Buying a car can be an extremely stressful thing to do, but I can say with complete certainty that Allegiant Automotive Sales & Service definitely helps to relieve that stress. The staff that works there is extremely friendly, professional & knowledgeable!! Their Finance Managers Nate & Aden & their Sales Associate Brandon all took wonderful care of me & all my needs for my car buying experience.They all did an amazing job & I highly recommend this business for your car buying needs!!

I worked with Rylan and Nate and I cannot say enough positive things about them. They truly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted, communicated through every step, they were kind, welcoming, didn t pressure me one bit and ensured I was getting a deal that worked for me and them. Most dealerships just want to make a sale but these guys really care about their company and customers. They worked hard to give me a deal that I could afford. I will definitely be referring my friends here. I m so happy with my new car!

I had a great experience here. We did all of the sales over the phone and when I had the chance to go test drove the vehicle the paperwork was done in a flash. Brandon Majors was great to work with and I will be using them in the future.

I had a horrible experience at allegiant automotive. I bought a car that needed a part repair at time of sale. I was promised it would be two days so I went ahead with the purchase. It was two months later when I was finally given the car. On the first night I find out that the headlights don t work. This is on top of all the other minor issues that don t work, locks, mirror motor , trunk opener. The turn signals don t turn off automatically. 8 day after I take possession that s is a knock under the hood whenever a turn is made. I was told they would fix any issue under 1000 miles or one month. They now say it is not covered and it will need to be payed for by me. I believe I was lied to at every point of this interaction . Do not do business with them . They took advantage of me having bad credit and sold me a lemon. I m upset I can t give them negative stars.

Loved how easy and understanding it was with these guys. Brendan was awesome about keeping up with and showing me the car. But Brendan, Nate and Aden was all super to work with and super excited about my first subaru and so are my girls!

Aden and Julian sat down with me for as long as I needed to get me situated with a great car for a reasonable price and had me walking out the door with the car I wanted. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this place for buying or financing used cars. Great people, excellent service!

I bought a 2013 Toyota Hilander. The guys there told me it was good to go and after I got it out on highwY it started shaking when we hit 55mph. Took it back and was told it was probably low tire pressure. It wasn t. I spent a little over $1000.00 to get it fixed and hadn t even had it a week. Those boys are good sales people but I would never recommend anybody to go there. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Buyers BEWARE!!!

My daughter and I came in just to look and after a fun experience with Julian I ended up leaving the lot with a beautiful car. Julian was very friendly and knowledgeable and I did not feel like I was being overly pressured to purchase a vehicle. Thank you

This place is amazing, everyone was so kind and smiling .... I dealt with three different gentle men and all three were as kind an sweet as could be. I could not find anywhere in arkansas that listened to my story and wanted to help but when I talk to Mr Nate he listened and did every thing he could to help me, he got me in a beautiful 2014 Buick enclave, I will forever be grateful for this place... I highly recommend this lot... and I RECOMMEND THAT ARKANSAS CAR LOTS DO BETTER BE BETTER

Went in with my fianc�e to check out a VW Jetta. Brendan was awesome. Super helpful, answered every question we had, and long story short, she left with a new Jetta! 11/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Just bought our Durango from Allegiant and are so happy with our experience! Rylan was so patient. He was never pushy and just an all around good guy. Aden did the financing and he was great to work with as well. They worked the deal to our satisfaction and we were able to leave with it on a Saturday evening. Great people to work with!
