Terrible communication! Never returned a single call. I would have to call him from different numbers to get him to answer.Dropped a head off for valves and cam bearings back in September of 2022.Told me twice I m almost done with it Picked it up on 3/18/23, 6 months later, and he NEVER touched it. It was in the same condition from 6 months ago. Would never consider business here again and definitely would but recommend whereas he ll simply lie to you and never answer or return your calls.

We are an automotive shop, and we trust Bill's with our machine work because they uphold the same standard of quality and customer service that our customerS expect. It's hard to find a machine shop that can provide the right balance of speed, cost and quality but they do it well. Jeff is a very capable and professional machinist. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill's.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing machine work done on their dollar. I had a 273 Commando V8 machined and a 396 block. Bother were done extremely well and in a good time frame. The price is always right on all of his work. Two thumbs up!

Has anyone heard anything out of Jeff? I've been trying to reach his shop for weeks and cant get a response out of him. I dropped off some 7.3 heads and now I cant get ahold of him. I live 70 miles away and I guess I will have to drive up there.

Great place the man that I talked to there was great they're doing great work they keep me informed on what's going on with the motor I and the other parts that I took two of them

Holding my engine rebuild for 2weeks. My other mechanic shop guy went up there to check up after calling them and they closed hours before they usually do to avoid him. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Motor buildingService: Motor building

I would like to hear back on my stuff he said that would be Done over two weeks ago or my stuff back so I can get it done somewhere else communication is key but not getting anything.
