Sad experience. Military- asked for the military discount. Was told rep couldn t do it without manager. Said manager was in the rest room. Waited and waited. Not sure if what rep was saying was correct. Apparently another customer had some kind of return. Ooops, rep not trained for that or can t help him either. Seems like if a manager is on duty, he should be available.

OMG Alex is a life saver!!! Best Auto Zone I've ever been to!!! Not only did he went above and beyond and replaced 2 fuses for me but he also installed my signal light bulb for me!! I am beyond grateful and I will recommend EVERYONE to come here!!! Thanks for being a blessing Alex!!!!

It totally depends on who you get to help you. If they're knowledgeable, then they're usually extremely helpful. If you get some kind of clown helping you, then you're likely to get ripped off on a product you don't need or something of that nature. I was lucky enough this time.

I want to give a GREAT BIG HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BOBBY and the gang here at Auto Zone.Bobby was the greatest; he went out of his way to go to the Kearney Store to pick us up an alternator when ours went out on us. Then he loaned us the tools that we needed to get our truck running again

The quality of their store brand parts is usually pretty good and far better than O'Reilly or Amazon which seem to have no quality control at all. Their reward program caught me by surprise I never pay attention to that sort of thing but with my last purchase I received a $20 store credit which I did not know the gave out.

My heating an aire company stopped here to pick up afew things ..an I want everyone who shops here to know there is a gray shirt here by the name of Chris we watched the most unprofessional out of control an rude individual we have ever seen in our life mistreating yelling an screaming at a female employee at the top of his lungs in front of other employees an customers. If this is how you treat your employees an this is the type of people you put in positions of management then this is a poorly ran company an my company will no longer do business here this gray shirt should be fired immediately no questions ask.

I got my battery tested and it was bad like I figured since I had to have roadside assistance come jump my car. The kind man stood in the cold at night to install my new battery. All the staff were super nice and helpful.

I hate to give bad reviews. So I'll start with a positive, GREAT selection. I was greeted, and asked what I was looking for. However trying to converstate the problem im having, staff was disconnected. No suggestions, he hurried & told me "I need fourteen dollars" I paid & left. Like he wanted me to hurry up & leave.Thats what these kinds of customers do. Cause we go in there assuming they know more & heard more & they can probably (& usually) do/suggest what to do, &/orwhat you need to buy to fix your problem.

AutoZone you rock very helpful I called about 3 minutes until closing time and I was about 5 minutes away and the manager already knew what I wanted had it pulled and on the shelf and let me in to purchase it very very important for my vehicle to run and he was very helpful and kind to do that and they are always very kind everyone in that store this one on West Chestnut expressway in Springfield Missouri very informative you can ask him anything and they'll find the answer if they don't know it

The man i spoke to on the phone (Michael ) was very knowledgeable and helpful, but when i went into the store it was randy, the store manager who i talked to, im only 18 but have a lot of experience when it comes to cars (swapping engines and etc.) and randy spoke down to me as if i didnt know what i was talking about, correcting me on little details and at one point arguing that i was asking for the wrong part, when i asked about a noise my car was making to get a second opinion and asked if he could some listen to it he just said i dont know im not a mechanic, overall i was very disappointed, this was unlike anything ive experienced at my local nixa store

My car was making a funny sound, and as I had a two hour drive home to make in the evening and didn't want car trouble on the way home, I was worried about it. I took my car in and spoke with a very kind and helpful man (I wish I could remember his name), who looked under my hood and performed a quick diagnostic. Nothing needed to be done, fortunately. He gave me a print out of what the diagnostic revealed and when I went to pay him for his time and advice, there was no charge! I can't rate that sort of kindness and service highly enough. They deserve your business!

I have had a problem with my battery all day, I was about at the end of my rope but was able to get my car started and it to Auto Zone. One of their technicians(i really wish I d gotten his name, an older gentleman with longer hair.) came to check the battery and then after both of us being completely perplexed because the battery and alternator were fine i was about to leave and go to the mechanic. By chance he hit the grounder as we were about to close the hood and realized it was really loose. He tightened it and the car worked perfectly. He saved my day. Great service and super friendly. Cannot give Enough praise.

Don t bother going to the east Chestnut store they re lack of knowledge is surpassed by the rudeness and un will to fix they re mistakes. The manager is the worst, it s no wonder his staff acts the same. Go to the Kearney location. Toffer will take care of you!
