Overall, the best shop my truck has been to for repairs... highly suggest this shop if your an owner operator. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous... Tri axle alignment was perfecto. Awesome job Crump Truck and Trailer.

I'm not sure if it's ethical for a person to give their own workplace a 5-star review so I'm just going to be open about it with you, my reader. The truth is that I work there, now that being said, I don't feel that it's unethical for me to describe to you the people who work there.I can honestly tell you that there's a lot of good, hard-working and honest people employed there. I'd have to guess that if you would add up all of their combined experience in the industry, it would have to be roughly 350 years if my reckoning is correct. I know for a fact that these experienced professionals genuinely wish to make sure your vehicle repairs get done, the way you want them to get done.Crump truck and trailer has been in continuous operation for over 100 years. Outfits that suck don't last that long. If you've already had work done at Crump, THANKS! If you're considering it, please do and support a long-standing, local business. Was that ethical? I think it was!

Our son-in-law hooked us up with these folks. What great service! We had no brakes on our travel trailer. They located the problem and had us safely down the road in no time. Can't thank them enough for promot service and helping us travel safely! Would highly recommend Crump!

During a cross-country trip, I drove our motorhome into a ditch and was concerned that I damaged some of the driveshaft and/or suspension components. Crump was able to get me in the next day, did a thorough inspection, and identified a bent sway bar link. They got the part delivered and installed the next day, and I was able to continue my trip as scheduled. All for only $315.80. I was expecting 2 to 3 times that!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They anilized my Peterbilt for a 3 axle Alignment and found something needing done 1st, and sent me pictures.I approved of what they found.They fixed it and done a great job on my alignment !Buck @ B&K Trucking Inc.

I recently had my Class B RV repaired at Crump Truck & Trailer. The top front window above the windshield had been broken several times and leaked so I wanted a more permanent fix. They replaced it with a painted aluminum panel which now looks very nice. They kept me informed of the progress and even added black paint to make it looked framed. The work was neat, completed in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. John, Jared and everyone I had contact with were great.

Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Service was outstanding, had an issue on my break chamber on the trailer. Gentleman came out took a look at the issue and jumped right on it. I contacted Crump Truck and Trailer for work on my motorhome and was greeted on the phone by Lori Wilson. Lori was pleasant and very easy to communicate with...excellent communication skills. I explained my issue and she promptly scheduled me for an evaluation in the shop. Parts were ordered (specific to my motorhome) and installed in a timely manner. These guys are awesome, Jason was very helpful.I called whith a major problem, he evaluated the problem, and even though they were booked out, he managed on a Friday afternoon at 1:30 to get me in and had me out the door in a couple of hours.Great people, awesome work and wonderful atmosphere. Definitely will call them ,if ever in the area

Crump truck and trailer works did awesome work. Straightened up my trailer axles they were very expedient they know what they're doing. Front office personnel, kind they listen to your problems. I have an old 1999 Pleasure Way RV that had some serious rust issues. After taking my RV to several different body shops in town and being told they wouldn t help me, I landed at Crump. John was amazing. I was more concerned with functionality than cosmetics in this case but John made sure that he succeed in both arenas. Not only will the rain stop coming in the hole in the back of my RV, but it looks great as well. You can tell that these guys really care about what they do. If only they worked on cars! Scotty in the parts dept was unbelievable. He went far above tracking down a lost axle for our camper. He even came in on his day off to accommodate us picking the camper up. His true concerns and endless efforts were of the highest standards. Because of employees like Scotty, Crumps displays they are the best in the business. Bravo and thanks again Scotty!!!

Great shop if you need anything related to axles. Luke and his team went above and beyond to fix our semi trailer and get it back on a road. Very knowledgeable people, with awesome work attitude and reasonable prices. Thank you very much for your help. Highly recommended.

I looked for a shop to replace my transmission and clutch in my 2000 Peterbilt box truck. I called Crump Truck and Trailer and spoke with them about my trouble. I had already purchased the items from Peterbilt. I also needed my starter changed out too. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday evening and it was ready for pickup Friday morning. The gentlemen were extremely helpful and answered every question I had . The price was very very reasonable . They even adjusted my clutch peddle for me when I picked up my truck . Very nice place , I will be going back for anything else I need done . Just an all around good place to do business with .Services: Transmission, Electrical

Newer (2021) 28 dual axle camper. Went through 2 tires on the back right. Crump s aligned the axles and changed my failing tire. Showed me what was wrong with the alignment. Can t say enough good things about Crump s. Even made arrangements so I could get in and out the same day (I know right??).

I just had Crump powder coat my new outdoor garden table and chairs. They did a fabulous job and were very helpful in helping me pick my color. Cost more than I imagined. I trusted them to get it right. Parts availability caused delays. A couple problems developed. I called several times. One was resolved but the other has not. It's been months. What should I do? Who else works on the steering for my motorhome?

I am trying to update/restore a 1976 GMC Jimmy that I recently purchased. After reaching out to Candy about sandblasting the front clip of the truck it sounded like they would be a great fit for what I was needing. She continued to sell me on the idea of applying an epoxy primer powder-coat to the parts that I removed from the truck and delivered to their powder-coat shop. After less than two business days I was able to pick the completed parts back up and I am very happy with how everything turned out especially for the great deal I got on their services! I am currently in the process of trying to determine what else needs to be powder-coated on the truck and I am confident that the next round will go just as smoothly with Candy and the rest of the team at Crump Truck and Trailer Works.

I needed a hard to find broken bracket replaced and spoke with Jason, he said bring it in and he would see what he can do. The shop welded the bracket back together and they didn't charge me a penny. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. The staff was very friendly, thanks again Jason.

Was able to do a complete front-end brake job including rotor hub, calipers,hoses and pads on my 30 foot motor-home on a Ford E450 chassis. The complete repair was finished by mid- afternoon with a complete explanation of all parts removed and replaced. Excellent customer service by Ryan the Service Advisor who also kept me informed of the progress by phone. The charges for parts and labor were extremely reasonable and certainly fair. I would not hesitate to return for repairs and would recommend them without any reservations.

I came here for a wheel alignment on my Kenworth T680 on 12/18/20 and they did a great job! Good ppl, great service, very reasonable prices. THIS AIN'T NO TIRE SHOP ALIGNMENT, IT S THE REAL DEAL! Thanks for the great service.

I took my single axle trailer here for an axle replacement estimate. After looking at it I was told it would be 6-700 but would be a few weeks. So I left it there for the work to be done. Over a week later I get a call from them saying the estimate was wrong that it would be 1100 to 1200. I told him I couldn't afford that and would come get my trailer. He says d ok but since I wasn't having the work done that there would be a "little bill" for his time. When I got there he had a 75.00 bill for his estimate waiting for me. After paying which I shouldn't have but didn't know what to do, I took the trailer to Springfield Trailer Inc. where they are now in the process of replacing the axle for 700.00. I would not recommend taking anything to Crumps unless you want wrong estimates that you are charged for.

Thank you for the beautiful work you have done in restoring the metal tabletop mirror stand that my mom gave to me when I was quite young, I'm so grateful to Candy for taking the effort to call me before the powder coat I had ordered to let me know that the natural patina was quite beautiful. Their service for this little job helped me to know that they care about every job, large or small.
