

I had to get my bumper replaced after an accident. They did a fantastic job and worked very well with my insurance. The staff was friendly, and the job was done promptly. I highly recommend this place for auto bodywork.

I took my 2019 Silverado in for recent hail damage. Les got an estimate and scheduled me quickly for repairs. The repairs we done in one day. When I went to pick it up they had washed and detailed my entire truck. It looked as good as the day I purchased it! Will definitely return for all of my body shop needs!

We had an excellent experience with St. Louis Street Auto Body. They did a very thorough job and the car was finished in record time-even when they found extra damage! It doesn t look like it was ever in a wreck! We will definitely use them again if we need auto body work done!

Had SL Auto Body repair the hail damage on my truck and they did an excellent job. Very professional, truck was ready right when they promised, and was detailed inside and out. Every ding taken care of. They worked well with my insurance company with no hassles. Couldn t have been happier. Recommend highly.

Excellent body shop. My brand new car had some minor paint damage. I went to Saint Louis body shop without an appointment. They immediately took care of my problem and wouldn't even charge me for the work. The customer service is the best and they treated my car with respect.

We had a side window panel fly off the side of our car. I picked up the piece from the highway and took it first to a car dealership for a quote. They were extremely unprofessional, had to call for the quote, then after they emailed it to me, I replied with more questions and didn't get a reply so I had to call again,Twice more...They were unprofessional and expensive and they were a dealership!!!... I then took the part to a known repair shop that advertises on tv. They were very professional, got a quote emailed right away but were still a little high in price. My husband then had me go to St. Louis Street Auto Body, they were professional, friendly and the lowest price! They were fast in fixing the part and we we were very happy with them. We strongly recommend them.

I don t have enough good things to say about St. Louis Auto Body. The work they did on my car was done well and done quickly. The people that I dealt with were super nice and helpful and when I got my car back not only was it fixed but it was clean! Not just a light vacuum clean but a thorough inside and out clean. It looked amazing and it smelled good too. So thank you to everyone at St Louis Auto Body for the excellent work you did and for the kindness and patience you showed in your dealings with me.

This was the first time I ve dealt with major damage to my car, and I appreciate everyone at St. Louis Street Auto Body for getting me through it! John helped me out, and he kept me updated on everything that was going on, they worked with my insurance, helped me get a rental, and repaired all of the damage super quick. I would definitely recommend them for any sort of body repair!Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

The staff was very helpful, kind, and understanding with me as I was trying to figure out what I needed to do to get my car repaired from a car accident. Joe was extremely helpful. Overall, very satisfied with work and punctuality and my car looks as good as when I bought it five, going on six years ago.

These folks did a good job on my car after a collision. Something wasn't quite right after picking it up and they worked very hard to get it fixed and perfect before getting it back to me that same afternoon. I am impressed with their work and will gladly bring any future bodywork to them.

The staff is super friendly and nice. They do outstanding body work. The best part I liked, is THEY dealt with the insurance company, and not me. Hope I never need them again, but if I do I will definitely use them again.will recommend to friends and family.

I have known Les and Sharon for several years. Over the years my family has needed auto repairs from minor fender benders to severe damage and they have done an excellent job of taking care of the vehicles. They are the most professional, competent and detailed oriented shop you will find anywhere. They are people you can trust to do what is right in repairing your vehicle.

Paint work and attention to detail is second to none. Very satisfied with the quality of work and the good folks at St. Louis Street Auto Body went above and beyond on my repair. I will most definitely go back when I need paint/body work on any of my vehicles.
