I recently visited Barker's again and Ted, Chad, and Josh were great to work with. They were professional, courteous, patient, and extremely kind. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect in the end. They had a loaner I could use while they repaired my car, which was a huge blessing and saved me from having to rent a car. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. I appreciate their hard work and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I believe this is my 3rd time using them in the last 10 years, and although I hope I don t need to visit again anytime soon, I will choose them again *if* there is a next time.

The entire rear driver door was replaced by Barkers. Tell me that is not the best blend and match up you have ever seen. All the lines are symmetrical and the door looks perfect. Chad and the guys there made life so easy and worked the insurance side for me. Thank you to the guys in the back that made the magic happen and making my Tahoe something to be proud of.Do not contemplate using these guys. They are the best.

They fixed the damage to my 2020Subaru in about 30 minutes. They matched the Ocean Blue Pearl to a tee the first time. Fast, courteous service and great work. Will bring my car here every time. Thank you Barkers. Chandra Anderson

Chad and the team at Barker's Frame & Collision did a fantastic job on my BLACK Gmc Sierra! Barker's also worked with the insurance company, detailed my truck, and provided a loaner. I will be sending co-workers from work your way!

Outstanding customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations. While repairing, they coordinated picking up and dropping off my truck with an off-road shop to get it leveled. Even with that addition to the repairs, they still were finished in a timely manner. If you care about your vehicle, so do they, and it shows.I'd recommend Barkers to anyone

Super friendly and helpful. I got into a wreck not too long ago and my front bumper split I haven't been able to open my hood to be able to change oil or anything like that and when I showed up for my appointment they were able to get my hood popped up open free of charge I definitely will be coming back to get more things fixed on my car. Love them!

Had a great experience with them, I dropped off my car, they dealt with my insurance and within no time I picked my car back up. They even did a few repairs that were not part of the claim and installed a light for free. I have taken my suv to barkers multiple times in the last few years for various vehicle repairs, some extensive some smaller and every time they have been easy to communicate with, clear in their expectations of time frames and repairs needed. They worked with the necessary insurance companies and went above and beyond to assist me on repairs including locating the best prices. I will contine to use them for repairs as long as I am in this area.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Estimate was complete and clear. They took the time to answer all my questions. Estimate was hundreds of $$ less than from other garage for the same amount of work. Repairs look great and car was finished ahead of their estimated timeline. Would recommend to anyone.

The guys here did an excellent job polishing the hood on my Mercedes and getting me some touch up paint mixed up to take care of rock chips. Best body shop in town as far as I'm aware.

Oh my I can t praise this business enough ! They were very sympathetic to me and my feelings given I had full coverage Insurance and the company I Had Trexis refused the claim ! Broken hearted I felt all was lost ! I knew of barkers frame and decided to give them a call ! They were the absolute best ! Very compassionate to the fact I was having to pay cash out of my pocket to fix my car and did all they could to cut any cost they could if possible ! They loaned me a car to drive while they did the work! Took about two weeks but I was glad that felt as if they were doing a great job and took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome ! Brandon Blake was a true gem ! He went over and above the call of duty to see I was happy ! He knew the car was symbolic on my dads passing and also knew of the raw deal I got from the so called insurance company I had ! And how they refused my claim ! He was terrific and kept me up to date on the car and if they had any questions would call ! I am over the moon ecstatic on the final outcome ! I will be referring family and friends to Barkers frame and collosion for all their car bodywork repairs ! I owe them so much I can t say thank you enough ! Thanks to Donnie Melton, Karen Melton, Brandon Blake and all the hard workers who contributed to making me happy again by fixing and repairing my baby !

My car was hit in a parking lot recently and I took it to Barker's and my very first impression was how friendly they was . And wow they did a fantastic job on my car they made it look beautiful and like nothing ever happened . I am so pleased with the job they did . Not friendly people. They don t greet you or say hello. And right off the bat they tell you they are booked weeks out. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I wish we would have shopped around more while doing estimates. Our insurance recommended this shop for us to get our van repaired, in the end the damage was fixed and looks like new but the customer service and communication was aggravating. We took our car in for an estimate and we re schedule for an appointment 2 weeks later. When we took it in for the appointment we were told it would be done Thursday or Friday, Friday rolls around and we hadn t heard anything from them so we called and were told it wouldn t be ready until next Tuesday, so we had to call and extend our rental. We call Tuesday morning and they tell us it will be ready by 3/3:30, show up for pick up and they say it won t be ready til 5 it just started getting cleaned. So again we rearrange this with the rental car and decide to come back at 5, they call 10 minutes later and say it s ready after we already were back home and had things rearranged with the rental car. Finally pick up the car at 5pm and return our rental car to get home that evening and see that our back hatch panel isn t completely secured or put back on correctly. So we have to take the car back into the shop and wait around 40 minutes for it to be fixed. Like I said the work from the collision is done and looks like new but it s been an aggravation trying to arrange schedules and rental car arrangements. This was our first time dealing with them or an accident for that matter but I don t believe we will be using barkers again in the future and wouldn t recommend it to others.Service: Body & Trim

Needed new passenger side doors after they were creased by another driver at a restaurant parking lot. Here's the part you won't believe. They didn't even leave a note! Barker's worked with my insurance company beautifully. No hassles, no complaints, just solid, professional, friendly service. My car looks like it just rolled off of the line! Thank you very much!

They did a great job with my repairs and it didn't take a long time. They even went above and beyond to take care of something that wasn't part of my insurance claim while my jeep was there and it would save me some hassle and runaround.

Took my Subaru here after a hit and run crushed the front of my car. Worked with Jason and he was very helpful and professional. Got my car back after about a week and it looked better than before the collision! They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car very well which was a pleasant surprise. My Wife & I had our Chevy Equinox in their shop over the past few weeks and we got it back and it is perfect. Barker's got us in, they communicated and they produced a great result. Our car looks new once again. We could not be happier. When it comes to collision repair, there is no one better than Barker's.

Phenomenal customer service. Exceptional work. And a fast paced crew. I wouldn't hesitate to take any vehicle to them in full confidence that they would return it in new condition in a very short amount of time. Don and his crew are the best! 100% recommend Barker's.

I would never trust these people to work on a vehicle. All they will do is mess your car up more and then expect you to pay for their mistakes.
