To say I m pleased with the service I received at this store is to say the least. The manager, Kevin, went way beyond his responsibilities to ensure I was well taken care of. All the employees I dealt with were more than helpful. THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I discovered that I had a flat on my way home from work and stopped at Discount Tire 2 minutes before they closed. Their lobby was full, but they got me in, and provided excellent service with a smile. Since I had bought the tire from them a few years before, they replaced it free of charge! Very happy with Discount Tire!

My husband has taken our vehicles to a couple different tire shops but this by far was the most outstanding experience we have had. The man who helped my husband had incredible customer service and so did the mechanic. The quality of work, the explanation they gave was so reassuring, and the thoroughness was exceptional. You could tell the integrity in the way they took care of our vehicle as well.

I always feel like every shop you take your vehicle to you are gonna be cheated or scammed. I ordered tires it took awhile to get them and when they arrived one tire was mis labeled and was different size. Long story short they were very respectful and generous on making it right, I will never take my vehicles any place else for tires. Thanks Discount Tire

Absolutely fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond. I was a walk in with a nail in my tire during peak hours. They were slammed and I didn't even make it to the counter before one of their reps stopped to ask how they could help. Had me in and out in less than an hour and didn't charge me a dime even though I didn't buy my tires there. I will ABSOLUTELY be doing business with them next time I need tires!!! Keep up the great work!

I ordered 4 new winter tires through Discount Tire. They went the extra mile I asked for to swap the spare rim on one of the tires. Did everything, including putting new wiper blades on that are great, not cheapy junk. During all my time there, they were very courteous, helpful, on time, WOW, just great! I kept my old tires for next spring. I'll back there to have them changed, for sure. Oh, and they were about $500 LESS than what the dealership was asking for the same thing.

I own an older model pickup truck (1965). The workers here offered to help me replace the windshield wipers when I brought it in for a tire rotation. Initially they were unable to replace the passenger side since it was a different style from the drivers side. Due to the wiper requiring a clip to make it fit correctly the old wiper was reinstalled incorrectly and didn t work. As soon as I found out and brought it in for a fix, the manager and one of the employees made it their personal mission to make sure I had a properly working wiper blade. 3 separate orders later they were able to replace the blade and even had a matching one for the drivers side. Not once did they complain or imply that I would be left high and dry or forced to fix it myself. Not once did they tell me that they couldn t get the part from a standard supplier. The dedication and professionalism displayed has been the best I have seen from any shop of any size I have been to.

Was buying tires/rims from Discount tire on Glenstone for my daughters Jeep. Had a mishap during the process. Arthur came to the rescue! Got my daughter taken care of. Will highly recommend them to other people. Can't wait to get my next set of tires from them!!!!

All the reviews that you read for this location that are good are true in my opinion. Very friendly staff, they don't try to upsell you, and it's amazing how quickly they get the tires installed.I ordered my tires online as a Black Friday special, and I love them. I didn't initially get the discount online as I was supposed to, but it was quickly remedied in store by the manager. I have used this location for both our fleet vehicles, and now my own personal vehicle... And I would recommend this place. Great quality tires too.

I came in with an ancient RV (1986 Toyota Dolphin) with a big tire issue. They were able to find my rare sizing and made everything as easy as possible which was especially awesome as we are traveling across country from WA to Virginia. Special shout out to Aaron who went above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding service!

Best location I've dealt with out of Wichita Ks, Joplin Mo, and Springfield Mo, by far. My flat was warrantied with no problems, and the manager (Arthur) remembered me calling & stopping in 2 months prior to check on my warranty. The employee that helped me out was very knowledgeable as well.

Everyone at this discount tire location was great work work with and masked up for safety among Covid-19.I was initially a little concerned about getting in and out of their parking lot with my 34ft travel trailer, but they assured me it was simple to get in an out without a problem. It was super easy to drive in, park at their last door, then drive out the back and behind the neighboring restaurant.I scheduled a time to get 4 x Goodyear Endurance tires installed. These guys and gals got them installed in just over an hour! The tires made a HUGE difference in the way the trailer pulls and recently performed great during a 1,250 mile road trip to Florida. Thank you Discount Tire of Springfield for the great experience!

FedEx didn't ship my tires when they were supposed to and I desperately needed new tires asap. The manager at this location, Blaise, went out of his way to find me what I needed and treated me very professionally, which is rare these days. Great job guys!

Staff was amazing, everything was clean and it was nice knowing that my money is going to a storefront that cared about me. Devyn was amazing and the staff in the back was quick with no problems.I m not going to say I hope I need tires again, but if I do, I know where I m going.

You can t beat the service before, during or after your purchase. Have probably bought over 20 sets of tires and rims from Discount/Americas Tire and this is by far the best. Art and Blaise definitely know how to take care of their customers. Quick nationwide service at its best.

We arrived with no appointment to purchase 4 new wheels and tires. The salesman was courteous and didn t try to sell me the most expensive package in the building. He listened and my daughter got exactly what she wanted and for a great price! From start to finish a pain free process. 10/10 recommend.

I make my appointment online through their website so I don t have to wait very long. They are always friendly and helpful when entering and leaving the building. I usually go next door to Chick-fil-A and grab a bite to eat while they balance and rotate my tires. Great service every time I ve gone.

If having to buy tires can be a good experience, I'd say Discount Tire is doing it pretty close to the best. Easy to select tires, schedule an appointment and I was there less than an hour. Not bad!

The guys at this store are amazing!! You buy your new tires here and you never have to worry about them afterwards! Rotate and balance no problem no charge and they get you in and out quick! Just great customer service!! Great job guys!

My husband and I went here to get new wheels and tires on my Ford Explorer and Devyn took such great care of us!! He was super friendly with perfect customer service. He worked with us on pricing the wheels and tires to our satisfaction. I would love to see more customer service like this! They are definitely going to be getting more of our service on all of our vehicles in the future! Thank you so much Discount Tire! You guys rock!!
