Went in for a front end alignment and learned that there was more to the problem that was outside of their scope. (my subframe was bent)However, 5 stars because unlike some shops, they didn't charge me any diagnosis or labor fee just for having it in their shop. I was able to go in and get my keys back with no hassle and even got an apology even though it wasn't their fault in the slightest.Very straight and to the point service, and told me when I made the appointment that they would call first if any other issues had to be fixed BEFORE they would do it to work out costs, etc. Some shops would rather do all the extra work and then tell you as you're footing the bill, not these guys!If I'm ever in a position where I need their services, I will definitely go back.

I was in town for a teacher conference in July 2023. I ended up with a flat tire and needed help, as I was over two hours from home. G.L. Moore Tires was compassionate, kind, caring, more than helpful when they didn t have to be in this situation. They got my vehicle in, fixed the tire and gave my car a look over before I left with it. This is the place to go in the Springfield area if you are looking for a locally run, family owned business that is also Christ-centered. Highly highly recommend them!

I brought the car in for an oil change & was charged $160. It was not explained to me before the oil change that it would cost that much. I brought the car in 2 months later for a leak & due to the oil dip stick indicating the it was a quart low, plus the check engine light was off & on. In the past if they needed to do anything to my vehicle, they called first to discuss the issue & the price. I was called about 20 minutes after I dropped the car off & was informed that the work could cost anywhere between $1500 to $5000. I changed my mind & went in 6 days later & the car was still in the same position I had left it. As I was walking to the car, I asked if I owed anything & was told that the bill was $159.11 for diagnostic that was run without my knowledge or permission. The leak was never looked at. I have since taken the car to someone else & paid $64.95 for an oil change, oil filter & tires rotated. I now have no leak & the car is running great.

Went to GL Moore today, they are so very thorough and professional, they discovered that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and even though they were super busy, they made the time to make the repairs knowing that we are about to leave as a first responder in California! Their prices are always reasonable too. But they always greet us by name, and are by far the best business we have ever worked with. We take all of our business to them and have recommended them to family and friends.

We regretted to hear that the dog who greeted us when we waited for our car had died. It s a very homey experience at G. L. Moore. The beautiful dog who that went the way of the world we all must go eventually, used to greet us along with the employees, have always made the customers feel welcome. Love the first name basis used to address us. Love the great service and the prompt and accurately done work on our cars. Always glad to do business with each of your staff and mechanics. Coffee and snacks are always there while we wait.

I was referred here by Import Specialists for an alignment on my Mercedes. I called on Friday and they were able to get me in on Monday! They also offered me a loaner car while we were on the phone making the appointment since they would need to keep mine all day. I wasn't gone long after dropping it off Monday morning before they called and said I needed bushings as well and would need to keep it until Tuesday to do things properly. My car is a 2011 so this made sense. I received a text message at 3:45 on Tuesday afternoon that my car was ready! Since I live in the country I called and they let me keep the loaner car another night with no problems at all. I now have my baby back and she drives like a dream! The prices seemed reasonable considering all that needed done. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend G.L. Moore!

They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I have a Tesla Model S and had a 4 wheel alignment done. My car drives wonderful and can definitely tell a difference. I'll definitely use them again and would refer them.

Professional and efficient staff. Work to be sure you understand the work to be accomplished. Fair pricing for quality work. I have driven a little over 2 million miles in the past 57 years, owned numerous vehicles and visited many shops. I have to say that Moore Tire is in in the top 3 of all the service places I have frequented from the East Coast to the West Coast. They work until everything is perfect!

Great customer service!I have used G. L. Moore twice now and both times the service has been great. They have been able to get my vehicle in quickly and taken care of the issues I had. Took my car to another shop and was told the tire was unrepairable. Gave G.L. Moore Tire Pro a call and Coda had me bring it in to double check. They were able to repair it quickly. Great service and friendly.

I had a very great experience here. They took there time to make sure everything was safe before returning the vehicle. The price ended up being cheaper then expected. They even gave me a loaner to get around while they had my car which helped tremendously. I will definitely be returning for oil changes etc... they kept me well updated and and explained everything to point I could understand. I could not have thanked them enough!

Really great people and great service. After my truck tires were vandalized G.L. Moore hooked me up with fair, fast, and easy service. They had the tire options on hand for me to look at in person and gave me a very competitive price. Next day I had a brand new set of tires for the best price and warranty I could find as well as did the rebate paperwork for me. This is a great local business to support and I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

This is what every trip to the auto shop should feel like! I was visiting from out of town and had a car emergency. One of the worst positions to be in. Where can I go? How can I find someone that I can trust to help me?I get online and Google. GL Moore had lots of reviews and still kept a 5 star rating. That is very hard to do. I thought, this is the place to try. Everything they did was with excellence. The people at the shop were so friendly. If you have been anywhere lately you know just how rare that simple trait is. And the place exudes integrity. I immediately knew I had found the right place.Long story short, they worked me in, found the problem (turned out to be the lesser of what it could have been-and they told me that when I wouldn t have known either way), charged me less than what I expected, and showed me in detail what they did so I would understand it.It doesn t get any better than this! I could go on and on. I hate that I am from out of town because this would be my place for everything if I lived anywhere near Springfield.

Being tight on money, Mark helped me out tremendously!!! He put practically new used tires on my truck for a very affordable cost, nearly half of what it would cost me to put new ones on when these only had 135 mi on them. My lug nuts were bad and they found used nuts in better condition so they replaced them free of charge. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and social. They knew all they re clients who walked in the door. As soon as I went in, from phone calls they knew who I was and took care of me right away. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Great service and wonderful people. I will definitely be going back here for future services needed.

They warned me they were fully booked before dropping off my car to fix a flat. They warned me they might not get to it. By 3:00, they had removed the animal bone that pierced my tire and it was holding air again. What started off as a bad day turned better by people dedicated to good service.

Highly recommend GL Moore, purchased tires from them and now I go to them for all my service needs. I've always felt like I could trust them, which is the most important quality when it comes to automotive work.They also have invested in offering online payments, which along with after-hours pickup and dropoff makes having work done super convenient.

Everyone was so helpful. I first called and spoke with Mark Moore, he gave me all the options and pricing for tires. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn t ever try to sell me on any particular tire, he asked questions and listened to my concerns and questions as well. When I arrived to the store to have my tires put on his staff was very friendly and he personally came out to meet me. He has a courier service all set up which took me to work and offered to pick me up after. I would highly recommend for all your tire needs.

Alex took really good care of me and found a time to schedule me that best fit my schedule, and was gracious when I was running late. Talked me through what I needed, was honest and upfront. Amazing customer service!Also, Jason came from the shop and dumbed down ,so I can better understand, what was going on with my vehicle and explained to me everything to me. Exceptional attitude and service.If you are looking for great service, an honest shop, and great care, then I recommenced G. L. Moore! Thank you guys!

These guys are great! I've taken my car there several times and each time the place is spotless, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the mechanics are great at explaining what needs to be done and why. They have never sold services I didn't need and, as a young woman, I have never felt talked down to. Jared has worked on my car several times and always goes above and beyond to figure out the issue. I appreciate the great service and highly recommend everyone take their vehicles there. They have a clean waiting room with free snacks, a free shuttle service to get you to where you need to go should they need to keep your car for awhile, and they consistently put the customer first. I can't think of a better place to trust with my vehicle.
