Awesome people and great service!!!! Highly recommend!!!! We had car trouble late on Friday March eighth an hour and a half from home. They got us in quickly, fixed the minor problem and got us on our way! We will be a returning customer!!!! Special thanks to Allen and Caleb! You re the best!!!!!!

Dodson Williams is the only repair shop worth using in the Springfield area. Super friendly, fast, thorough and patient. Debbie snd Caleb are amazing to deal with. I highly recommend them for any car need!

This group has been thorough, yet practical with all the work I have had them do. They will also put in their due diligence to extended work or multi-part issues you might need done to your vehicle.I have been needing to find a good automotive repair group/mechanic in the Springfield area and this has been by far my favorite I have been to so far. They've got my repeat business!

Not happy with other shops in town thought I'd give these guys a try they fixed my electric issue on my silverado THAT day without an app. Fantastic people and work ethic. Price was extremely fair will not use anyone else

I had an outstanding experience at Dodson Williams Automotive! The manager's reliability and commitment to his word were truly commendable. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly informative. They skillfully identified and resolved a bothersome rattle on my truck and even replaced my family member's alternator. Their expertise and service deserve a solid 5-star rating!

Great service from start to finish and very competitive prices. They did a complete brake job, oil change and tire rotation in half a day. Called this morning asking if they could fit me in (power window would roll down and not up). I diagnosed the issue and let them know. They got me in and the service and price were both fantastic. I will be back for any automotive issues going forward. A+++++

I was on vacation 700 miles from home when my car started overheating and the engine light came on. I called everywhere and nobody could get me in til the following week and I was due to head bk home on Saturday. I called and spoke to Debbie at Dodson Williams and she squeezed me in on Thursday, and they even gave me a ride back to my air B & B. I received a call from Kaleb stating why the car was overheating. They fixed the issue and got me back on the road within 2 days. They have fair prices. These guys are fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend them. If I am ever in Springfield again they will be my go to for car needs. Thank you to the crew at DODSON WILLIAMS for getting me back up and running quick. You guys rock!!!!!!

I really appreciate all the personal work you did to get my car repaired! I feel completely satisfied that my vehicle was repaired to fix the electrical gremlin in my car that 3 other shops failed to do, I will definitely bring all my future automobile needs to your shop and will refer all my friends. Alan and Debbie made us feel like we were greatly appreciated. The extra steps to take us home and pick us up when repairs were completed and the communications about repairs shows that you really care about your customers. You guys rock!!! My car was having issues and it needed a completely new engine. I had it towed to them and they let me keep the car there for 3 months which I really appreciate. Got finances all figured out and they got right to work on it, only took about a week and a half to get it finished with their busy schedule. I can't tell you guys how much I really appreciate everything you guys did to make the process as smooth as possible!!! Thank you so much, you guys are my now my preferred and recommended car service place.

Took a long time .didn't fix what were told .when they said the car was ready we pick it up and paid for it 3000. Plus .didn't get it home and the motor blowed . Then we lied to. And blowed off.

Absolutely the best automotive service business I have ever used, in my many years of driving! Even without an appointment they worked me in quickly to take care of my vehicle's problem. Super friendly, kind and courteous, great service and very professional. The premises and waiting area are spotless and very welcoming. We bring our vehicles in for oil change and have recently had to bring my car in for a bad oil leak. One main reason I love this place is they don t pressure you into repairs you aren t ready to pay for. They are honest and very professional. The shuttle service really came in handy my last visit as we were in a time crunch and my normal ride couldn t be there. Thank you guys for your honest, good work! We will be back soon

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Give them the opportunity and I promise you'll see for yourself. Their high quality service has been extremely consistent. I've taken them new and older Toyota and GM products. Soon they'll be working on our Jeep as well. I avoid the dealerships like most informed people. Kaleb and Debbie are going to set the tone when you call or walk in the door. They're very knowledgeable and provide unmatched customer service. The waiting area is incredibly clean and comfortable. Alan and his team are the best around. Whether you're making a repair or getting scheduled maintenance there is no other choice, but Dodson Williams Automotive.

They provided very timely updates on our son's truck, and they fixed it beyond what we even thought! The prices seemed fair, and everyone was incredibly nice and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We also felt that our vehicle was safe in their lot, unlike some other servicing locations in town.

I had a great experience with them. Not only did they repair the issue I had at less than half the cost of other places but went above and beyond by fixing another problem with no charge at all. Nice place, really nice people, and great service. They were able to repair a part on my car rather than just telling me I had to pay hundreds of dollars more for a new one. The shuttle service is nice too. Amazing customer service. Debbie at the counter is the best of the best when it come to service providers. They have the best service in town. I took my 2017 Equinox in there. Had a bad wheel bearing and needed an oil change. These guys are the best I've been to in the Springfield Metro. Got my truck in n out, let me use my own oil and filter and did a thorough check down of it. Not only will be back but giving out referrals

Wow! I have to say I was extremely pleased with the service I received here. The mechanics explained everything to me, including cost, so there was never a surprise at checkout. They were friendly, fast, and affordable; all of the things I consider when taking my car to be repaired! I can't say enough about how happy I have been with my multiple experiences at this shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
