Went for a replacement cabin filter took it in and purchased a new one they had it in stock. When I told the man that was helping me that I hoped it went back in as easy as it came out. He offered to put it in for me Great Service.

The staff at the E Sunshine location are absolutely amazing! The manager helped with testing the battery on my car. The manager and other staff then helped replace the battery. Great customer service!!

My car had suddenly lost power and the battery needed to be replaced. I am not familiar with the area but spoke with Randall on the phone and helped me tremendously. He helped me change my car battery and made sure everything else was running smoothly. Very thankful to have spoke with him and receive his help. If you ever need anything auto related I would highly recommend speaking with him or asking him any questions!

This AutoZone is closest to my house. Here, I usually get done what I need done quickly and the workers are super helpful.

I have always depended on this Auto Zone. Today we had to jump start my daughters car and drove straight there to buy a battery. They refused to test it since it had just been jump started, didn't offer to charge it (which is one of the things they do offer) and refused to replace the battery saying it would take too long. Extremely disappointed. We went elsewhere to purchase a new battery. I wouldn't recommend this location.

So I relocated back from Florida.I ve been using this place because of the personnel. Today I needed to change my plugs , one of the heads snapped off the bolt holding the coil pack. Ronnie opened new vice grips and helped me ease it out. Then showed a cool way to pull ur plug with out it dropping back into the cylinder head. I long rubber hose to finish loosening the plug and pull it out. Good people and always take care of any problems I may have. I m sorry clover.

I can t say enough about the awesome customer service I received today! Unfortunately these days good customer service is hard to find so I always want to give recognition when I receive it! Everyone was kind and helpful but Christopher went above and beyond. He tested my battery which I knew was dying and confirmed my suspicions. He helped me with my purchase and then put it in for me! What a blessing for someone who s only option is to pay for everything done on my car! Thank you so much Christopher! You are a kind young man and I really appreciate you!

I have been recycling used oil in 5 quart jugs for years at this store. Today I walked in and the geezer behind the counter said I could only recycle the oil if I was a customer. Needless to say Autozone s competitor down the street was more than happy to recycle my oil. I don t plan on returning to this store.

Came in to swap out my key fob, which broke. Rather than buy a completely new one, the two employees there recommended a cheaper and easier option I didn't consider and helped me put the new one together! Very pleased with avoiding what would had been an expensive headache!

The staff here is always friendly. Other stores in town can be hit or miss, but every encounter I've had here has been positive. They listen and explain recommendations, while being efficient. They also take the time to help without acting like they'd rather be doing something else.

They have 20/50 oil and they honored the sale price even though it was off. Help was very nice! I would recommend.

They went out of their way to be helpful in a stressful time. Having your car broken down is always stressful, especially when it's in their parking lot. They were awesome, helpful and considerate. Couldn't ask for any better service. No way. Jeremy cotton , the store mgr delivered exceptional customer service. He needs a huge atta boy.

Most of the time I leave AutoZone smiling. Not this time...they had motor oil on clearance for $4. But when I went to check out it was$8.99 after showing them the clearance price. They wouldn't honor it. Then tried to tear off the price. There is auto parts place down the road. I'm going to go there first. You can tell the employees didn't cair. It will be a long time before I go back.

They were very handy reading my code and actually looking up the code itself when their computer didn't give very much info. Something minor. Glad to know.

The guys in here are always very helpful! I always stop in here because they will help me put windshield wiper blades on, they have helped me changed the bulb in my headlight before. They don't have to do these things so I really appreciate it!

My husband has an ongoing history with this particular store. The employees are helpfull and know him by name even though we are not frequent customers but loyal ones nonetheless. We go out of our way for customer service and they exemplify it. They even go as far to ask what vehicle we are getting parts for... His or mine without looking up our info!! They are that good!! One time my husband bought and had a battery delivered to our house while he was at work and I was stranded trying to get to work. We feel a small town mentality in this big city with this store.

I needed a bulb for my headlight. They had it in stock and offered to pop it in for me. It was a bit more involved than that, but Ethan patiently installed it and was very pleasant. Awesome customer service. Thanks Ethan!

East Sunshine location customer has went down hill quickly the last few months. Just new today, customers get punished for actions of people that get their vehicles check engine light reset. I was told they could reset my check engine light because people were coming in and having their check engine light reset and selling their vehicles. What a bunch of hog wash. I went down the road at O'Reilly's and they reset my check engine light with no issues.I have done many dollars of business of the years at this location and have been treated poorly over the past month.

My girlfriend asked for help with her windshield wipers, currently not working (motor is still running) they instructed her to look in the owners manual? However Pep Boys was very helpful and changed them for her no problem. Very disappointed with the customer service at the store. It is 2019 and you do have a computer to look up problems. Very unprofessional.

I'm all about honesty and folks who are not just trying to make a dollar. I took my car in because an engine light was on and it was acting a bit odd, they got the code and they gentleman explained that it doesn't mean it's the problem that the reader had said necessarily ( which I knew) , he suggested a cheap option before purchasing a 60 dollar part which worked. He stated how he'd feel bad if I bought the part before trying a cheaper option that may work. That goes a very long way with me and my family and earns longtime business and word of mouth from us no matter what kind of business it is. Thanks for the help guys!

They work really hard and are so helpful here! I couldn't go inside and they brought out tire gauges for me to pick from, took my payment, and brought my receipt to me curbside. I really appreciate them! They're so friendly!

First they sold me a pvc hose that didn't fit my car, wasn't even close. And then when I went to return it, they wouldn't return it even though I had the receipt and I am a "rewards member" because in the meantime I had lost the debit card used to purchase the part. so now I'm stuck with a part that doesn't fit my car because I had to order a new debit card. I'm going oriellys from now on.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! We were the only ones there and had to ask to be assisted - to be rudely told "read the box - the informations on there". We needed to see the size fitting to purchase on a carburetor (kept behind the counter). We left and went to Oreillys where we clearly should have been at in the first place! Never going to any AutoZone for parts again.

Carl Gilmore provided exemplary service when I came in with a bad battery. He tested the battery and alternator to make sure that I was certain about the car s malady. After selling me the battery he installed it as well. We need more Carls in this world and businesses that are run in this manner.

Staff was very helpful. They did not pressure me to buy more than I needed. Store manager came out and helped me install the battery. I would definitely revisit the store.
