I had a great experience here. I called and asked if they could put in a new window regulator for my car. They got me an appointment that day within 2 hours of calling. I came in, gave them the part and they showed me to their waiting room. Talk about comfort while you're waiting! The waiting room had a fully stocked refrigerator full of cold drinks, soft leather chairs for sitting and the room was nice & quiet. It took them less than hour to complete the job AND they're prices were lower than every other place I called. Customer service was off the charts and they did an Awesome job. I highly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you for the great experience, during a very stressful time.

They installed my back glass well but dropped a tool and chipped the paint on my car about the size of a finger nail. It would have been one thing if they told me because life happens but they tried to repair it with window rubber themselves to "glue" the chip back in which ultimately damaged the paint more. It was extremely unprofessional and when I went back 2 minutes after leaving to address this with them they tried to say the car was already chipped. They only stopped when I showed them pictures of my broken back glass from an hour before that had absolutely no damage as well as the car and paint chip were covered in window rubber. I still have not heard from them on how this will be taken care of as they gave me a phone number to call a Auto Paint repair company when they should have dealt with this themselves as it was not my fault. I don't want to but I may have to file with their insurance if I don't hear back from them. What started as a professional likeable experience turned into a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The 2 stars is because the glass hasn't broken yet.

Incredible! Cheapest price, quickest service, and they went the extra mile. I'd have stayed in their so-called "waiting room" all day, but they were done with my truck before I'd even finished my complimentary soda.

If your looking for hardworking professional glass installers this is the place to go ! They can normally get you in that day , or the next in most cases and it literally takes less then an hour and your back on the road again... If your vehicle needs recalibrated they calibrate there too ! Again saves you time and it's all done at one place ! Not to mention an awesome waiting room 4 everyone ! Hopes this helps those looking for the best place to go ...

they will never get my service if they can t drive. i had one of their vans pass me going 90 in a 55 i had my 2 kids in my car that is absolutely ridiculous. i never write reviews but this was just insane.

Yesterday morning I had someone break into my truck steal the majority of my things including my wallet, I called Auto Glass Specialist and they got me in the next hour dropped it off and I had mentioned that I did not have my wallet and and they were happy to pay over the phone, I m happy about my experience, glass looks good they even vacuumed the Broken glass that was everywhere! ( )

They quoted the best price in town for the windshield I needed. Their staff was clean, friendly, and helpful. They have a fabulous waiting area for customers - you might forget you are getting a task completed. They installed my windshield in less time than quoted. I highly recommend you bring your auto glass needs to this small business doing it right!

I needed a windshield for my 2018 WRX and ended up here by word of mouth. Having needed auto glass in the past, using someone else, I dreaded even calling. However, not only did they get me in same day, and got the job done within a very short time, they were all incredibly friendly, treated my car like it was their own, and the price was unbeatable. What I wasn't looking forward to at first turned into such a fantastic experience they've gained a customer for life. Like, I'm not hoping my windshield breaks again, but if it does I won't be dreading making a phone call and getting it done. Honest, hardworking, professional, clean, and super friendly? If they were a guy, I'd be asking to go for drinks, but I'll settle for keeping their number in my phone for when I, or anyone else I know, needs them! Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else for your glass needs, you'll seriously thank me, though it'll be them that deserve all the credit!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Great bunch of guys doing quality work. In and out quickly great waiting room. Hardest part was getting a real person at my insurance to answer the phone. Ben and the crew took it from there. Thanks guys

I contacted Ben and he helped arrange and auto glass side window and crack repair within a day. I scheduled this for my father, as I live 3 hours away. He sent me pictures of the work afterwards and the installer did a great job! I couldn t even tell where that there had been a crack after the repair. We are very happy with their customer service and craftsmanship! We highly recommend them!

I was able to call Ben, share what I needed, and have it installed within a 3 hour window. They were busy but they were able to work me in. He and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient, quick, and kind. If you ever need help with glass for your auto, I highly recommend you start here 1st.

Ben and his crew did a great job installing the new windshield. A rock chip turned into a crack across the whole windshield and a new one was the only option. It looks great (better than new) and there are no leaks or other issues after a solid week of rain.

Came here a few months ago and got a broken windshield replaced! They did an awesome job!! Few months later I got a rock thrown into new windshield and with this heat didn t want it to spread really fast and they got me right in to fix it fast so that didn t happen! Did again an awesome job. They have the best prices in town and nice waiting area as well! All super nice people and thankful they got me in last min! This is an amazing company and I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs. I needed my side door window repaired and was looking for same day service. This company had the most reasonable and affordable prices AND they were available to come to my home within an hour of me calling (FREE of charge)! When they arrived, they greeted us with a smile, thoroughly explained the repair process, and immediately got to work. The whole repair lasted 45 minutes and I didn't need to leave the comfort of my home. The specialists that fixed my car were both very professional and friendly and made this experience less stressful.Service: Auto side window replacement

Amazing customer service! Seems like a family business and they care very much about their work and how they present themselves. Their warehouse was clean and organized. They have a really cozy lounge room with pinball machines and really nice movie room chairs with a big tv. They told me it would take an hour at most to replace my windshield and it was done within 45 minutes. I got a call promptly letting me know it was ready and everyone was super nice again at checkout.It was $250 for a small hatchback cars windshield, which I feel is an appropriate/good price.Definitely left very satisfied and feeling good about how I spent my money. Didn t feel taken advantage of or screwed over like a lot of repair shops.

I have been here twice, both times for great service. 1st time they replaced my windshield and it was fast and great work. They second time I came for a replacement but they said they could fix it without a replacement to save me some cash. Great people and they have a super good dog there.

Super fast, way better prices and during holiday times got us in asap! Called and within 3 days was getting glass installed on a holiday week! I will reccomend these guys to anyone, and if/when I need glass repair ill be giving them a call

I cant say enough good about Ben and his team. A couple vandals hit our neighborhood and smashed out a bunch of windows- mine being one. Well I called Ben the same morning it happened and took it into his shop the next day. When i pulled up I immediately noticed how clean and professional the shop was, how his crew were all smiling like they didnt hate their job. The work environment looked enjoyable. They did an amazing job at cleaning out the glass and replacing the window and even went to far as to tell me their guarantees and help me track down some reputable tint shops locally. Everything was top notch and I couldnt he happier with the install and customer service

These guys were great, while other Glass places said they couldnt find a replacement window and I should go to a junk yard, Auto Glass Specialist, found it in KC, overnighted it, and had it installed 24 hours after I called them.
