Amazing people and awesome work. Took my car in for an inspection and tail light replacement, and it was in and out in 30 minutes. Did whatever they could to make it quick and effective. Will 100% always be back for any car repairs or inspection work.Also amazing collection of nascar memorabilia inside

Had to have some things repaired with our SUV and Daytona's was fantastic! They were more than willing to get us in first thing the next day and had our vehicle done within a few hours. They made sure to give me a call and keep me updated on anything that needed fixed and were honest and worked with us on the affordability of the repairs. Probably the best experience I've had with getting repairs and would 100% recommend them for their efficiency, honesty, and integrity.

I ve been coming here for 5 years. I ve actually had problems with my car and took it to 8 different places to get a quote and everyone tried to scam me for $7000 of repairs. Luckily Daytonas only found $1000 of repairs and so I will never go anywhere else. They are honest and the quality of their work is 100% loved!!!

This now the only place I will go in Springfield. Long story short had a nightmare of a time getting my work van fixed. Took it too them and it's done. Very communicative, great personality's amazing friendly staff. If you need anything done or just need routine maintenance please check them out you won't be disappointed.

Me and my husband have been customers of Daytona's for almost 20 years. We've used them for our normal maintenance to our major repairs and have always been very pleased with their work. They have an amazing staff that is always welcoming and we are very grateful to feel like family when we walk through the doors. Thank you guys for always working us in and taking such good care of us. See you on our next oil change!

My car had been running rough for over a year. They quickly identified the check engine issue as well as other issues that prior mechanics were unable to diagnose. It s driving like new now, definitely recommend this place.

Daytona Automotive always does an amazing job taking care of me and my automotive needs. The customer service is amazing and I can always trust them to take care of my vehicle. It is truly a place where you can trust the mechanics and the cost is very reasonable!!!

Erin and the guys have been awesome to me. I have been a customer for years and feel like they have always been great and taken good care of my vehicles, but this last repair they all went out of their way to help me. My car broke down on me while out of town and they were the ones I called- they came to my rescue - they had my back. They spoke with the dealer that I bought the car from and also the repair place that I had to take it to out of town. Moved my car to the front of the building after doing nothing to it and waited 30 minutes to tell me what needed to happen. While everyone who worked there walked around and acted like I wasn t there. Wasn t even busy just wanted to waste my time.

I had our ac compressor replaced here a little while back and just finding the time to leave this review. The owner and people who work here are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Communication , price , attitude, all 10/10. They actually stayed late to get our car in and job completed. When I came to pick it up, the owner himself greeted me, and was genuine and very friendly. I own a small business myself. The service we received at Daytonas was among the very best from any auto shop I have ever dealt with living in the spf area for 30 years.

It's sad to me that I have to write this in the first place. Over the years Daytona's has been shady and then redeemed itself. However, this was my last involvement with them. I could be petty and list out all the stupid things they did to my car, not to leave out things they broke, but it was the lack of communication and mechanic skills they have working there right now! They had no idea what was wrong with my car, they diagnosed it from what I said, I THOUGHT it was. I am no mechanic, that is why we go to these places, doctors and such. They are the professionals, are they not? Long story short, $2,000 later and my car no better shape then it was when I took it there. I ended up taking it down the road to Grahams Automotive, where he corrected and actually repaired what was wrong with my vehicle. Kevin, at Grahams has been a life savor, and you can really tell that the owner of that shop, really knows what he's talking about. Daytona's not so much. The owner had the audacity to not only talk down to me cause I am a woman, but to tell me he had no idea why my wipers were not working correctly, cause and I quote, "I don't know why the wipers are not working correctly, we didn't even get under the hood to change the struts." I am not a mechanic, but I do know things about cars. Unfortunately it was a very costly lesson for me. Maybe they will get better mechanics, or maybe the owner will educate him self more on vehicles so he's at least not out there making a fool of himself. Cause this fool, is only fooled once. So, if you really need something done that more than oil change or inspection, I would look elsewhere. Daytona I want to thank you for reminding me that some places, just have no idea what their talking about, and that even though you speak of "God" and "Christian" you actually have to walk that road, not just tip toe back n forth when you feel necessary. I will never recommend this place again to anyone. If you have seen me recommend this place online prior to June 2023, run away, run fast!***PS, Don't you dare respond to this review and say it was cause I brought my own parts. I am saying I brought my car to you, paid Diagnostic fee, only for you to tell me what I thought it was, not what you KNEW it was. My post is about my car being there for 2 weeks, and you blamed my car being broken on: Oreilly's Parts, saying my car was old or how I drive. In the long run, when I had a TRUE mechanic work on the car, he figured out exactly what was wrong with it. Wasn't even the struts this whole time. Also found things you did wrong and had to fix those things as well and things you "said was done!"******SHAME ON YOU ***

I've chosen Daytona"s Automotive many times. Beginning to end a great experience. I'm very picky about who I allow to work on my Jeep. My experiences were always positive and I felt they all were concerned with all aspects of repair. From price to cost and even wait time. I got a very bad experience there couple days ago. My car got shaking and engine light flashing, which means it is in dangerous situation and need to work on. It turn out that my ignition coil #6 got broken and they change it to me and charge me $500 with many other THINGS related such as plenum gasket, spark plugs, plug boot set ... as you can see in the receipt. In addition, they also charge me the Inspection fee ($70) and 3 hours high skill labor ($85/hour), which actually 2 hours working on my car. Since i really need my car to drive, i am ok with all those price add on and very appreciate their very quick service.However, my car got the same problem as before fixed right after i drive it out of the garage. I took it back right away and they said bring it back on the next day since they are going close soon. They took the whole next day to figure out that the ignition coil #5 got broken. They asked me $200 more for part and labor on that part. I suggested to pay the part but not the labor since they did not figure out in up front. They refuse and blamed it on my old aged car. I appreciate that they do not charge me the inspection and 3 hour labor but i still have big questions: How can my car got the same problems right after they fixed it? Why i have to pay so much money for inspection but the actually does not looking at the whole things, and giving a better suggestion? Why i have to pay extra for the labor which actually does not happen if they got the right inspection? I would not say that they RIPPED me OFF but they actually UNRELIABLE.

They lost a long term customer today. Wanted an oil change, they asked what oil I wanted. I told them and they decided to change the brand without asking me. When I asked about a price difference between the two they just told me they used what Ford recommends. So why even ask me what I wanted? Also cost $30 more than I used to pay. Just had a great first experience with these folks. Called yesterday and asked if they could squeeze our van in for some front brakes. The lady on the phone was chill and offered to do it next day, if i brought it in a 8 a.m. They had it done in a few hours, in time for me to pick my kiddo up from school. I have mixed emotions regarding my experience. I appreciate the time they put in to repair my vehicle that is still under warranty, i needed to have an engine replacement done and after all said and done, when my car was picked up - my car wouldn't even start. Now I have a loud clicking noise everytime i start my car. So not happy after the money that came out of my pocket (tow fees, diag fees, deductible, etc). On top of that, even though there was communication between the dealership and the shop, I received little to no communication on the additional repairs or any updates in general. When I did call i was told not to call everyday. My best suggestion is communication goes a long way especially in customer service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I first heard about Daytona Automotive on The Wind, a local Christian radio station. I love the personable staff and the way they made sure everything was okay with my oil (thank you Curtis!) after I drove my car into floodwaters and thought the car may be totaled. They were able to get the water out of all 4 cylinders and I was soooo thankful my car was saved. I find the staff to be honest, having an integrity I can trust.You can see the camaraderie among the staff. THANK YOU, DAYTONA!! I would recommend you to anyone who wants a place they can trust.

We paid 8000 for a new engine and have had issues ever since. We had a 4 year warranty that they will not hold up and say they can t find it. They talk a good game that s why we used them but I would never again .Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I have had occasional work and done at other facilities, usually regretfully. Team Daytona s has consistently been the most reliable, trustworthy, highest quality service I have received anywhere in the country ever. The service managers both are head and shoulder above the crowd and always treat us like we are family. I had a flat tire in my Porsche Macan, totally flat at Starbucks. I pulled in and asked them if I could pay for someone to put on the spare because I was in a suit and dont know how to do that. Everett was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He got right on it, got the spare put on, put my tire and rim in the back for me to drive to the dealership, and best part - refused to charge a dime even when I insisted to pay for their time. What a wonderful place and exceptional service! I just had to tell the world how impressed I was with these folks.

This place is awesome. I called on a Sunday mid afternoon expecting them to be too booked to have time to squeeze me in but they made time for me (which is awesome because I was out of town and live two hours away). O reilys told me my alternator was out originally and this place ended up doing a diagnostic and finding out it was actually my battery. They saved me a couple hundred dollars and got me in and out of there in not bad timing!!Service: Battery
