What a treasure. Prices are amazing and service is great. Its an unusual set up. You wait in you car while its jacked up and they change your tires. Its a cash only but all that definitely was worth the quality and savings for four nearly new tires that have tons of tread on them. Happy customers! Thank you!

This is my favorite place for used tires. Dot is a delight to talk too and help you with tire needs. Prices are affordable and service is pretty fast. I recommend Fast Stop Tire. Tell them Billy sent you.

Waited an hour and a half and took my own tire off and put the spare back under the Jeep. Won t be back! Almost was late for work. All around poor experience.

These guys are awesome, they helped me when hickman right next door wouldnt help me ,these guys are s�per nice and great people to have your tire work done from fixing flats to changed out all your tires, it was pretty cold the day i went my tires cost roughly 265 bucks i gave them 300 for thier outstanding service ,i will never go anywhere else these guys are perfect down to earth people ,so yeah if your in need of tires or have a tire issue these people do outstanding work, thank you fast stop tire for your service have a super day

I guess I ll take the hit for not inspecting the good tires they sell. I just assumed they would be in better condition. The guy came out with a tire wrapped over his shoulder so I couldn t see the backside saying it was my tire size. Then when I get it home I notice the plug right in the middle of the tread. I guess if it lasts me a month then that s better than nothing. The price when I called Dot was $45 but the guy said it was $48 when I went in person.Also make sure you have cash when you go because apparently a card reader is out of the option for this business

Highly recommend very nice, fair, respectful, helpful family. I called just before they closed and they waited for my husband and myself to get there and fixed his van up fast and we were done. Thank you all for being so nice and fair price. This is our 3rd tire, different vehicles and would recommend to anyone

The young gentleman with the long hair and glasses is the man! Poor dude was slammed in the middle of the heat, and not only kept on rockin but helped pass the time with quality conversation. Nice people, looked to be a family-owned/operated business. Seems one of their only drawbacks was they didn t have enough space/employees to accommodate all the business they were getting, but that might be one of those good problems to them. Hope they can expand their operation!

Just purchased a couple of "matched set" used front tires. People were friendly but I didn't receive a receipt and when I got home I checked the sizes and they are mismatched. Guess that's what I get for trusting them to do a respectable job. My advice, if you shop here, always check their work.

This place is amazing and pretty much saved my life, Dan and Daniel amazing co workers you have here, I came in for two tires and left with four they explain to me how bad my tires and even show me, instead of just saying trust us they explain to me why. Will always come here for tires and I found out about your oil change policy I will be back next week for one and be using it for the future when I need it. You guys are amazing! Very friendly and the prices are AMAZING!

Called to ask for availability of me coming to have a tire put on and was told that they were free and I set a time i would be there and drove an hour to have them put a tire on 3 hours before they close on a Sunday and upon arrival I am told they don t feel like doing it today after I had already called and set a time!!!! Do not recommend this place very unprofessional

The men and women that work at fast stop tire shop are absolutely amazing! Not only are they super nice but they got me tires for less than what they normally sell them because I just didn't have it but I needed the tires and they knew that. Will tell everybody I know when they need tires to come. Thank you again for saving the day as always

Absolutely slowest service I ever v experienced. I arrived with only 2 people in front of me and only needed 1 tire change 2 hours and 20 mins later it was done. Everyone was standing around talking the entire time. Absolutely pathetic!!! I will never go back

I desperately need a set of good tires. Dot knew exactly what I needed for me car. She took care of me, including the other staff. I will not do business anywhere else. Fastest tire shop in Springfield, also cheapest mount & balance in town.THEY ARE OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!They have 100% of my business when it comes to tires

Absolutely love this shop and the family who runs it. They will go to extreme measures to make sure you are well taken care of. My favorite is the fact they will drive to you if need be! Thanks so much for all you do! Dot has been my "Tire girl" for well over 5 years! Not one time has she let me down.

I had a flat tire, they were so kind and helped me with 4 new tires, very affordable. These people are truly wonderful. Dot is amazing and I'm thankful they were open. I have been putting off getting new tires but, after this being my 3rd flat, the tire shop being open, affordable, and got me in & out, I had to get new tires. I recommend, I highly recommend them! Thank you guys for being there! I'll definitely be going back!

Love this place and the people that work and own this place! They have been nothing but helpful for me and all the cars I bring up there and including my vehicle that the mechanic part has fixed a couple times for me now they are fast and do their job throughly very kind people and very great prices! They always got your back!!

I arrived on a Saturday about 15 minutes before close to have a tire removed and remounted on another rim, I was probably 10th in line, they stayed and continued to repair people's tires even after hours. Fair pricing, job done correctly. Would recommend Only used tire shop open on a Sunday!

Amazing crew. I went in to get a used tire and to get two of my tires balanced. They realized the two I wanted balanced had whelps in them so I ended up getting three tires for a very reasonable price. They look out for their customers safety. I will definitely be coming back if/when I need tires again.

Completely unprofessional, called and was givin a price arrived and the price increase by $15 per tire. Not to mention the tires hour told about on the phone call or a completely different brand and model tire than the ones shown to me once I arrived and the tires quoted to me on the phone or $25 more a tire once I arrived. And then on top of that wanted to charge me extra to put the tires on the specific spots that I wanted them and guess what that was going to charge extra as well. On the drive home I'd noticed an unusual wobble and whale sound coming from the front end of my vehicle pulled over to inspect it pulled off my hubcap and two of the lug nuts fell off into my hand one of them was finger tight and the other two were so tight it took a 10-ft breaker bar to break them free. They have a 31 day warranty but that warranty didn't seem to matter when I arrived back to the shop later that day was told it was going to be $10 per tire to see what the wobble was

They are very friendly and great priced. The only drawback is they are cash only and you have to pay for tires before they go get them but I can understand that with a small business. I will definitely be back.
