I had a DVD system installed in my new vehicle a month ago at the Springfield location. I came back today for some help with it while also inquiring about having remote start information and installation details. These guys were very professional, kind and pleasant. You couldn't ask for a better company or group of employees to assist you. I appreciate their help and genuine kindness. I will be back!

I got a remote start installed. Amazing service from the very first phone call just asking questions! Fantastic Price. Everyone was so nice and the installation was super fast. I actually ended up purchasing a remote start for myself and my mom's car :) The remote start never fails in either vehicle. I have a 2018 and my moms car is a 2012 and the installation was smooth without issues in both cars. This experience has me looking into other services here because they are freaking awesome. Great customer service goes a long way! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely happy with the decision to use them for multiple installs on 3 vehicles. I was referred to Andre, the store manager, for backup cameras and heat reflecting sun tint on my wife's car.Every staff member was friendly, informative and honest on what would work and what wouldn't. I ended up putting tint on my work truck and my regular truck plus, a backup camera that works through a rearview mirror for my wife then a backup camera that works with a new stereo in the work truck.Everything is meticulously installed and works great. Work was done on, or more often before, the time promised.Thank you Andre and your team. I will be referring to you also.

1 year and 2 months ago I bought a sub and amplifier from Car-fi, had them install it and everything has been great up until last week. I got in the car, turned on the ignition, and heard a loud sound, like a loose ground noise. The subwoofer stopped working. I took it to car-fi and they booked an appointment to have it looked at which was today. They said if it was due to an installation error then it would be covered. So I take the car in, and the first thing the tech tells me after working on it is, the amp and sub are working just fine, no issues. Well that's not right, because it's not really working at all, so I convince them to let me personally show him that it's not working. The tech told me, it wasn't due to the install because the install was clean. So I show him that the sub is not working properly and then he says "oh ok, the speaker is blown". Which I also knew wasn't true but hey, I'll let them try it out. 30 minutes go by and they come to tell me the speaker isn't blown and it's actually the amplifier that's blown..... I've had so many amplifiers in my time and not one, has ever given me an issue but here we are a year into this JBL amp and now it's blown? How? With very light use in my garage queen of a car? The amp has 2 perfectly fine fuses in it and a green power light. They said it just happens. It's of course out of warranty by 2 months, so now it's time to sell me a new amp, which I was having a very hard time with. I mean I had just bought one last year! I asked did they test the amp multiple times and he stumbled around the question and eventually said they decided by process of elimination. I told the rep that I have done a whole lot of business with this company over the past 20 years and would appreciate a discount on a new one, seeing how this purchase was so recent. He said they could maybe give me like $10 off on a new amp or they could sell me a used amp without warranty. Needless to say I turned it down. I asked how much do I owe for today? $70...$70 for them to tell me nothing's wrong/the speaker is blown/the amp is blown/the installation was clean. Whatever... I get home to work on it myself because something just doesn't add up. I first find the amp isn't even mounted properly, it's missing 1 screw which I later found trapped between the protective covers. 1 screw isn't even attached to my seat so the amp has been literally flopping around behind my seat for the last year and then I find the ground wire is barely even in there. The screw for it was about to fall out and 1 of the ground wires actually pulled out from a very gentle tug. So has this ground wire been loose the entire time? Did they even check this stuff? Clean installation? I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. Multiple amps, multiple subs, several door speakers, alarms and never a single complaint from me. This time ruined it for me. What happened to this once great company? I'll never do business with Car-fi again.

Very good service I had key fobs made for my car, and Bill explained the type of service for each fob and gave me the opportunity to chose the one that I wanted. He was professional and very nice.

Troy was our tech. I highly recommend the Springfield location! He went above and beyond as the store manager did as well! They showed us what true customer service is about. They explained everything they done so we understood. Will definitely be back for future purchases!

Went there looking for a new stereo and possibly an amp. Luckily the fellow I talked to knew what he was doing in the audio world and saved me quite a bit of money by telling me about how the amp I had was pretty good for the speakers. Got me a good stereo and this place just has really good customer service and good selection of stuff

The guys at Car-Fi were extremely helpful. Very informative. Place was clean. Well kept. They were really fast and thorough with the remote start keyless entry they put in my wash car. Definitely recommend first class a plus service

I came here 3 years ago for some small sub Installs and new cab speakers and loved the experience then. I came in recently, because I make the money spend now and got a tint and 2 12's put in for an insanely agreeable price. They did an amazing job, took the time they needed to do it right the first time and it is the CLEANEST job I've seen. Love the place, love the people cause they take the time to help you get what you need at a pretty good price. Thanks to Austin, Demarcus, and the install team!

I had a remote start installed at the Springfield location today. All the guys I dealt with where Total Professional's. I was told it would take 2 hours, job completed in 90 minutes. I had a stereo installed and my windows tinted at this location 2-3 years ago. Same experience. Total Professional's!! Highly recommend Car-Fi Springfield. Having my Escape windows tinted here next weekend!! 5 !!

No matter what the job is you all ALWAYS take care of me & work me in anytime I have a issue, the customer service is next level at carfi! Great selection, amazing service and great prices! Lee allen is the greatest salesperson I've ever delt with anywhere! I've been going there for 30 years and will continue another 30! Greatest stero shop in town hands down!

Great experience getting a CarPlay stereo, remote start, and a heated seat installed in my 2014 4Runner. Leallen and the guys at the counter know what they are talking about, without being pushy. They got me scheduled for an install very quickly and now I'm ready for winter. Thanks!

Great guys! Wonderful shop. Looks really good! A different shop installed the amp years ago, did a terrible job, wires exposed and all. Bought a sub here and they hooked it up in seconds and got me going! The shop helped hide the wires and screw the amp in the carpet/not thru flooring. Anyway good shop. Thanks again for the fix up!(Messy car sorry)

Prices were reasonable, time taken for repairs was good, and the workers were respectful and polite. I'm very happy with my speaker replacement and if I have anymore issues, I'm happy to go back here.

Just got my windows tinted on my car here, everything about the process was very smooth. Very easy to book an appointment online, Gary helped me pick out a tint that I liked and also would look great on my car. Dropped the car off, they called me back on time, and answered any questions I had about caring/cleaning the car. Great customer service and top quality tint.
