Definitely recommend going here, Brandy at the front desk is so friendly and Ben fixed my front bumper so quickly. I didn t even need an appointment for it, I was in and out. Will definitely be coming back next time I need something fixed.

I will always recommend this business!!! I had a hiccup with my insurance and Brandy dealt with them until it was resolved. Which was a huge relief for me not having to. My car looks great!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ben's. They listen, give you options that are reasonable and you can trust .This is hard to find in today's world of auto repair. His work was fantastic and was right on point with his estimate. We will be recommending him every time.

We have used Ben's twice and they did a great job. We would've used them a third time but there was a bit of insurance confusion through NO fault of theirs. They were so very helpful in getting the insurance "stuff" squared away. Very honest and helpful company. I hope I never have another need for their service but if I do I will surely use them.

I was already dealing with the stress of a difficult move over the holidays when I hooked my bumper on a badly placed sprinkler, put car in reverse foot off gas and the 15 yo clips just snapped pulling my bumper off. With 20 things to do and exhausted from moving in that moment it was about the worse thing that could happen. I called a couple friends from work and they all said that Ben was close and a really good shop and a good guy. That was an understatement. I was still in the emotions when I called Ben who was very kind, listened, honest, and reassuring. Just from the description on our call he gave me an incredibly fair estimate and said should only take a few hours. My car was done in a few hours and the final cost was even better than the incredibly fair estimate. Life is difficult and there are days you wonder if there are kind, honest good people still around. There are. Thank you Ben, to you and your team. I hope I never need bodywork again, but I promise no one else will ever touch my car if I do. Anyone reads this, no need to search, just call BenService: Body & Trim

Ben's Automotive did a perfect job on my accident repair work on my jeep. They were super friendly and easy to work with and did the job in a timely manner. Ben even passed on a nice savings to me when the work was done. Very honest. I highly recommend Ben's Automotive for any work you need done!

Was recommended to use Ben's from a friend after a minor auto accident. Not only did Ben stay in contact with me with every step, he handled the insurance company with expertise and determination. He was able to get better results from them than I ever could, and above and beyond that- he had tow services on hand for me when needed.Much rather use smaller shops like bens vs. larger chains that are less than personable. Will be using Ben's for any future body work I'll need, and will recommend anyone needing his services.Service: Body & Trim

Ben s helped me out so much after a car crash from hell. I had difficulties with every single person I dealt with regarding the crash EXCEPT Ben s Collision and Customs. Ben was a kind man in the phone. He didn't have nothing to speak about ghe trucks damage that was all truth. Hes a great fair. Man. He seems to stand by his workers work and values the way the customer feels of the damage that was done. J will make sure I spread hoodwords always for this place as . Ben and his team are amazing they take the time to make sure things are done right! I cant tell you how pleased I am my car looks great dont even look like anything ever happened I would recommend them to anyone! And a very important thing is he does not try to rip you off by over gouging the price I went to reliable Chevy for a quote they were trying to charge me much more than what Ben did. BENS COLLISION IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Took my truck to several places for estimates. Ben had the lowest estimate by quite a bit. Very friendly and did the estimate without an appointment. Took them about a week to finish the work. They did such a good job. Very happy and highly recommend them. I am a 66 yo widow. 5 stars.

Amazing service! My car was sent to this shop to repair a mistake that another shop had made and I had Ben's paint my hood for additional service and they were awesome! My car looks brand new and paint looks amazing! Great job Ben's Collision! You guys are amazing

THE BEST!! Bens Collision and custom is the place to take your car. They are very knowledgeable, get the job done quickly and correctly, and are the best priced in town. I called several body shops for estimates to fix my car. Ben had, by far, the best price and was the easiest and most reasonable person to talk too. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called Ben s Collision without any prior knowledge of this company trying to get over the phone estimates to fix something that someone else had ripped me off on. Ben was great he stayed late to meet me so I could get a quote, was more than fair on his prices, and maybe most importantly listened to what I wanted and didn t try to rip me off. Something I thought I needed to have done; he was completely honest and said I didn t need. I am very happy with the quality of the job they did, the prices, the speed of service and definitely the caliber of person that Ben is!!

Great customer service. The work was excellent. Very trustworthy shop. They did an amazing job fixing my car. They also were very patient in answering my question. They took time to get me through the whole prosees stress free. Car looks great!!

Took our brand new 2016 Ford Fusion to Ben's after getting a dent in the front driver's side door, and they made it look like it never happened. Excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone, and we'll definitely take future dents and dings to them.

My car was less than a year old and had a fender bender with a truck that made it look horrible.....Also caused damage that would cause water to leak into the trunk. They were able to help me out with my deductible cost and did a terrific job. My car looks just like new - like the accident never happened. It was done ahead of schedule and I was able to check on the progress. I will recommend to anyone and everyone I can. I hope to not have to go back, but if needed that is the only place I'll go.

Horrible job, paint job was done by a child, body work even worse still leaks after a rain storm and couldn't even put things back together correctly. I've had to vacuum repeatedly to get the over spray off of the interior.... What a cheap job
