As an insurance agent of 27 years I'm use to being on the other end of the claims. I have always felt comfortable recommending Crash Champions (Dodson-Williams). But now that I have gone through the actually process personally - I'm so glad I recommended them and that we used them for our repairs. The professionalism and communication was over the top!! I would receive daily texts as to the progress of the repair. The repair itself was awesome! Looks great. I will always recommend this shop on Walnut St. They are the best!!

Wow - the fine employees at Crash Champions are just PHENOMENAL! Every time I ve had issues with any of my vehicles, they have gone above and beyond to make sure the issues have been resolved in a timely manner. They are friendly and extremely helpful!I would highly recommend them for any of your car needs. I will never take my car anywhere else.

This was my first experience at this business. I am very impressed by their professional staff and my car looks great. My insurance company directed me here after an accident but I would definitely choose this company if I needed anything in the future! Very happy with the repairs and overall experience.

Great job on my repairs! Was rear ended last summer and it was repaired in an efficient and timely manner. I did notice some bumps in the paint and took it back and they gladly buffed it out and were willing to re-paint if necessary. This time I made my own damage with a run in with my garage door. I chose to go back to Crash Champions due to my first experience. I was not disappointed, a great job the second time around as well. Hopefully, I don't need them again for awhile.

This is the second time I have came here in the past two months because someone has hit me both times. I forgot to review them the first time but this shop is absolutely amazing! The staff is very welcoming and definitely keeps you informed the whole time. I love the portal as well. Both times my jeep has come out looking brand new and way ahead of the scheduled time. Thank you guys so much!!

Best car repair shop I have every been to and that's saying something bc I dont do ratings normally. They went above and beyond what expected. Communication was top notch. Melissa in front was a pleasure to speak with and very understanding. Cortland was on point with updates and when I picked it up, showed me all that they did to my car in repairs. Extremely pleased with their customer care and repair work. 5+ stars imo.

My driver side window fell down during below freezing temps. They were able to get me in and get it fixed within just a couple hours. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the communication and a job very well done. Would refer them to anyone!

From the initial assessment to picking up my repaired car, the service was professional, pleasant, and delivered earlier than projected. My Acura looks brand new even though the damage was minor. And their partnership with Enterprise car rental made it easy to drop off my car and get picked up by Enterpise to get my rental. I can highly recommend their service.

We ve used Crash Champions several times including a time a deer ran into the side of our van. Everything was fixed well, on time and looked perfect, like there hadn t been an accident at all. Cortland and the receptionist are especially nice and helpful.

Guys here kept me informed of the process of my vehicle the whole time. Letting me know what was being done as well as the cost of the changed to the original quote for the repair. Doesn t look like much damage but was quite a hefty repair. I have 3 kids and my car back to me looking brand new with my inside detailed. I really appreciate all the work put into getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Hope I don t have to see you guys again but if I do I will definitely return for the quality service!!!

Got my car back today after I was in a fender bender and it looks amazing!! I assumed the body work and paint would look good, but they went above and beyond by cleaning my headlights AND an INTERIOR detail! This car is over 10 years old and it feels brand new today. The staff was so friendly, and took care of a misunderstanding we had at check out. Can t brag on these guys enough!!

James was really great to work with! Fast with an estimate, worked with me on timeline, got thr car back faster than expected, and the car was even cleaner than when I stopped it off!! All around, they did a fantastic job!

I took my car here after a hit and run left a big dent and some scratches in the passenger side. They did a fantastic job with the fix! I have a Mazda with three stage paint that can be tricky to work with so I was concerned about getting an exact match but it looks incredible. Mitchell did a fantastic job! The service was also very quick and they made the whole process so easy. I dropped it off Monday morning and it was back to me by Thursday morning! I can't speak to whether or not the cost is a good value since I went through insurance and only paid my deductible but they did a great job and even lightly cleaned my car before returning it to me! Between the great service and the lifetime warranty you can't go wrong here!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Funny they gave me $3123 quote for something that just needed a good polish, someone put marks on my door with their tires and wanted me to get an estimate, I fixed it free in home and settled for a minimal amount. They are just in business to rip off whenever the insurance is involved. wow!

I was really worried about who to have fix my outlander. We went with crash champions off walnut and they did amazing. I don't think I have had any experience somewhere else that was better. They fixed my outlander in 3 weeks. I didn't have to call them the whole time they were fixing my car. They updated me throughout the week like they said they would. Usually other places I've been too I had to blow them up to figure out how things were going and when itd be done but I didn't have to at crash champions. I definitely recommend them to everyone! They were also nice respectful people.

Radiator hoses got bunched together by hitting a pot hole and going over a curb. GREAT job repairing one hose that had a hole in it from clamp of other hose rubbing a hole In replacement. Effective communication, estimate provided same day, cost less than estimate.

Honda Civic Hatchback SE was damaged by an impaired driver who crossed the centerline on Chestnut Expressway and Broadway. The rear suspension was damaged and the back wheel driver s side. Cortland Obreg�n is my Service Advisor at the shop located at 502 W. Walnut St. Springfield Missouri 65806. Everything about the shop is great and I just got my car back! It drives like new and it s perfect. Cortland is informative and made the repair process go smoothly, very personable and I will always use this shop should I need repairs in the future. Crash Champions repaired my car after an accident that messed up the drivers side. When the work was done no one would ever know that the car had been damaged. Also the customer service was excellent!!! I could not have been more pleased in every way!!!

I used their services a few years back. They were very friendly and worked quickly on turnaround time. The work they did was exceptional. The only issue I had was that my side badging on my GLI had been placed incorrectly, but when shown photos, they corrected their mistake right away. 10/10 would recommend.

We ran into many struggles while working on my 2021 Ram due to the current economic situation. Mitch did a lot to make things right, and the work done is fantastic. Even nitty gritty details were not overlooked. I appreciate the effort and friendlessness they showed me, despite how tough things are right now for many businesses. Thanks guys!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I had a pretty destroyed rear bumper and fender and was questioning how they d even repair it. They made my experience like none other. From Melissa at the front desk to everyone else involved I could not possibly be happier. Most places make you feel like you re having a transactional experience but not Crash Champions in Springfield. This was relational. I felt like you cared. Cared about my presence in shop, about the quality of work, and the time frame in which the work was completed. Thank you so much! Best body repair in the region!!! I have used this place numerous times, and always got perfect results, on time, or earlier, and if anything needed further attention, it was dealt with, and no hassle; works very well with my insurance provider, who also deserves a rating as well (AAA);

I had a bad experience with sexism at Crash Champions. After I got my car back from an accident, I have had issues with a slow tire leak. They claimed that the tire valve was "a little bent" and that they bent it back. However, I continue to have the tire leak and fill up my tires every 2 weeks since the accident. Crash Champions, including my estimator James Oliver, denies responsibility for the nail that was in my tire since I got my car back. I was taken advantage of as a woman. I am a young girl in my twenties and don't know anything about cars. Crash Champions and Oliver were disrespectful when I asked them to fix the issue, under warranty, that they missed. They instead tried to convince me to pay out of pocket to solve the problem they overlooked. I would not recommend going here to any women.
