If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Bohannon's is fantastic. They listen to you, address every concern you have, and they don't hesitate to do everything they can to help you. Their service is fast, thorough, and friendly. Pricing is fair, and they won't try to talk to into services or repairs you don't need. And Kristi at the front desk is great! She's goes above and beyond. I won't take my car anywhere else!

I m from outside Springfield and had my car serviced at another shop multiple times for the same issue (fuel injector) so I was looking for a second opinion. A loved one who works on his own vehicles recommended Bohannon Auto Services to me. When I called, Kristi was amazing and very friendly and helpful. A simple thing I loved was receiving a text reminder/confirmation. Darin and Kristi were honest, knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication through the entire process. They went above and beyond, especially in explaining everything and I got my car back promptly in excellent working order and at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with my experience and will not be taking my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Bohannon Auto Services to anyone looking for exceptional quality service. I started going to Bohannon Auto at the recommendation of a friend after having an unfortunate experience with another mechanic and with a car I had purchased.They have been nothing but phenomenal.When I go in, they're always willing to give me the info about what could be done, how urgent it is, how relevant to safety or gas mileage it is, and what should be prioritized vs not if my budget is limited. They're always honest with me if something really doesn't need done or isn't worth it, vs if it really is important for safety, and that's so incredibly refreshing. They also always check with me first, if something might end up with a more costly fix before they get started, so that I don't end up in a "well I have to now" situation without any warning.Plus, theres convenient and comfortable seating in their waiting area, a desk for if you need to do some work while you wait, and a shop dog who is so friendly and calm to greet if you want company during your wait.I also find it super convenient that they'll text me with updates since I prefer it if I have other things to do that don't allow me to take calls while I'm waiting on my car. Plus, everyone there has always been so kind and understanding.I really do recommend them!

Just moved to the area and needed to have my car looked at. This shop is an excellent place to have your car worked on. Friendly staff excellent mechanics. Good communication. Pricing was also very good. Highly recommend. Thank you Bohannon.

My family has been using Bohannon auto services for 26 years. From my dad's car to my several vehicles and my son's cars as well. I think they worked on about 15 of our vehicles over 26 years. They are the most amazing, knowledgeable and kind people you could ever meet!! I highly recommend this business and the highly trained staff.

I can t share enough good about our friends at Bohannon! They are folks that are honest, transparent, relational, and accommodating oh and they re great mechanics! Oh, and about the price they re square with the normal.

All the folks down at Bohannon Auto are not only the nicest people you'll meet, they will treat you like family and most importantly they are the most knowledgeable and most honest shop in the area. This is by far one of the best shops I've done business with in the area! I had an issue with my company vehicle, and Dave and Darren were very accommodating and considerate of my schedule while Nathan knocked out the work in no time. These female friendly, wonderful folks have been my "go to" since I moved here, doing work on both my vehicles as needed. And as a female, you will NOT feel like a target with a wallet! They are also reasonably priced. They found and repaired a short in my Honda van, replaced the much-abused battery from the constant drain of a bad side door. Doing front end work for it right now, and when doing the inspection for my husband's Chevy, found that the bearings were bad and replaced them.You won't go wrong going here for your vehicle's needs.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Battery

I had our motor in our Ford edge replaced. I am very pleased with the work they have done. Very professional experience. They where quick to complete the job. Also had me come back to have the vehicle looked at after 500 miles to make sure that everything was running properly. When I took it back they checked the brakes and done a routine inspection just to double check. I would highly recommend Bohannon auto service to anyone and will definitely return my vehicle with any other issues that arise with my vehicle.

I'm so glad I found Bohannon!A few weeks ago, the Eyesight feature (which controls lane departure warnings, lane centering, collision avoidance, cruise control, and a few other safety features) stopped working on my nearly new Subaru Crosstrek, so I took the car back to the service at Reliable Subaru, the dealer from which the car was purchased in September 2021. I was informed that a speed control cable had been chewed through, most likely by a squirrel or other rodent in the wooded area where I live. When I was presented with an estimate, I felt I was being held up at gunpoint... It was going to cost $550 to replace the cable. Enter Discount Tire, stage right. I asked a service manager at Discount Tire if he might recommend an honest, reputable mechanic who might be able to do some work for me. He recommended Bohannon Auto service on East Bennett Street in Springfield. The Bohannon quote for repair was a LOT less, and included .8 hours of labor. The quote I had received from Reliable Subaru did not include a breakdown for parts and labor. When I returned to the service department and requested that information, their quote included two hours of labor at $155 per hour. I seem to recall that mechanics and service departments use a universal guide (i.e., Chilton) for determining how much labor is involved in replacing or repairing a part. Assuming this is the case, I surmised that Reliable Subaru service department was ripping me off. ZERO stars for Reliable Subaru service center (although I LOVE their sales team)... FIVE stars for Bohannon Auto Services. thanks!!

We went to Bohannon based on a couple of recommendations and the great Google reviews. We were NOT disappointed. They were great about keeping us updated in a timely manner. They worked efficiently and were very straightforward. I felt their pricing was reasonable and they were just nice people! They were engaging in conversation and very kind. We were very pleased and will definitely be returning!

Brilliant service! They offered a detailed cost breakdown over the phone and quoted a fair price on the ever obnoxious to repair PT Cruiser.Once in the shop they found the actual issue (after 3 different shops couldn't) and repaired it quickly and fairly priced.They have a secure parking lot and a very welcoming, child friendly waiting room.They even offered advice on my truck which ended up being don't service it and lots of research topics to mull over. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a good mechanic for a while. I didn't find a good mechanic here, I found a great one! Darin treated me with great respect and didn't talk down to me. He was very humble yet very knowledgeable. They were more than fair with the price of my work and went well above and beyond even great service. I could tell that everything that was explained to me about future maintenance and repairs was done with complete honesty. Nobody else will ever touch my truck again. The lobby/waiting room is clean, comfortable and inviting. I found my mechanic.

Very pleasant experience, as always!As always, Kristi and Darren and their team made my maintenance visit very pleasant. They take great care of my car, as well as several family members and friends. They always tell us like it is, without unnecessary charges. I recommend them to everyone I know when I am asked who is the best and honest for their car's automotive repair and/or maintenance.

It s been 3-4 years that I ve been a customer of Bohannon s. Couldn t even think of another place I would take my vehicle because their service and professionalism is just that great! I am beyond grateful for the role the Bohannon family has played in my life. They are always above and beyond in their help and their service. Very professional but also very personable. I ve always felt confident with bringing my vehicle to them and as I am currently in the process of getting a new vehicle, they ve made sure that I m getting the very best information to ensure my purchase is worth it. My life is very busy right now and having someone who you can rely on with your vehicle is very rewarding. Thank you guys, so much!

I needed to get my car worked on but really didn t know where to take it. I had been referred to Bohannons by a friend who has had work done there on his 4Runner. I called and spoke with Kristi...who is super nice by the way...she gave me a ballpark on what to expect to spend. I scheduled it to have it done. They did a great job on my car and came under budget. They gained a new client.

Great customer service! Quality of work was fantastic and final price came in under quote. Even provided a loaner vehicle at no extra charge because the time required for the work was going to take longer than normal. Highly recommend.

I ve been looking for a place to take my old vehicles that I can trust to not nickel and dime me to death. I chose Bohannon because of all of the 5 star reviews. At this point, I think I ve found it. All of the team that I spoke to were so friendly and accommodating. Several issues on my 16 year old Honda were addressed and fixed. I had a question on whether the ac was working quite right. They had me bring it back and drove it multiple times hooked up to diagnostic equipment trying to get it to duplicate my concerns. They were even driving it one last time when I arrived to pick it up! It appears to be working perfectly, just different from the original equipment. They truly went above and beyond and charged me nothing for additional diagnostics. I couldn t be more pleased and the cost was less than anticipated. I will definitely be back!!

Bohannon Auto Service is the BEST in Springfield! We have a 2 vehicles a Ford 150, and a car Ford 500 they have serviced both vehiclest the past few years. The truck is non capatable for the diagnosis machine, alot of places won't even look at it, not here they are SUPERIOR in their services, knowledge, cost, and if they don't repair an item they will forward you to a person that can, again not many places do this. We trust them fully. My husband is retired from a 40y heavy equipment mechanic he gives Bohannon 's a 10 Services: Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I always know when I bring my van to Bohannon's that it will be properly fixed, and I will be informed clearly and accurately about what the problem is and what the cost will be. I think the charges are fair and reasonable, especially if I ask myself the question, "Could I do this repair work myself as well as they could with the same results?" The answer would be a resounding, "No." I have always been very happy with the work that has been done on my van, and I would recommend them anytime to anyone seeking a good mechanic. They are kind and caring, wonderful people. You can see it in their eyes and hear it in their voices. Thank you for pulling me through another van first aid visit.
