So happy with my service! On 3/25/24 I had to have my windshield replaced on my Honda Element. It's a 2003 so 22 years old. There was no hesitation. "Leo" the office manager was prompt, polite, and just the nicest person I've dealt with since I've moved here in 2021. It took a bit before it was done but if you read the signs on the counter, it states, it will take as long as it takes. They will do the job like you were related to them and it will be done right. Of course that's a paraphrase but you get the jest. I was just pleased it was done in a few hours while I waited and I was able to tag my vehicle as well. I haven't had all that great of time living here in Springfield, I haven't found people friendly or kind, but they were fantastic here! Thank you again. Give them a try, I know they will do a great job!

A fantastic experience with my BMW 325xi! They had my car in and out in under 2hrs and even seems to have fixed a leak from the drivers a pillar this car was having! The front desk person Lidya (i believe that was her name) was great and helped me through the process!

I've used Auto Glass Now for years. They've replaced multiple windshields for my wife's vehicle. I just had my truck serviced as it was leaking due to a poor seal around the windshield. They were able to remove the windshield and reseal it. Their prices are THE BEST in town and they do QUALITY work! I've recommended them to everyone I know and they've been beyond satisfied as well.

Brought my Tahoe in for a front windshield replacement. Very friendly staff and clean waiting area with K-Cup coffee. Considering the job they have to perform being glass replacement is not instant, they did it in an awesome time frame and great pricing. Respectful of your vehicle as well. Will definitely send more business their way.

Leo is an amazing manger and very, very sweet! Very personable. I went in with a windshield chip that created a crack and was not too happy about the money I was going to have to spend as it wasn t covered by a previous replacement. Not by Auto Glads Now. Plus with the chip from a rock it wouldn t be covered anyway. She was understanding, apologetic, kind and caring. I went back the following week to have my windshield replaced and she was ready for me at the scheduled time and my vehicle was ready before the time quoted. The windshield was installed and calibrated properly. All good and I highly recommend!!

This was an all-around great transaction. They scheduled me quickly, on the day I called. Their price was great, and their staff was helpful. My glass replacement took about an hour and a half, and they had coffee and treats while waiting. Will use them again!

They did not repair either one of the 2 chips in my windshield. But they were quick to take my money. Still have 2 chips in my windshield. Want to know what you could have done better. YOU COULD HAVE FIXED THE CHIPS IN MY WINDSHIELD!

Great service and price! Called and they had my windshield in stock and they were able to replace it same day! The average time they said is 1.5 hours and they had it done at 1.5 hrs on the mark! I recommend Auto Glass Now I m Springfield. In 2 minutes, During my initial call minutes before their scheduled closing time, the very knowledgeable and courteous lady who answered informed me that they had my windshield in stock, made an appointment for the next morning, and was given a total price which was cheaper than all others. Appt went well being in and out in one hour. All good.

I stopped by on Thursday to check out the place and price a new windshield. The placed looked good and to my dismay, they had my windshield in stock. I was expecting to have to wait for them to order one, but I must have one of the more common windshields. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Dropped the truck off at 1:00 and walked 1 1/2 blocks to the flea market. They called at 2:15 to tell me they were done. Super satisfied. I would recommend them.

The staff here is very friendly. There was a miscommunication and the shop accidentally ordered the wrong windshield, in part because I didn't know what I needed. Thankfully, they checked my old one before tearing it out and saw that it wasn't right. Went back for my appointment and they had my windshield in within an hour. They also gave me a discount for the inconvenience. It also helps that they actually answer the phone and talk to you when you call. I have another windshield that will need replaced sooner rather than later, and I will absolutely be returning.

The installation was done in a timely manner however, I was not happy with the clean up. Hand prints on both sides of door frame-black marks all over the running boards & bits of black rubber in the carpet.

Auto glass installed a salvage full rear sliding window in my truck that I brought to them. - Unfortunately this was very frustrating experience because they sealed and installed the window without testing the electrical system before gluing it in. Then, the wanted to charge me for extra labour to remove the rear window because they did not test the electrical beforehand. After the man who did not test the electrical system became upset about needing to take it apart again, I realized I was going to go somewhere else to have this issue resolved. I am no expert, but it just seems like common sense to test it before installation. And all it would ve taken was a little bit of effort to remove the seats and glass before it dried- But hey, what do dumb blondes know about glass installation or customer service?

Great experience all around! My windshield shattered at the worst time possible so I called them to figure out pricing and the lady who I talked to was so so kind. When I got there, they got right to work and had my windshield done in about 30 minutes. Very very quick and friendly place! The top of my car had some kind of material all over it handprints and rubber. I live 30 miles away and didn t realize till I got home when I use my windshield wipers. The driver side was completely out of adjustment and swinging plum off the door jam had to pay To get it taken off and readjusted so the experience could ve been better plus the windshield I was told would be smoked at the top and it was not

Cheapest place I found after using a $60 dollar off sale they were running, I got quotes for double what Auto Glass Now cost was. They were very professional and my windshield was perfect. It was a next day appointment and took unde 2 hours of waiting at the store. Highly recommend.
