I couldn t have been more impressed with how our repair diagnosis went down yesterday!! I first called the location to determine why I hadn t received a call back from the confirmation email I had received from my repair request I had submitted online. I was pleased to talk with Charlie, which is a talented female, about why my GD camper would not have 110 v outlets each time we moved on our way from GA to KS to see Family. She went over and beyond in trying to help me over the phone by taking my information and going back to her Tech Dept. She finally set me up for the appointment I needed as I passed through Springfield. I met her in front of the store and she guided me into where they needed me. The Tech, who I wish I remembered his name, was fantastic. He assessed the issue, told me what he thought could be the workaround to get through our trip and offered me the opportunity to stay in town while they officially fixed it. I couldn t stay that long due to Family obligations, but thanked him and Charlie and went on down the road.Sometimes it s just very reassuring to know good people still exist!! Charlie and her colleague spent time with me to help guide me to the right path and didn t charge me at all. I will always remember these two special people at Camping World in Springfield, MO!!Thank you both sooo much!!Dave

I had a fantastic experience at the new location in Springfield. My family and I worked with Dale. When we went in, I was looking for a very specific item that I had seen online. I was also upfront that we were just starting to look into campers and it would be a while before we were ready to buy. Dale was very respectful on where we were with our journey. He gave us a lot of information that will assist us along the way. He was able to get an idea of what we were looking for and give us more recommendations. After asking if we would be interested in seeing more that fit our criteria, he spent an hour and a half showing us our options throughout our price range. On our way out he introduced us to David, the GM, and he was also very kind and respectful on where we were at in the buying process.

We visited other RV dealerships before coming here. Dale is easily the most knowledgeable salesman we spoke to in all the other dealers we went to. It's a laid back experience, they are there to help you get what you really need / want. We are first owners and had a TON of questions, which Dale patiently answered to each one of them. There were other places that had what we were looking for, but here is the only place where we felt we were treated with honesty and friendliness. We are very happy with our purchase and thankful for all the guidance and tips we got. Even after buying, he still answers our questions every time.

Dale Booth was amazing! Not only did he walk us through every aspect of each trailer we looked at, he did everything possible to get us the best deal. We're ecstatic with our purchase! EVERY BOX CHECKED which is truly hard for an RV. Can't recommend him enough. He even organized the delivery of our trailer when we weren't able to get it.

Before we bought our trailer, we went to many different places, including bigger and fancier places, but what sealed the deal, was Dale. He is knowledgeable and honest, we had a million questions, that we asked more than once and he was always happy to help. Even after buying it, he never stopped answering our calls with more questions. If you are looking to buy an RV, then Dale is the real deal.

Amando and Craig made the process of buying and prepping for our camper so easy. They were fun, insightful, and made the entire experience so much better than we ever imagined. Darwin also worked hard to answer our financial questions and get everything squared away. We definitely will be bringing our RV back here for any needs. Highly recommend this dealer if you want to buy a camper. Can't wait to start our camper journey with our new Grand Design Imagine XLS!

I worked with Dale Booth for a month looking for an RV that I could live in as I was getting a new job that involved a lot of travel. Over the period of a month, he was very gracious to show me everything he had. He was very patient, always available with questions I had and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dale if you re looking for honesty and no pressure sales!

After making the deal with Trish to purchase a camper and to come back on a planned day to have it delivered we showed up and no one had set up the delivery source. We were told a couple places could pull it for us but it would be 2 weeks. After blame was pushed around Dale Booth came out of the back and volunteered to bring it to us, even cut down a limb on a tree to get it down the drive. We would like to thank him for his help after the ball was dropped as we probably should have walked away and spent out $50 grand somewhere else. Thank you Dale for going above and beyond

We had a great experience buying an RV from Youngblood RV sales. Amondo did a great job showing us all the features of the camper and answering all our questions. He was fun to work with as well! Craig was a huge help showing us all the details we needed to know about the camper before we brought it home We got a fair price on the camper as well. We would strongly recommend Youngblood RV and boats to anyone in the market for an RV.

I went to Camping World in Springfield to look at Grand Design and Rockwood campers. Was not looking forward to having to deal with a salesperson but ended up with Dale. He was very laidback and fun to work with. If you re looking for a camper go see Dale Booth.

Tom Dalton was awesome.He helped me out so much, he swoednus difderent alternatives, answered questions, and even kept an eye on iur kids while my wife and I dealt with the finances. I dont usually like dealers but ill be back when its timw to upgrade.

Good selection of camping trailers. Grand Design units are quality. However, Mike, the sales manager, is the most unprofessional person we've ever encountered. They had a nice used model at a great price. We were ready to make a huge leap and purchase. But after multiple in-person, email, and phone conversations involving Mike, the sales manager, we went elsewhere, were treated with respect, and purchased a different model. Other places sell Grand Design, so shop around!Edit: After viewing the clueless response from this business, I'm even more pleased that we bought elsewhere. The person that responded makes it sound like we had bad credit. To the contrary. It would be impossible for them to know that I have a credit score that exceeds 800, because we never got that far into the process. They gave me their best price and I walked out. The unprofessional behavior and communication of the sales manager is the only thing that stopped a deal. We ended up buying a newer model for more money at a dealer who treated us professionally. We're happy with our decision. Any "owner" that would respond to a review like mine as this person did proves my review is accurate.

I m not one to post reviews about anything, but I had to tell our story. My husband and I went to Youngblood RV shortly after starting our search for a small travel trailer. After shopping at a few different places, we felt that most sales people we encountered did not have our best interest in mind, it was all about them. Then we visited Youngblood RV and the fun began. We were greeted by Brenden when we walked in, and after telling him what we were looking for, he showed us exactly what we wanted. I found out that their sales staff are not paid on commission, they are paid when a customer leaves happy. There were 2 campers that we were contemplating, and Brenden and his manager did a great job at explaining the differences between the two and giving us the information to make our own decision rather than trying to sell us something we didn t want. They told us that it s ok to go home and think about it But we decided to go ahead and purchase the unit. I m telling my story because we never walk in and buy anything, but Brenden was honest and made my husband and I very comfortable. I highly recommend Youngblood RV and Brenden Miller!

I purchased an RV from 3 hrs away over the phone with Dale Booth. Dale made this a stress free transaction and was there for any questions or concerns I had. When we arrived our camper was ready to go and Craig Andrieu gave us the walkthrough/orientation. Craig was knowledgeable and professional. In fact everyone we met at YBRV was very nice and professional. We love our new camper! Thank you YBRV!

We recently purchased a TRANSCEND 240ML from AMONDO DICUS at YOUNGBLOOD RV, Springfield MO. The entire stall we dealt with was excellent and helpful. They took care of all our questions and needs. We would definitely buy from them again.
