Great price and awesome customer service. They really go above and beyond to get you back on the road safe. Same day service on a set of tires I had when I bought the vehicle, and again when it came to buying a new set at a fair price. Would recommend for tires and all services.

Scheduled an appt for oil change, tire rotation and brake check. Told him I wouldn t have brake work done today. . Went to check after an hour. Car still up in the air nobody near. My paperwork sitting on an unoccupied counter. Asked if I wanted new rear windshield wiper and air filter. I say yes. Asked about doing my brakes. No I mentioned earlier I don t have time today. 30 minutes later finally done. Didn t change my wiper Or replace the air filter. Pretty confident my tires didn t get rotated. Get in my car an hour and 45 minutes later to find my check engine light on. Won t be back here again.

Needed a balance on four wheels, which I got for good price but my aftermarket wheels were put on vehicle not straight causing my strut to rub all the way home. Had to jack vehicle up and fix myself. Teach younger guys not to just zip them on with an impact. Otherwise nice people and quick enough. Careful with older cars too and not to stress power steering pump (turning wheel a direction ALL THE WAY). I'm having the balanced tires checked by my local shop because it still feels a bit off and I will come back to this review if any problems.

Today I had a 3 o clock appointment for a simple oil change. I arrived at 3:10. My truck was pulled in within five minutes. My truck was on the lift for two hours and 20 minutes. I checked on my truck about every half hour. nobody was working on it. They were just standing around in the shop when I finally complain they told me they were waiting on a oil filter The manager said he would discount the charge $50 because of my wait The bill was still $78. When I questioned that they told me it should ve been $128. I told him that was quite expensive for an oil change. He said they at least took the $50 off. I won t be back and I ll tell everyone I see about it

I spent almost $900 on tires from them, less than a month later I had a blowout on the inner side wall, I called because I had the warranty and they told me to come by and they would replace it. I get there and and explain the situation give them the tire and 60 seconds later there accusing me of lying about the blow out and said someone cut my tire, this blow out happened an hour into my drive and maybe I m dumb but I don t know how someone could cut the inside wall of my tire while I m going 60 down the highway.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This was a great tire buying experience. Staff was very thorough in their inspection, and did great work. The salesman, returnedmy call quickly and gave me a second call to let me know of another brand which is what I ended up buying. 5-star service all around.

The service here is awesome. These guys go out of their way to make sure each and every customer is taken care of. They are extremely respectful and honest. I went in for 2 new back tires and the wait was a little longer but it was expected beings that they were pretty swamped. I think I waited about 2 hours for my tires to be replaced, my front left tire to be repaired, and balancing to be done. I didn t have an appointment that day either so these guys will continue to have me as a customer.

Not impressed with the hour long wait for them to replace one trailer tire. There are a ton of employees here so I suppose I'm confused why it took them over 45 minutes to start on my tire replacement. It could have something to do with the amount of employees just standing around, just a guess though. They couldn't even be bothered to take the sticker off of the tire.I can tell you I'll be going elsewhere for my future tire needs.I am glad they had a tire for my trailer in stock. At least there was that.

Awesome service & reps. I live is StL and was going to see my mom over Thanksgiving. I went online and set up an appointment to get (4) new tires put on when I came down. They called and confirmed my appointment and that the tires were instock ready to go. I showed up that Friday and my truck was ready to go in about an hour...new tires, balance, aligned, & ready to go!! Thank to all the great people there!! Great work!!

I knew what to expect from Big O Tires because they were very loved in Indianapolis so when I had a flat, I called their store in Springfield for a price on one but it was Christmas weekend. I made an online appt for a Sat, before a snowfall. I got there and he pointed out the 2nd tire. I knew it was going to be dangerous to continue to drive with it and on snow and ice. I asked an older customer for a 2nd opinion. It was not 15-20 minutes but the 1.5 hours to get the tires put on, mounted and balanced. I recommend the Big O Tires on West Republic Road.

My daughter brought her Jeep Compass in for an oil change at this Big O location. Shortly after, they informed us that the rear brakes, pads, rotors, and brake fluid needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost exceeding $700.00, in addition to the $93.00 oil change. Skeptical of the sudden extensive repairs, I called to clarify. After being directed to two different staff members, the technician who worked on the car claimed that the brake pads were severely worn and the rotors were close to metal-on-metal contact. However, given the car's mileage, this assessment seemed dubious. Opting not to proceed with the service, we took the vehicle to our regular mechanic, who quoted $300 for the rotors and pads and promised to inspect the brake fluid. Within two hours, they confirmed that the brake components were still in good condition and the fluid did not require immediate attention, providing specific measurements to support their assessment. They also discovered an oil leak near the oil filter, a concerning issue following the recent oil change performed by Big O. Our regular mechanic promptly addressed the leak, attributing it to a damaged gasket, and assured us that it would be swiftly resolved, with the oil level replenished. As a long-time patron of this Big O location for both personal and business vehicles, this experience raised serious questions about their integrity. Given the discrepancies in the assessments and the subsequent findings by our trusted mechanic, it's difficult not to question whether they attempted to exploit the situation, especially considering that my daughter is only 20 years old. While every business has room for improvement, this particular instance leaves me uncertain about their practices.

I went in for 4 new tires, oil change, and to check my brakes.I was in there for 5 hrs. They kept saying it shouldn't be too long.Never checked my brakes, tire light came on the following day, and it pulled to the right. I called them and made an appt to get it checked .Next appt. I was there 4hrs. They stated I needed a new battery and had me go out and look and it was wet. It wasn't wet before. The whole time I was there almost every customer they had sent out to look at their batteries. (Fishy). Next they said nothing was wrong with the car and showed me an alignment slip ( all green). He states I am done and hands me the keys. When I went outside my car was not there. I went inside he looks around and it is still on the rack (running) he takes it down and states oh this is your alignment slip and there is a slight right issue (see it is yellow and points to the right car diagram) when I get my car another guy states "I didn't know how to turn off your radio".5 wks later my 2 front tired were completely flat.Super frustrated!!!! Still have tire issues but no money to fix them. But, they stated nothing was wrong

I hate to say but honestly horrible service, I'd scheduled both of our vehicles to be done. The first was to be dropped off at 10:00 a.m. without hearing anything I checked back at 11:30 past when my second vehicle was supposed to be due. They had not called. Had not said anything about my vehicle not being able to be fit in even though I'd made an appointment with a person this time. I realize that it is a first world problem not having your vehicle done but it being over 30 minutes past you. My next appointment is kind of ridiculous whether that means I got pushed back or they just didn't have good time management. I would not recommend service with them. This is the second instance I've had with them that they could not keep their word the first time I dropped a vehicle off and they could not repair a tire within the time frame they had promised and then blamed me for it. I'm just saying Walmart has faster times and at least you know they're doing their job.

Terrible service, while in the waiting room they talked poorly of customers they didn't like. They made disparaging comments about other employees. Non stop cussing for an hour and a half. Incredibly unprofessional.

Brand new tires. 500 over what was quoted! THEN driving away, my car says a tire is low on air. THEY DIDN'T EVEN AIR IT UP CORRECTLY! When I was there, I overheard nearly every customer being sold up on something. Main guy doing charges is rude.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 1pm and was there until after 3:30. There are a few reasons why it took so long but the obvious (and most addressed in other reviews) is that they way overbook for appointment slots. Another reason would be that the service tech didn't look up the torque spec for the lug nuts and stripped a lug. Since I was already late to work, I just had them put everything back together and left missing a lug and lug nut. They also removed the panel under the dashboard, presumably to check the cabin air filter, and either broke or lost the plastic pin that holds the panel in, so now it just hangs down freely. This isn't the first string of issues I've had, but it is the last. Just go to Valvoline, Take 5, Jiffy Lube, the dealer, your neighbor, your own backyard, or literally anywhere else.Edit: I have now learned they used 5W-30 oil for my oil change when my vehicle requires 0W-20. I certainly hope they will correct this at no charge.

Tried to give Big O another shot. Set an 11am appt for a basic rotate/balance. 1 hour later they pull it in and open the hood and look around (not sure how that has anything to do with the service I requested), 20 minutes after that they pull it back out without having rotated or balanced my tires and take it over to the alignment bay (another service I did not request or want) and it sat there for 10 minutes before I just told them to take it down and give me the keys. As you can see with other reviews, making an appointment is useless. Wasted an hour and a half of my day on a 15 minute job.

I scheduled an appointment for 3 pm for a tire rotation, balance and to check the alignment, I received an email confirming my appointment. I got a call 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment that my appointment needed to be canceled, and that they were too backed up to do any of my scheduled work. The person on the phone rescheduled me for the next day at 10 am, stating that they had appointments open all day, but 10 am worked with my schedule. I arrived at 10 am, checked in with the service writer, and handed over my keys. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, my car was still sitting in the parking spot I left it. I asked the service writer if my car had been serviced yet. He had to look and found that it had not. He stated that it "should be" next. Why even schedule service? This makes zero sense! Big O Tires does not honor your service appointment times, nor do they respect your time and effort as well. I would stay far away from this poorly run business if you have any respect for your time and yourself because they definitely do not.

Dropped my car off at 9 am and didn t pick it up till damn near 4 pm. When I got there the guy supposedly working on my car was hitting his vape and playing on his phone. Hell of a service I d say.

Placed a tire warranty and protection plan on bill fradudently this was done without consent. Had other multiple charges that were not included in the estimate. We will be seeking a refund for the warranty and having it removed or filing fraudulent charges if they refuse to reimburse for the warranty that we did not consent to purchasing.

After a bad experience at the north glenstone store I've been coming here, this seems to be the location that fixes all the screw ups from the other big O locations, customer service is top notch the manager Robert does not blow smoke up your a$$ like n. Glenstone does, the wait might be a little long at times but if it's done right and I don't have to come back it's well worth it, thanks again Robert for everything.

I got here 30 minutes before they closed with my wife's car. I noticed that the back tire was showing metal. Shes a DSP at night so she has clients in her car, so I had to get it fixed and fixed fast. These guys not only got me in even though they were closing soon but they stayed an hour and a half late to put new tires on the car. So thankful for them. I will definitely be taking my truck when I need tires put on that.

Set an appointment for 930am (confirmed) to fix one tire and advised I would wait for the vehicle. BIG O mistake there. Sat for an hour before truck got in. 3 hours later and it's fixed. Top it off I have a battery less than 2 months old and they told me it's weak. I have had no issues with starting the truck or any signs of a battery issue. Took it to where I bought it (Firestone) to have checked out for possible warranty and they advised me it's OK. Wasted 4 hours of my time just to fix a tire.
