I was very hopeful for this location because it was cleaner than the previous location that I frequented. But the service was just as mediocre as the other location. Again, my car was returned to me with black oily hand and fingerprints on inside and outside just like other locations. I waited two hours for an inspection. The final straw was when they ruined my window tint (on accident of course ) but then wouldn t take responsibility for it. Even trying to blame it on me! So I have had to pay for it to be peeled and pay to be retinted and they couldn t even accept responsibility for it. Let alone compensation for it. At the time they acted like they were helping me out by telling me how to get the proper paperwork in hand for the tint to be legally passed (I ve had the eye condition long before I had the physical piece of paperwork they requested), but then after I contacted Firestone head office to inform them of this incident, they had the local tech call my husband instead of me(still don t understand that) telling him how they weren t paying for it and started making up lies about me from that day. Pull that store camera footage and we will see the truth! Needless to say they have lost multiple long term customers. Don t go here if you value your vehicle and sanity.

Let me start by saying I have used several different Firestone's around Springfield for 20+years and I have always been happy...before last week. I dropped my car off in the morning for another oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and to have their mechanics give it a once over, call me if there were needed repairs, and do needed repairs, so I could take it on a road trip after I picked it up the next morning. I got a call the next morning to tell me that my car had a broken strut that needed to be replaced and they gave me a quote. They said they could get right on it, do the routine maintenance items requested, and should have it for me by that evening. I told them it was supposed to be ready that morning, so I could go on my trip. They said it could be ready by noon. After a couple of hours they call me and tell me the routine stuff is complete, but they don't have the proper equipment needed to replace the broken strut, so I would need to take it somewhere else for that repair. I asked if it was safe to drive. They said no, since the strut could hit the tire and cause a blowout at any time but suggested I drive it straight to where I would have the work done when I left there. I have it scheduled to be repaired soon at a local dealership. This is strike one.

I gave a 5 because I'm split. I called a number of tire centers, Costco, Sam's Club, others, none had the tires in stock and would take some time to get. I called Firestone and was told they had those tires and could get them right on, might take a couple of hours. Great. I dropped off the car in the morning, hoping to get it around noon. Almost 5, we had to go places and I'd never heard from them. I called, he said they had a little trouble getting the tires in. So, a little sales puff lie about having the tires and I'd have to get it the next day. We had to get someone else to come pick us up and take us to our activity. That would have been a 1 star experience. When I explained this to the lady the next morning, she did give us a discount. That took it to 5. Will I go there again? Should you go there? If you do, make SURE they really do have the tires if they say they do!

We had our tire rotation allignment checked. Since we purchased the lifetime tire rotation and wheel allignment there was no charge. We had a tire pressure sensor replaced. The staff are all very nice and it wasn't crowded.

Our employee/service tech went in to get a tire repaired on a company work van. He was in and out quickly. Did not say there was any issues.

These guys are always good about getting me in quickly for new tires, an alignment, or a state inspection. I feel like they give me good advice and don't try to sell me on things I don't need. The lifetime alignment is also a great deal. I can get my car aligned as often as I like.

Made an appointment yesterday because they re open on Sunday . Well apparently not this location anymore I sat in the parking and walked up to a locked door and no lights on . But when I called yesterday they had appointments. They need to update their hours online and not just a sign on the door . So when people show up it s not wasting their time

Terrible communication & abysmal people skills. Sad, because this place used to be great and actually care about service. Typical Springfield business, starts out strong then settles in with mediocre talent.

Highly recommend. Quick, high quality, fair price. Fit me in in an emergency. I was on a 2700 mile road trip to drop my daughter at college when my drivers side front tire developed a leak. The place was booked solid on a Saturday, but Erica understood and fit me in.

I ve been purchasing Firestone for about five years love the tires. Cannot stand this location. Every time I have made an appointment for whatever reason they are always behind. This really puts me in a bind because I live an hour away and I just drove an hour for them to tell me the same thing again.

NEVER go to this place. They charged $700 to put one tire on and screwed up in the process and told me to go to the dealership to get it fixed where I then bent over and took it up the bum by a crooked dealership as well. Is there such a thing as an honest mechanic?

Brought in for an alignment after replacing a bunch of steering components and they got my steering wheel straight. Hasn't been straight since I bought the truck even though I've had an alignment done at a different shop

Have used Firestone for sometime have a firestone card. Purchase tires here last weekend two tires seem to lose air acknowledged that there was some flaking on the rim, addressed with facility made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. drop a vehicle off came back at 4 p.m. vehicle was never touched no phone calls no update regarding completing scheduled appointment. Extreme lack of communication. Originally they were excited for me to buy my tires and make that sale but once the sale was done that was the end of The Cordial we'll get it taken care of information. Sad to say I ended up picking my vehicle up without schedule appointment needs being met. This will be the last time I used this company and will choose a different company. Please be advised that they will schedule you in put your vehicle up it will continue working on other vehicles as you sit and wait hours. Seems to be a lack of management environment and oversight to make sure work is completed. The point to this one star review is that there was lack of communication or update to the progress or completion of the scheduled appointment.Service: Tires

Absolute garbage store. When I went to schedule my appointment to use the lifetime alignment I bought, they tried to get out of letting me use it. I did get an appointment scheduled. When I arrived for my two hour appointment, I was told it would at least two hours till they could even look it at. Lies and bad practices all around. I will never use this place again ever and have lost the money I spent on a lifetime alignment. Total garbage establishment.Service: Wheel alignment

These guys were awesome. They worked diligently to get my wife's car into the shop. One of the problems needed to be addressed at the dealership, so instead of changing a bunch of parts and charging us, they were honest. (It's hard to find that now-a-days). At their suggestion, we took it. It turned out to be a simple switch instead of a $1400 dollar compressor. For this, we will remain loyal customers to Firestone.

Very upset with this store. Last year I had bought brand new wheels for my truck and they scratched them up bad. Manager said he would take care of it. After a year of waiting and now not returning my calls ,I am forced to take extreme action. Be careful, Using this place.Service: TiresService: Tires

Make sure they do the work you pay for. I went in for an oil change and alignment, oil change had no problems but our car is pulling to the right on my way home. I also asked for new windshield wipers and paid for them. I drive in the rain next day and there is streaking they hadn't replaced my wipers. I came back for my next visit 6 weeks later, I was told I need new wipers, I tell them I had paid for them last time and they were never put on. The manager looked through my last oil change, saw that I was charged then proceeded to charge me a warranty fee for them to put on new wipers.I will not be going back to this store.

Super awesome people! We had a family emergency that required a 13 hour road trip. They squeezed us in for tires so we could get on the road.

Worst experience ever with a mechanic. Bought a car from carvana and the ac was blowing hot so they made me an appointment here the next morning. I've now been here 3 hours already with another 1 and half at least still to wait. When arriving the guy told me it might be awhile but would give me no estimates on my wait time until I was persistent enough to get him to tell me honestly the actual time frame. Never bring your vehicle anywhere near this Firestone or any other if you have option. Terrible, wish I could leave NO stars. AWFUL!!!!!!

i took my car in to get an inspection - they told me it wouldn t pass inspection unless i let them do 3 different things to it that came out to be $350. i told them sure, go ahead.after picking my car up from them, my car barely starts and acts like it has no charge. my car was COMPLETELY fine and running perfectly before taking it in to them. now my car stalls and hesitates for 10-20 seconds when started and idols. it sounds horrible.mind you, i got a brand new battery and brand new alternator from firestone a year and a half ago.i usually go to the location on glenstone and battlefield in the mall parking lot. i usually love them and have no issues. but i absolutely do not recommend this location at the very least.

Overall, this Firestone location has been very good to work with. Wait times to have cars worked on are very low. However, if your car is over 10 years old and you need an inspection, I suggest you find somewhere else. They have claimed to not have the stickers necessary for inspections for over a year

Set up oil change online, showed up was told 2 hour wait. I stated I was t a walk in and had appointment. Essentially was told it is what it is and I should of read the fine print in the email. I did and showed him it states you will DIRECTLY contact if appointments change. He said it is what is it and in the future I should be the one reaching outService: Oil change

Read the fine prints ... rule of thumb I guess . They'll charge you for labor and than charge you again for the same thing just not under labor .

I typically have good experiences at Firstones. I was new to this location this time, and the woman that helped me was awesome. She was relatable, kind, and explained things in a way I could understand. I also am excited to have a woman helping me at an auto shop!!

Had 4 tires put on the back of my dually and they clamped the beauty ring in the tire machine cracking it and breaking the thing so it flew off going down the road. 1 of the tires had bubbles pop up on the side wall the day after getting them. I wasn't real proud of that considering I live an hour away from their shop.

Brought in my bf s car to patch a flat. The desk person was unnecessarily sassy, they had the car for like 9 hours, claimed there wasn t a hole in the tire, and charged for the repair . Had to get it fixed somewhere else.

I've had several vehicles serviced at this location, and it's by far the best one in the area. Their technicians take time to show you any areas of concern, and provide you with a detailed printout for you to review and take with you. There's no pressure to have anything worked on, and you can come back at a later time to have any necessary repairs completed.

It's okay honestly but they are just really over priced, I know that this place know ls what they are doing but I don't think a set of 4 tires should be $1,869, I could be wrong I don't know so I just got my 1 problem tire fixed at Walmart for 10-15 bucks
